N\u00eb bot\u00ebn per\u00ebndimore, stresi n\u00eb pun\u00eb ka di\u00e7ka t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt: shfaqet gjithmon\u00eb kur k\u00ebrkesa e pun\u00ebs tejkalon kapacitetin e punonj\u00ebsit dhe ai nuk mund ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb ose ta kontrolloj\u00eb m\u00eb at\u00eb; zakonisht kjo shkakton lodhje fizike dhe mendore, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 simptomave t\u00eb tjera si nervozizmi ose depresioni. <br> Kurse n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb hasim lloje t\u00eb tjera stresi n\u00eb pun\u00eb; aq sa pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit apo koleg\u00ebt mund t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb makthet m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, nj\u00eb film terrori brenda kat\u00ebr mureve.
