E pse k\u00ebta anmiq t\u00eb tyne ishin si\nme num\u00ebr si me miq ma t\u00eb fort\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu ndodhi q\u00eb Shqiptarve s\u2019u mbeti ma asnj\u00eb\nrreze shprese, se do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb nxirrshin ma kurr at\u00eb pre t\u00eb lotueme prej\n\u00e7apojve t\u00eb tyne rr\u00ebmbyesa e gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb zhyemun n\u00eb gjak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00e7ka se, aty ka\nmbarimi i tetorit t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluem (1918), ia m\u00ebrrit\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqipni ushtar\u00ebt\ntuej trima, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt na than\u00eb, se sot e mbrapa \u00e7do popull, sado i vog\u00ebl q\u00eb t\u00eb\nishte, do t\u00eb kishte t\u00eb drejt\u00eb me da ai vet\u00eb per vete fatin e vet ekonomik e\npolitik, e se t\u00eb gjitha tradhtit\u00eb e padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb e bamuna ndonj\u00eb kombi n\u00ebp\u00ebr\ntraktate nderkombtare t\u00eb p\u00ebrparshme, do t\u2019 u ndreqshin e qortojshin n\u00eb\nKonferenc\u00ebn e re t\u00eb Paq\u00ebs, e cila per s\u00eb shpejti do t\u2019 u mblidhte n\u00eb Paris; pse\nky kishte ken\u00eb, na thojshin ata, ideali ma i par\u00eb, p\u00ebr triumf t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit, mbi\nmbar\u00eb boten, ata ia kishin hy nj\u00eb lufte, q\u00eb ma t\u00eb shemtueme s\u2019e ma mend\nhistoria e njeriut n\u00eb da\u00e7 p\u00ebr mjete, me t\u00eb cilat pati nis\u00eb, n\u00eb da\u00e7 p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyren,\nme t\u00eb cilen u vijue. E k\u00ebshtu tue than\u00eb, na kallxojshin varr\u00ebt e shtatit ende\nt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tyne\nu trand Shqipnia g\u00ebzimit, e me shpnes\u00eb se edhe p\u00ebr te do t\u00eb zbardhshin dikur\ndit\u00eb ma t\u00eb mira, ku kje hap\u00eb e shp\u00ebrnda u mblodh kuvendi n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, e aty, nj\u00eb\nmendjeje e nj\u00eb zemre, vendoi me dal\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete e krejt i pavarsh\u00ebm,\np\u00ebrmbrenda caqeve t\u00eb asaj natyra, gjuha, interesat e historia ia kishin caktue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr me lyp\u00eb, mandej,\nq\u00eb t\u2019 u ndreqshin e t\u2019 u qortojshin dhunit\u00eb, tradhtit\u00eb e padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb Kongresi\ni Berlinit nj\u00eb her\u00eb, e ma von\u00eb Konferenca e Londres, sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendun, ia kishin\nba Kombit Shqiptar, dau me nis\u00eb p\u00ebr Paris nj\u00eb Dergat\u00eb t\u00eb posa\u00e7me, q\u00eb t\u2019u delte\nzot t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u00e7 shka se mbasi u\nkap\u00ebn&nbsp;me k\u00ebte t\u00eb madhnueshmin kryeqytetin tuej \u2013 ku sot asht ngreh\u00eb\nAreopagu i rrokull Bot\u00ebs \u2013 puna na doli krejt ndryshe se kishte ken\u00eb fjala e\natyne ushtar\u00ebve tuej. Shka nuk kan\u00eb than\u00eb e botue kunder Kombit\nShqiptar t\u00eb mjeruem! \u00c7njerzimi i tyne n\u00eb t\u00eb shpifuna kund\u00ebr Shqiptarve asht\nshtye aq larg, sa ndokush nder ta ka m\u00ebrrijt\u00eb me shkrue e me botue n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb\nshtypi posht\u00ebrsisht t\u00eb shitun interesave t\u00eb tyne, se na Shqiptar\u00ebt edhe\nfiziologjisht e biologjisht ishim ma posht\u00eb se rodi tjet\u00ebr i njerzimit.&nbsp; <\/strong>E, madje, me k\u00ebto t\u00eb shpifuna t\u00eb veta\nkan\u00eb m\u00ebrrijt\u00eb me ua marr\u00eb mend\u00ebt bot\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetnueme, sa q\u00eb agjencit\u00eb\ntelegrafike t\u00eb k\u00ebtueshme po na i kthejn\u00eb pajtimet tona e fletoret e vendit ose\nnuk&nbsp; i pranojn\u00eb kurrfare artikujt tan\u00eb, ose na lypin \u00e7mime t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme e\nper t\u2019u njeh\u00eb nder p\u00ebrralla \u2013 deri n\u00eb 50.000 Franga p\u00ebr artikull! \u2013 ve\u00e7 si me\nna i mbyll\u00eb shtigjet q\u00eb me u dal\u00eb zot t\u00eb drejtave tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mos u \u00e7uditni, pra,\nzotni, q\u00eb un\u00eb po kam guximin me ju dal\u00eb para n\u00eb k\u00ebte Atene t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendun, \u2013 ken\u00eb\ngjithmon\u00eb drit\u00eb e shkelqyeshme qytetnimi e p\u00ebrparimi t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u2013 e po\nshp\u00ebrvjel\u00ebm me ju fol\u00eb me nj\u00eb theks gjuhe t\u00eb huej e n\u00ebn nj\u00eb form\u00eb krejt t\u00eb\np\u00ebrvujt\u00eb ligjerate mbi&nbsp;<em>Shqiptar\u00ebt e mbi t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb tyne.