Pa rrug\u00eb t\u00eb mira dhe vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb madh ekonomik, ato mbeten t\u00eb pashfryt\u00ebzuara. N\u00ebse nga Plava n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ekziston rruga tradicionale ajo p\u00ebrmes \u00c7akorrit, ajo ka pasur tretman t\u00eb kufizuar gjasht\u00eb mujor, sepse qarkullimi ishte i mundur vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb ver\u00ebs, sepse dimrit kjo rrug\u00eb ishte e bllokuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andaj e vetmja linj\u00eb rrugore p\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb nga krahina e Plav\u00eb-Gucis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nga ana e&nbsp; Rozhaj\u00ebs n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs apo t\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs. Por, pas \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs(1999), \u00ebsht\u00eb prezentuar idea e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs n\u00eb drejtimin De\u00e7an-Plav\u00eb. P\u00ebrfundimisht kjo rrug\u00eb me gjat\u00ebsi 35km ka filluar s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuari me 25 shtator 2014.