<\/em>&nbsp;Thika\nka m\u00ebrrijt\u00eb n\u00eb asht; sot po i ndahet fati Bot\u00ebs. Por un\u00eb shpnesoj, se Zotnija e juej, q\u00eb e di mir\u00eb se n\u00eb\n\u00e7\u2019 hall ka vojt\u00eb Europa mbas kater vjet lufte, ka me e \u00e7mue si duhet e sa duhet\nndergjegj\u00ebn kombtare t\u00eb Shqiptarvet, q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00ebzet vjet rresht e mbajt\u00ebn luften\nn\u00eb kamb\u00eb, ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr mos me bjerr\u00eb lirin\u00eb e pamvarsin\u00eb e vet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E mos kujtoni, Zotnij,\nse me dek\u00eb t\u00eb fatosit t\u00eb lumnuesh\u00ebm Gjergj Sk\u00ebnderbeut u shue ndjesia e liris\u00eb\ndhe e pamvar\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb shpirtin e Shqiptar\u00ebve. Historia e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Turqia\">Turkis\u00eb<\/a>&nbsp;ka shenjue jo\nma pak se 54 kryengritje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, t\u00eb cilat, gjat\u00eb rrjedhjes s\u00eb kat\u00ebr\nkavaljeteve, kombi Shqiptar i bani qeveris\u00eb otomane a p\u00ebr me pshtue prej\nzgjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb saj\u00eb, a p\u00ebr me e ngushtue q\u00eb mos t\u2019i bante n\u2019 asgja t\u00eb drejtat e\ntija. Edhe pamvarsia e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Greqia\">Greqis\u00eb<\/a>&nbsp;asht\nnji lule e rimun me gjak Shqiptar. Zhavell\u00ebt dhe Bo\u00e7ar\u00ebt kan\u00eb ken\u00eb Shqiptar\u00eb e\nshqip kan\u00eb fol\u00eb dhe me trim\u00ebni shqiptare kan\u00eb luftue. Jo, po, Greqin\u00eb e kan\u00eb\nlirue shqiptar\u00ebt e jo grek\u00ebt, e ma pak e kan\u00eb lirue do Pushtete t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, t\u00eb cilat\naso kohe bajshin spekulime mbi Greqi, ashtu si, do Zoti, po bajn\u00eb sot mbi\nShqipnin\u00eb. E kur Turqit e Rij nis\u00ebn ta perdhosin dhe ta \u00e7orodisin vet\u00eb\nkonstitucionin, tue u mundue me e sjell\u00eb ate krejt n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb veta t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta e\njo per t\u00eb mir\u00eb e dobi t\u00eb mbretnis\u00eb, Shqiptar\u00ebt u ngrit\u00ebn e me arm\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb dhe\nlypen prej Sulltanit decentralizacionin dhe autonomin\u00eb e krahinave t\u00eb\nmbretnis\u00eb. Edhe Sulltani kje gati me ua \u00e7ue n\u00eb vend dishiren e tyne. Kur qe,\nshtetet e vegjel t\u00eb Ballkanit, \u2013 q\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb e kan\u00eb pas\u00eb mbajt\u00eb si nji\n\u201ctrashigimi\u201d t\u00eb tyne, \u2013 tue pa se n\u00ebper autonomi Shqipnia po u delte doret\nnjiher\u00eb e pergjithmon\u00eb, \u00e7ohen e i qesin luft\u00eb Turkis\u00eb! Asht e vertet\u00eb se nji\npjes\u00eb e shtypit europjan e pershndeti k\u00ebte luft\u00eb si nji luft\u00eb kryqtare per\nlirimin e popullit kristjan prej zgjedh\u00ebs otomane; por ajo, n\u00eb vetvedi, nuk kje\ntjeter ve\u00e7se nji luft\u00eb rrenimi, \u00e7ue pesh\u00eb prej kristjanve t\u00eb Ballkanit, per me\ne rrenue Shqipnin\u00eb dhe me e humb\u00eb t\u00eb mjerin Kombin Shqiptar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arsyeja pra, pse kombi\nShqiptar nuk mujti me dal\u00eb shtet n\u00eb vedi, nuk kje puna se atij i mungonte\nnd\u00ebrgjegjja kombtare ose ndjesia p\u00ebr liri e pamvarsi, por kje fakti se, shi\ndit\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai ishte gati me fitue lirin\u00eb e vet, Shtetet e Ballkanit ia\nngjit\u00ebn kthetrat dhe e ban\u00eb rob n\u00ebn zgjedh\u00eb t\u00eb veten. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e ban\u00eb, jo p\u00ebr\nme e mbajt\u00eb n\u00ebn sh\u00ebrbim e robni t\u00eb veten, por p\u00ebr me e shue shqimit e me e qit\u00eb\nfaret. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, prej k\u00ebsaj pikpamje duhet me e than\u00eb se Shqiptar\u00ebt gabuen,\ndhe gabuen rand\u00eb fort, q\u00eb u \u00e7uen aso kohe kundra Turkis\u00eb, sepse p\u00ebr ta do t\u00eb\nkishte ken\u00eb dam fort ma i vog\u00ebl me u vue n\u00ebn zgjedh\u00eb t\u00eb Turkis\u00eb, se sa me u gri\nprej kristjan\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po e shof, Zotnij, se\nkjo fjal\u00eb n\u00eb goj\u00ebn teme disi po ju a vret veshin dhe po ju duket nji paradoks\nn\u00eb vetvedi! Por shka ti bajm\u00eb pun\u00ebs, jan\u00eb faktet q\u00eb m\u00eb japin arsye! N\u00eb vitin\n1478 turqit marrin&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shkodra\">Shkodr\u00ebn<\/a>&nbsp;dhe\nme te mundet me u than\u00eb se u pushtue e tan\u00eb Shqipnia. Por megjithk\u00ebt\u00eb, turku ia\nnjofti Shqipnis\u00eb nji far\u00eb autonomie: na e la gjuh\u00ebn dhe kanunet tona, \u2013 por\naskund nuk lexohet n\u00eb histori se ky mbyti qinda mija shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebrnjiher\u00eb,\nsadoq\u00eb kombi hoqi zi e si asht ma zi prej tij. E tash ndini si u suell\nkristiani me Shqipni e me shqiptar\u00eb: N\u00eb vjetin 1912 k\u00ebrset lufta Turko-Ballkanike\ndhe ballkanik\u00ebt pushtojn\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb. E mir\u00eb. Po shka bajn\u00eb k\u00ebta? Njiher\u00eb\nmbysin, pak me than\u00eb, dyqindmij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, vrasin meshtar\u00eb katolik\u00eb sepse nuk\nndigjonin me e mohue Fen\u00eb. grijn\u00eb mysliman sepse edhe ata nuk duen me dal\u00eb\ndinit. Rrenojn\u00eb me themel qinda e qinda katunde, ve\u00e7se si e si me e farue\nKombin Shqiptar. N\u00eb vjet\u00ebn 1914, ushtrit\u00eb nd\u00ebrkombtare, mbas sa intrigash t\u00eb\nposhtme, pushtojn\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebn. Ndrye\nmbrenda qarkut dhjet\u00eb kilometrash n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, as q\u00eb e \u00e7il\u00ebn nji rrug\u00eb, as q\u00eb e\nl\u00ebshuen nji ur\u00eb, as hap\u00ebn nji shkoll\u00eb, nji gjykatore, nji spital, nji send t\u00eb\nvet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u2019i vyente p\u00ebrparimit dhe qytetnimit t\u00eb kombit Shqiptar. Gjith\u00eb\nkujdesi i tyne p\u00ebr Shqipni, p\u00ebrmblidhet n\u00eb k\u00ebta: kurrsesi mos me e lan\u00eb\nShkodr\u00ebn me ba pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb Statutin e Shtetit Shqiptar,\nt\u2019u qitte nji paragraf i posa\u00e7\u00ebm me t\u00eb cilin t\u00eb njiheshin n\u00eb Shqipni \u00e7futnit,\nnji tagri me shqiptar\u00ebt, sadoqi, aso kohe nuk kishte n\u00eb Shqipni me than\u00eb asnji\n\u00e7ifut. Mandej, kur doli prej Shkodre, Komanda Nderkombtare dogji t\u00eb gjitha\naktet dhe arkivat e veta. N\u00eb vjet\u00ebn 1915, malazez\u00ebt pushtojn\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebn me\nrrethina, sadoqi Shqipnia ishte shtet neutral dhe nuk kishte shpall\u00eb luft\u00eb me\nkurrkend. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vjet\u00ebs 1915, italian\u00ebt pushtojn\u00eb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vlor%C3%AB\">Vlon\u00ebn<\/a>, kinse p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim\nq\u00eb me u p\u00ebrkujdes\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e s\u00ebmut\u00eb t\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb Jugore. Por shka se, n\u00eb\nvend t\u00eb smutoreve, ngrejn\u00eb kala; n\u00eb vend t\u00eb barnatoreve, ngulin topa e gopedra,\nn\u00eb vend t\u00eb hapave dhe barnave, mjellin mina n\u00eb det, a thue se dy vjet ma par\u00eb,\nQeveria Shqiptare nuk e kishte dorzanu integritetin dhe neutralitetin e Shtetit\nShqiptar! N\u00eb vjetin mbas, 1916, Austro-Hungaria pushton Shqipnin\u00eb, e mbas pak\nkohet, shi ata q\u00eb kishin &nbsp;ba gjith\u00eb ate zhurm\u00eb e poter\u00eb per me mkamb\u00eb\nShqipnin\u00eb shtet n\u00eb vedi, i proklamojn\u00eb popullit Shqiptar se ky do ta kishte\nautonomin\u00eb e vet, atbot\u00eb kur ky t\u2019 ishte i zoti: si me e than\u00eb me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb\ntjera, ata dojshin ta mbajshin Shqipnin\u00eb si nji krahin\u00eb t\u00eb veten. P\u00ebr ma tep\u00ebr:\ngrek\u00ebt dogj\u00ebn 360 katunde n\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb Jugore, tuj i mbyt\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb\ndishmoheshin Shqiptar\u00eb. Sot Konferenca e Paqes lyp\u00eb q\u00eb shi nd\u00ebr k\u00ebto vise, t\u00eb\nbahet plebishiti p\u00ebr me caktue kufijt e Shqipnis\u00eb. Ironi e helmueme! Prej\nk\u00ebtyne pun\u00ebve, \u2013 p\u00ebr mos me fol\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, \u2013 duket \u00e7iltas se shqiptar\u00ebt,\nprej pikpamjes kombtare, kan\u00eb pas\u00eb arsye me drasht\u00eb ma shum\u00eb kristjan\u00ebt, se sa\nturqit. Turku, si p\u00ebr princip, si n\u00eb teori, ia ka pas\u00eb njoh\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb njifar\u00eb\nautonomie, sadoq\u00eb me Skanderbeun e pat kund\u00ebrshtue p\u00ebrparimin e tij n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kombi Shqiptar ka\ntager me ken\u00eb njoft\u00eb shtet i pamvarshem e sovran, pse asht Komb autokton i\nviseve ku sot me sot banon, e pse e ka t\u00eb shquet ndergjegjen lirie e pamvarsie:\nSi me than\u00eb, se ka n\u00eb vetvete t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebndorjet e lypuna q\u00eb me u njoft\u00eb nj\u00eb\nKomb Shtet m\u00eb vedi e i pamvarshem. Prandej Konferenca e Paq\u00ebs asht e\ndetyrueshme para historis\u00eb e njerzimit mbar\u00eb \u2013 per n\u00eb mos dasht\u00eb me u ra mohi\nparimeve t\u00eb veta \u2013 me na i njoft\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb drejta tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>II<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deri k\u00ebtu kumbona\njon\u00eb. Tash lypet, q\u00eb t\u00eb ndieni edhe at\u00eb t\u00eb anmiqve tan\u00eb; pse dishroj q\u00eb t\u00eb\nthelloni me mend sa ma mir\u00eb k\u00ebte \u00e7eshtje, p\u00ebr me mujt\u00eb masandej me dhan\u00eb nj\u00eb\ngjyq t\u00eb kthjellt\u00eb e t\u00eb paanshem mbi Shqiptar\u00ebt e mbi t\u00eb drejtat e tyne. Duhet\ndijt\u00eb, q\u00eb as anmiqt\u00eb tan\u00eb nuk e mohojn\u00eb vjetersin\u00eb e dashunin\u00eb e Kombit\nShqiptar p\u00ebr liri e pamvarsi; ve\u00e7se ata mundohen&nbsp;me i kamuflue\npretenzionet e veta mbi Shqipnin\u00eb n\u00ebn mask\u00eb t\u00eb do shkaqeve t\u00eb hijshme. Edhe\ndiplomacia e anmiqve tan\u00eb th\u00ebmelohet , si ajo e bot\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr, mbi egoiz\u00ebm e mbi\nhipokrizi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thon\u00eb, pra, anmiqt\u00eb\nton\u00eb e do mbrojt\u00ebsa t\u00eb tyne, se e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb Kombi Shqiptar asht ma i vjetri\nnd\u00ebr popuj t\u00eb Ballkanit e se ka nji dashni t\u00eb gjall\u00eb p\u00ebr liri dhe pamvarsi t\u00eb\nvet; ve\u00e7se \u00e7ka, se megjithk\u00ebte, Shqipnia nuk mund t\u00eb qitet shtet m\u00eb vedi se Shqiptar\u00ebt\njan\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) barbar\u00eb, b) nuk\njan\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00ebt me p\u00ebrparue dhe me u qytetnue vet\u00eb dhe se,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) eksperienca ka\ntregue se n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Princ Widit, Shqipnia nuk mund t\u00eb mbahet shtet m\u00eb vedi dhe\nkrejt i pamvarun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E dij, se un\u00eb jam tue\nvue tep\u00ebr n\u00eb prov\u00eb durimin tuej; por mue m\u00eb duhet domosdo me i qit\u00eb posht\u00eb me\narsye k\u00ebto shkaqe, ose ma mir\u00ea me than\u00eb, k\u00ebto t\u00eb shpifuna t\u00ea tyne kunder Kombit\nShqiptar, tue ken\u00eb se un\u00eb i jap nj\u00eb rand\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe fort gjyqit q\u00eb Zotnija e\njuej mundet me p\u00ebrba me mend mbi t\u00eb drejtat e Shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pra, simbas mendimit\nt\u00eb anmiqvet ton\u00eb, ose ma mir\u00eb me than\u00eb, simbas fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb vet\u00eb atyne, lypet q\u00eb\nShqipnia t\u00eb coptohet e t\u2019u jepet atyne n\u00eb dor\u00eb, p\u00ebr me e sundue dhe p\u00ebr me vu\nrregull, \u2013 meq\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb barbar\u00eb e t\u00eb egj\u00ebr e nuk jan\u00eb popull q\u00eb di me u\nqit\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vedi, pra me qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr me than\u00eb t\u00eb\nv\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, po t\u00eb marrim parasysh\u00eb mjetet e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn, me t\u00eb cilat ka nis\u00eb e vijue\nLufta e madhe europiane, kishe me than\u00eb se barbaria dhe eg\u00ebrsia e popujve ka\npak ose aspak t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekun me dishir\u00ebn p\u00ebr liri e pamvarsi t\u00eb tyne. Kur popuj e\nkombe, n\u00eb em\u00ebn t\u00eb \u201cqytetnis\u00eb\u201d kan\u00eb vra e pre f\u00ebmij\u00eb, gra, pleq e t\u00eb mbetun; q\u00eb\nkan\u00eb ba me dek\u00eb prej ujet e gazepit me mija njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafat n\u00eb dit\u00eb; q\u00eb kan\u00eb\ndjeg\u00eb e rrenue, jo vet\u00ebm katunde e qytete, por mbar\u00eb krahina t\u00eb pamatuna; q\u00eb\nkan\u00eb thye \u00e7do t\u00eb drejt\u00eb nd\u00ebrkombtare e njerzore dhe kan\u00eb pre n\u00eb bes\u00eb me qinda\nmija rob t\u00eb ram\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, \u2013 e megjithate, sot ata munden me ken\u00eb shtete t\u00eb\npamvarun e t\u00eb lir\u00eb; \u2013 po at\u00ebher\u00eb, pse nuk mundet me ken\u00eb Shqipnia e lir\u00eb ku, n\u00ebmos\ntjet\u00ebr, gra nuk vriten, ku nuk gjindet nji vorr i nji t\u00eb dekunit urije, ku\nndorja e besa edhe ndaj anmikut jan\u00eb t\u00eb pathyeshme?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kongresi i Versaj\u00ebs me\n1919<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serb\u00ebt, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e\nLuft\u00ebs Ballkanike, me shpata ua kan\u00eb \u00e7il\u00eb nanave Shqiptare barkun dhe foshnjet\ne nxjerruna sosh, i kan\u00eb ndez\u00eb flakada porsi pisha p\u00ebr me shndrit\u00eb nat\u00ebn me to,\ndhe sot Konferenca ua ka trefishue madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e shtetit t\u00eb tyne. Grek\u00ebt kan\u00eb\nkryqzue gjinden Shqiptare shi n\u00eb t\u00eb XX qindvjet\u00eb, ndersa sot, Konferenca e ka\nmenden me ua dhan\u00eb mandatin q\u00eb me i shtrue e me i qytetnue disa kombe t\u00eb tjera\n(kupto: Shqipnin\u00eb). Pse tash, Shqiptari, i cili nuk i njef k\u00ebto \u201cqytetni\u201d n\u00eb\nvedin e vet, pse s\u2019mundet me dal\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vedi, i lir\u00eb e i pamvarshem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por, edhe me pas\u00eb p\u00ebr\nta marr\u00eb barbarin\u00eb si gjendje petkore t\u00eb shpirtit t\u00eb njeriut, un\u00eb mundem me\nthan\u00eb pa droje kundershtimi, se Kombi Shqiptar nuk asht diftue aspak ma i eg\u00ebr\ne barbar se disa kombe t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb qytetnueme, kur k\u00ebta kan\u00eb ken\u00eb po me ato\nmndorje q\u00eb ka pas\u00eb Kombi Shqiptar. E per mos me shkue teper gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtu nuk po\nju permend sesi spanjol\u00ebt kan\u00eb mbyt\u00eb ma se 15 miljon hindjan t\u2019 Amerik\u00ebs, si e\nkallxon Imzot De La Casa, n\u00eb nji relacion q\u00eb i bani Mbretit t\u00eb Spanj\u00ebs; dhe as\npo e zgjas sesi Arigat e Elizabet\u00ebt e Anglis\u00eb i kan\u00eb vue reformat besimtare n\u00eb\nmbretni t\u00eb vet; vetem po due me ju qit\u00eb nder mend, kobin e hallin e zi q\u00eb e\nmbuloi k\u00ebte t\u00eb bukurin vendin tuej, \u2013 i cili kje gjithmon\u00eb shkolla e liris\u00eb dhe\ne qytetnis\u00eb. \u2013 At\u00ebher\u00eb&nbsp; kur populli francez, n\u00eb kryengritjen e vjetit\n1789, m\u00ebrrijti me marr\u00eb arm\u00ebt n\u00eb dor\u00eb e me i rr\u00ebzue autoritetet e nderueme, Ju\nZotnij, e dini fort mir\u00eb sesi ky popull francez, q\u00eb edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb ishte pasqyra\ne modeli i eleganc\u00ebs dhe polites\u00ebs, jo vetem q\u00eb e lau tan\u00eb Franc\u00ebn me gjakun e\nvllazenve t\u00eb vet, por nuk i fali as rreshtat e atyne fatosave, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, aq\nlumni e nder\u00eb i kishin sjell\u00eb \u201c<em>a la grande nation\u201d<\/em>; por due me than\u00eb, se\ni kan\u00eb dhunue deri kockat n\u00eb vorr Martirve t\u00eb vet. Me k\u00ebte rast, po due t\u2019 ju\nqes nder mend sa gjaqe e sa dhuni bahen, shi nder k\u00ebto koh\u00ebt tona, n\u2019 at\u00eb\nlulishten e Europ\u00ebs q\u00eb asht Italia. Shum\u00eb e njoftuna, e perkohshmja e Rom\u00ebs \u201c<em>La\nCivilt\u00e1 Cattolica\u201d<\/em>, n\u00eb numrin e vet t\u00eb Dhetorit t\u00eb 1914, botonte nji\nartikull interesant, t\u00eb quejtun&nbsp;<em>\u201cIl pericolo interno\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>ku, me\nstatistika n\u00eb dor\u00eb, thot\u00eb se n\u00eb Itali per njizet vjet rresht, prej vjetit 1894\ne deri n\u00eb 1914, kan\u00eb ndodh\u00eb nga njiqindmij\u00eb vrasje n\u00eb vjet, pra tre perqind e\npopullsis\u00eb. Kur, pra, n\u00eb mjedis nji mbretnije t\u00eb qytetnueme si Italia, q\u00eb asht\nvendi i bukuris\u00eb e i fisnikis\u00eb, e ku ka polici e xhaindarmeri e ushtri e flot\u00eb\ndetare, mund t\u00eb ndodhin kaq gjaqe e vrasje, at\u00ebher\u00eb, pse Shqipnis\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019\nju njifka e drejta e liris\u00eb dhe e pamvarsis\u00eb ku, megjithse nuk ka as polici,\nxhandarmeri, as ushtri kombtare, as gjykatore, as shkolla e institucione tjera\nkulturore, numri i t\u00eb vramve, \u2013 si dihet prej statistikave, \u2013 mezi\u2019 m\u00ebrrin\u00eb n\u00eb\nnji perqind n\u00eb vjet? Ah, po, duket \u00e7iltas, se nuk \u201cduen\u201d me e qit\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb\nshtet m\u00eb vedi e t\u00eb pamvarun dhe kjo, jo sepse Shqiptar\u00ebt na kenkan barbar\u00eb e t\u00eb\negj\u00ebr, por sepse k\u00ebta nuk kan\u00eb sot p\u00ebr sot, nji ushtri e nji flot\u00eb t\u00eb veten, me\nt\u00eb cil\u00ebn t\u00eb mund t\u2019u dalin zot tagreve t\u00eb veta. Ose me than\u00eb ma kjart\u00eb, u vehet\nkamba Shqiptarve, vet\u00ebm sepse k\u00ebta jan\u00eb ma t\u00eb lig\u00ebsht ushtarakisht, e jo, sepse\njan\u00eb ma barbar\u00eb se kombet e tjera t\u00eb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ballkani\">Ballkanit<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por k\u00ebtu tash, vjen\nedhe puna e gjakmarrjes, \u2013&nbsp;<em>la vendetta, \u2013&nbsp;<\/em>prej t\u00eb cilit fakt,\nanmiqt\u00eb ton\u00eb, si edhe kumbar\u00ebt\u2026 e tyne, duen me e prue si argument per\nbarbarin\u00eb e egersin\u00eb e Kombit shqiptar. Kurrkush ma fort se un\u00eb, \u2013 si nji\nPrelat kishtar, \u2013 nuk mund ta d\u00ebnojn\u00eb punen e gjakmarrjes n\u00eb vetvedi e ta\nmarrin si nji fakt t\u00eb zhdeshun prej mndorjeve, ndermjet t\u00eb cilave kjo ndodh.\nVe\u00e7 shka se, per me e caktue gjendjen shpirtnore, asht apo nuk asht barbare n\u00eb\nnji njeri ose n\u00eb nji Komb, nuk duhet t\u00eb merret aq n\u00eb kujdes fakti, sa shkaku\npsikik q\u00eb e shtyn njeriun ose nji Komb, me veprue k\u00ebshtu. Bjen fjala: kanibali\nmbyt nji njeri, por edhe gjykatsi europjan e mbyt nji njeri. Tash, a mund t\u00eb\nthomi se t\u00eb dy jan\u00eb njisoj barbar\u00eb? Jo; pse kanibali e mbyt njeriun per me i\nhanger mishin dhe prandej, si rrjedhoj\u00eb asht barbar. Ndersa gjykatsi europjan e\nmbyt njeriun, jo me i hanger mishin e as per me e shfrye m\u00ebnin\u00eb e vet mbi te,\npor per me pshtue shoqnin\u00eb prej nji elementi t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm e, bash per k\u00ebte,\nnuk asht barbar. N\u00eb se e marrim punen pra, nga ana psikologjike, un\u00eb tham se\n\u00e7eshtja e gjakmarrjes n\u00eb Shqipni, nuk asht nji argument i cili sherben per me\npercaktue barbarin\u00eb e egersin\u00eb e Kombit Shqiptar, por ky asht si rezultat i\ndisa mndorjeve, t\u00eb cilat nuk mvaren prej Shpirtit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Kombi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbas&nbsp;<em>Kanunit,&nbsp;<\/em>i\ncili asht t\u00eb shprehunit e Shpirtit t\u00eb Kombit Shqiptar, \u00e7do vrasje asht e\nndeshkueme me dek\u00eb. Dihet se, simbas&nbsp;<em>Kanunit,&nbsp;<\/em>po t\u2019i kishte ra\nn\u00eb dor\u00eb gjaksi autoritetit ekzekutiv t\u00eb&nbsp;<em>Kanunit,&nbsp;<\/em>ky do ta\nkishte mbyt\u00eb ate n\u00eb vend, pa kurrfar\u00eb ngurrimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po gjaksi shpesh ik\u00eb,\nl\u00ebshon vendin e struket larg, si mik, n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb nji Bajraku tjeter, tue i\npshtue k\u00ebshtu gjyqit t\u00eb Bajrakut t\u00eb vet. Duhet dijt\u00eb se n\u00eb Shqipni, miku asht i\npatrazuesh\u00ebm e nuk mund t\u00eb preket prej kurrkujt. Sepse, po ndodhi q\u00eb ndokush ia\nngau mikun kujt, kjo \u201cdhun\u00eb e bame ndaj mikut\u201d, s\u2019 mund t\u00eb lahet ndryshe, ve\u00e7se\nme gjak prej an\u00ebs s\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebsit t\u00eb tij q\u00eb e ka marr\u00eb ndore. K\u00ebshtu ndodhi q\u00eb\nautoritetet e Bajrakut t\u00eb gjaksit nuk kan\u00eb muejt\u00eb me i dhan\u00eb ndeshkimin e\ndek\u00ebs, tue ken\u00eb se po ta kishin vra n\u00eb ndoren e nji Bajraku tjeter, do t\u00eb ishte\nngreh\u00eb luft\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtyne dy Bajraqeve. Per mos me i dhan\u00eb shkas pra, nji\nluftet civile, autoritetet e Bajrakut t\u00eb gjaksit, ia djegin sht\u00ebpin\u00eb gjaksit, \u2013\ni vetmi ndeshkim q\u00eb, si mbas mndoreve t\u00eb vendit, mund t\u2019i bahej atij, \u2013 e persa\ni p\u00ebrket ndeshkimit t\u00eb vdekjes, ua len k\u00ebte p\u00ebrlim sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb vramit, q\u00eb ta\nkerkonte e ta vrante gjaksin, por jo si nji Bajrak me tjetrin. K\u00ebte pun\u00eb kan\u00eb\nm\u00ebrrijt\u00eb me e ba autoritetet e Bajrakut, tue ken\u00eb se, n\u00eb sy t\u00eb tyne, \u00e7do njeri\nq\u00eb asht i zoti i arm\u00ebve, thirret edhe si ushtar i Bajrakut. Per ma teper, duhet\ndijt\u00eb edhe se k\u00ebto vendime t\u00eb&nbsp;<em>Kanunit&nbsp;<\/em>kan\u00eb ken\u00eb njoft\u00eb edhe\nzyrtarisht prej Sovranit t\u00eb vendit q\u00eb ishte, n\u00eb k\u00ebte ras\u00eb, Sulltani i\nStambollit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shqiptari pra, tue vra\ngjaksin e vet, nuk ban gja tjeter, ve\u00e7se \u00e7on n\u00eb vend nji ligj&nbsp; t\u00eb cilin ai\ne mban si t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. N\u00ebse duem t\u00eb flasim n\u00eb pikpamje psikologjike, veprimi i\natij q\u00eb merr gjak asht nji veprim i ligjsh\u00ebm e nuk mund t\u00eb thirret kurr\nuhamarrje,&nbsp;<em>vendetta.&nbsp;<\/em>As xhelati i Luigjit XVI, i cili ia preu\nkryet Mbretit, nuk pyeti, a ishte e drejt\u00eb apo jo me ja pre kryet k\u00ebtij, por e\nmbyti se ishte i bindun se ligji ishte i mir\u00eb e i bazuem n\u2019 arsye. Qe pse atij\nnuk iu desht t\u2019i pergjegjej askujt per premjen e kok\u00ebs s\u00eb Krajlit Franc\u00ebs dhe,\nas sot e k\u00ebsaj dit\u00eb, kurrkush nuk thot\u00eb se ai kje nji njeri barbar. E se vrasja\ne gjaksit, nga pikpamja psikologjike nuk asht nji&nbsp;<em>vendetta<\/em>, dan\u00eb\nedhe per faktin se vrasja ndermjet dy familjeve hasme, nuk shtyhet n\u00eb nji numer\nt\u00eb percaktuem, por, nji t\u00eb vram\u00eb gjaksit, dy familjet marrin e japin njena me\ntjetren, si me t\u00eb gjitha familjet tjera t\u00eb Bajrakut, \u2013 pak a shum\u00eb, aq sa\nmarrin e japin ndermjet tyne, shtetet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetnueme, mbas\nnji Lufte Botnore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por asht edhe gabim me\nthan\u00eb se t\u00eb marrunit e gjakut sh\u00ebnon barbarin\u00eb e nji Kombit, n\u00eb kjoft\u00eb se ne,\nn\u00ebn fjal\u00ebn barbari, kuptojm\u00eb eg\u00ebrsin\u00eb ose breshtnin\u00eb e Shpirtit t\u00eb tij, ashtu\nsi duen me e kuptue kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb, kur e kan\u00eb fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr Kombin Shqiptar.\nT\u00eb marrunit e gjakut buron prej mndorjeve t\u00eb jashtme e prej t\u00eb metave t\u00eb\norganizimit shoqnor t\u00eb nji Kombi, dhe jo gjithmon\u00eb prej gjendjes shpirtnore t\u00eb\ntij. E v\u00ebrteta e k\u00ebtyne fjal\u00ebve p\u00ebrcaktohet edhe prej historis\u00eb s\u00eb popujve, p\u00ebr\nt\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb thohet se kan\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb egj\u00ebr e breshtnor\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb&nbsp;<em>Bibl\u00ebn\nShenjte<\/em>&nbsp;k\u00ebndohen k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb:<em>\u201cPropinquus occisi homicidam\ninterficiet: statim ut apprehenderit eum, interficiet\u2026Cognatus occisi, statim\nut invenerit eum (homicidam) jugulabit.\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>N\u00eb se dikush godet nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr\nme gur dhe mund t\u2019i shkaktoj\u00eb vdekjen, ai asht nj\u00eb vras\u00ebs dhe asht i d\u00ebnuem me\nvdekje. Njeriu i ngarkuem me hakmarr\u00eb viktim\u00ebn, e vret vras\u00ebsin me rastin e\npar\u00eb. (Num. T\u00eb metat e organizimit shoqnor, si dhe t\u00eb marrunit e gjakut\nn\u00eb Shqipni, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkaktueme prej mndorjeve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebme, por rrjedhin\nprej gjendjes shpirtnore t\u00eb eg\u00ebr t\u00eb Kombit Shqiptar. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera,\nshqiptari vret njeriun p\u00ebr instikt dhe jo p\u00ebr nji arsye, e cila, edhe mbas\nmentalitetit e bindjes s\u00eb tij, t\u00eb jet\u00eb e p\u00ebshtetun mbi nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb ruejtunit\nt\u00eb jet\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjas\u00eb ose t\u00eb nder\u00ebs s\u00eb vet. E p\u00ebr n\u00eb kjoft\u00ebse asht e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u2013\nsikurse njimend asht e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb! \u2013 se poezia popullore asht pasqyra e Shpirtit\nt\u00eb nji Kombi, kjo duket \u00e7iltas, \u2013 thon\u00eb ata, \u2013 prej kang\u00ebve popullore shqipe,\nsepse t\u00eb tana, ose gati t\u00eb tana, tregojn\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta vrasjesh ose gjakut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por edhe k\u00ebtu dan\u00eb\nmirfilli se, kundershtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb ua kan\u00eb zejen shpifjeve e rrenave e se ksodore,\nata flasin, jo sepse kan\u00eb d\u00ebshiren, q\u00eb t\u00eb vehet paqa ndermjet kombeve, por\nsepse\u2026e lakmojn\u00eb k\u00ebte tok\u00eb Shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E vertet\u00eb se poezia\npopullore shqipe tregon pun\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta vrasjesh e gjakut; por kjo nuk do me\nthan\u00eb se Kombi Shqiptar vret njeriun per instikt. Shqiptari nuk i k\u00ebndon \u00e7do\nlloj vrasjesh e gjakut. Ai k\u00ebndon vetem per ato vrasje e gjaqe t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb ba\nvetem me i dal\u00eb zot jet\u00ebs, gjas\u00eb e nder\u00ebs, dhe per me u krye nji veprim i\nk\u00ebtill\u00eb, lypet nji forc\u00eb e nji trimni e jashtzakonshme, ashtu si mundet me u\nvertetue nder kang\u00ebt heroike Shqiptare, t\u00eb mbledhuna n\u00eb vllimet \u201c<em>Visaret e\nKombit\u201d.<\/em>&nbsp;E se k\u00ebto vrasje e gjaqe nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb bame gjithmon\u00eb per nji\ninteres t\u00eb pergjithsh\u00ebm dhe se \u00e7mimi i nder\u00ebs s\u00eb njeriut n\u00eb Shqipni, nuk asht i\nmatun gjithmon\u00eb simbas kriterit t\u00eb kombeve t\u00eb qytetnueme, kjo nuk don me than\u00eb\nse Kombi Shqiptar asht i eger e barbar, por don me than\u00eb se organizimi shoqnor\ni tij ka nevoj\u00eb me u p\u00ebrmirsue e se do parime morale, ende s\u2019 jan\u00eb zhdrivillue\nplotsisht nd\u00ebr Shqiptar\u00eb. Na k\u00ebtu nuk po flasim per moralitet t\u00eb k\u00ebtyne akteve:\nFlasim mbi movent t\u00eb k\u00ebtyne akteve e thomi se, vrasja n\u00eb Shqipni nuk bahet per\ninstinkt, por per nji \u201cshkak\u201d, i cili, simbas mentalitetit t\u00eb Kombit, asht i\nmir\u00eb e i arsyesh\u00ebm. Prandej per k\u00ebte, populli Shqiptar nuk mund t\u00eb thirret i\neger e barbar. E mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se paladin\u00ebt e Ariostit dhe kreshnik\u00ebt e\nTasit, nuk kan\u00eb luftue gjithmon\u00eb per interes t\u00eb pergjithsh\u00ebm e as q\u00eb kan\u00eb\nqindrue gjithmon\u00eb per nji nder\u00eb t\u00eb kuptuem simbas parimeve t\u2019Etik\u00ebs s\u00eb popujve\nt\u00eb qytetnuem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por, per me e diftue\neg\u00ebrsin\u00eb e Kombit Shqiptar dhe pazotsin\u00eb e tij per me u qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb vedi e i\npamvarun, kundershtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb kapen edhe n\u00eb nji pun\u00eb tjeter. Ata thon\u00eb: \u201cNuk\nmbahet mend n\u00eb histori se Kombi Shqiptar asht gjet\u00eb kurr i bashkuem e i\nunjishem m\u2019nji si shtet, por gjithmon\u00eb, \u2013 si edhe sot, \u2013 ai shfaqet i ndam\u00eb n\u00eb\nfise e Bajraqe, gja kjo q\u00eb ndodh vetem nder kombe t\u2019 egra.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebte fjal\u00eb ka muejt\u00eb\nme e than\u00eb e me e shkrue, edhe ndonji dijetar, i cili, drejtperdrejt, nuk hyn\nn\u00eb numrin e frot\u00ebs s\u2019 armiqve ton\u00eb. Ata thon\u00eb se Kombi Shqiptar nuk shfaqet n\u00eb\nhistori i unjishem n\u00eb nji bashkim q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb pas\u00eb formen e shtetit. Ne na duket\nse k\u00ebta dijetar\u00eb jan\u00eb si t\u00eb ngutun n\u00eb dhanjen e k\u00ebtij gjykimi. Asht e vertet\u00eb\nse mundet me ken\u00eb q\u00eb ky Komb t\u00eb shfaqet n\u00eb histori, si gjithmar\u00eb, i unjishem n\u00eb\nnji shtet n\u00ebn emnin \u201cshqiptar\u201d e \u201c<em>albanensis<\/em>\u201d, nen t\u00eb cil\u00ebt emna,\nhistoria tashma e quen Kombin Shqiptar. Por duhet dijt\u00eb se fjala \u201cshqiptar\u201d e\n\u201calbanensis\u201d nuk shenon individualitetin etnologjik t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij Kombi.\nFjala \u201cshqiptar\u201d vjen prej verbit \u201cme shqiptue\u201d, q\u00eb don me than\u00eb \u201cenuntiare\u201d,\n\u201cexprimere\u201d, e shenon njeriun q\u00eb mundet me fol\u00eb dhe me ken\u00eb kuptue n\u00eb k\u00ebte\ngjuh\u00eb, prej &nbsp;tjer\u00ebve. E prandej, \u201cshqiptar\u201d asht edhe francezi per\nfrancez, kinezi per kinez, hindjani per hindjan, etj. Pra, mjaft q\u00eb ta ken\u00eb\ngjuhen amtare, s\u00eb bashkut. Per antonomazi pra, e vetem perpara Kombit Shqiptar,\nfjala \u201cshqiptar\u201d shenjon kombsi; sepse, n\u00eb vetvedi, si e thame ma siper, nuk e\nka k\u00ebte kuptim. Po k\u00ebshtu, edhe fjala \u201calbanensis\u201d nuk percakton\nindividualitetin etnologjik t\u00eb nji familjes kombtare, por shenjon popullin q\u00eb\nbanon n\u2019 Albanie ose Shqipni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tash, p\u00ebrpara se\nndokush mund ta thonte me arsye se Kombi Shqiptar nuk shfaqet kurr i bashkuem\nn\u00eb nji shtet, kishte me u dasht\u00eb ma par\u00eb q\u00eb historia t\u00eb caktonte se prej kah e\nka rraj\u00ebn ky Komb, k\u00e9 ka fis e vlla mbi bot\u00eb, \u2013 sepse ky nuk ka bijt\u00eb vetvedit\nmbi bot\u00eb, \u2013 e se deri ku p\u00ebrfshihej vendi i tij. Por k\u00ebto, historia ende s\u2019i ka\np\u00ebrcaktue, e kushedi se kur ka me muejt\u00eb me i p\u00ebrcaktue, sepse historia e\nKombit ton\u00eb gjindet e shtjellueme mbrenda hijeve t\u00eb mugta t\u00eb kohve ma t\u00eb\nvjetra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masandej do t\u00eb ishte\ndasht\u00eb q\u00eb historiograf\u00ebt e hersh\u00ebm, mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebshteten historian\u00ebt e\nsotsh\u00ebm, t\u2019i kishin nda me nji emen t\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb tan\u00eb elementet prej t\u00eb cilit\np\u00ebrbahet ky Komb. Kush mundet me e than\u00eb me siguri se shqiptar\u00ebt, ilir\u00ebt,\nmaqedonasit, thrakejt, epirot\u00ebt jan\u00eb pra t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb nji fisi apo jo? Prandej\nkurrkush nuk mund ta thot\u00eb me siguri se shqiptar\u00ebt s\u2019kan\u00eb ken\u00eb kurr\u00eb t\u00eb\nbashkuem m\u00eb nji e s\u2019kan\u00eb ken\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete. Por, po e xam\u00eb, edhe, se shqiptar\u00ebt\ns\u2019kan\u00eb ken\u00eb kurr\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuem n\u00eb nji shtet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm. Megjithk\u00ebt\u00eb, armiqt ton\u00eb\nnuk kan\u00eb arsye kur thon\u00eb se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak, Kombi Shqiptar nuk duhet qit\u00eb shtet\nm\u00eb vedi, por ky vend duhet nda nd\u00ebrmjet tyne, si gja e pazot. Kush i mba mend\ngrek\u00ebt t\u00eb bashkuem n\u00ebn nji skept\u00ebr dhe kunor\u00eb mbretnore p\u00ebrpara s\u00eb XIX\nqindvjet\u00eb? Sa jet\u00eb ka flamuri i Greqis\u00eb? A p\u00ebr arsye se deri dje,\nedhe Kombi i tyne nuk ka ken\u00eb i bashkuem n\u00eb nji shtet t\u00eb pamvarun?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandej, sa p\u00ebr at\u00eb\nfjal\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb thon\u00eb kundershtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb, se Kombi Shqiptar duhet mbajtun p\u00ebr\nbarbar, p\u00ebr arsye se asht i ndam\u00eb nder krahina dhe fise, nuk duket se asht ma\nme themel se ato t\u00eb shpifunat tjera mbi t\u00eb cilat u fol ma sip\u00ebr. Tue ken\u00eb e\nthemelueme jeta shoqnore mbi bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb interesave, prej vedit vjen si\nrrjedhoj\u00eb se shteti, i cili ngallitet prej asaj bashk\u00ebsie, nuk mund t\u00eb\np\u00ebrshtrihet ma p\u00ebrtej se sa i m\u00ebrrin\u00eb forca q\u00eb do t\u2019i mbroj\u00eb ato interresa.\nTash, tue ken\u00eb se populli Shqiptar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pushtimeve t\u00eb hueja t\u00eb\nvazhdueshme, nuk mujt me i organizue forcat e veta n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb me mbrojt\u00eb e me\ndrejtue interesat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb Kombit, k\u00ebtij iu desht doemosdo me u nda n\u00eb\ndisa grupe ma t\u00eb vogla, e aty, p\u00ebrmbrenda qarkut t\u00eb mund\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb natyra dhe\npozicioni gjeografik u jepte do familjeve, me u vllaznue dhe me i mbrojt\u00eb\ninteresat e veta, me modelue \u201cshtetin\u201d dhe me organizue jet\u00ebn e vet shoqnore. E\nky ishte i vetmi sistem jete shoqnore q\u00eb mund t\u00eb realizohej deri m\u00eb sot n\u00eb\nShqipni. N\u00eb njen\u00ebn an\u00eb, shqiptari nuk donte t\u2019i shtrohej pushtuesit t\u00eb huej, n\u00eb\nan\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, pushtuesi i huej nuk e lente shqiptarin me i organizue forcat e\nveta n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ky ta shtrinte pushtetin e vet mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kombin.\nShqiptarit iu desht me e lokalizue pushtetin e vet n\u00eb krahina t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, tue i\nmbajt\u00eb s\u00eb bashku parimet e&nbsp;<em>Kanunit&nbsp;<\/em>Kombtar si rregull jetet.\nPrandej, fakti q\u00eb Kombi Shqiptar gjindet i ndam\u00eb nd\u00ebr fise, nuk rrjedh prej\nshpirtit t\u00eb tij ekcentrik dhe barbar, por prej faktorve t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtme t\u00eb cilat\nai nuk kishte m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sesi me i shnd\u00ebrrue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E, me e vertetue se\nKombi i ndam\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb fise asht gjithmon\u00eb barbar, mundet me u v\u00ebrtetue edhe\nprej historis\u00eb. N\u00eb kohen kur Filipi i Maqedonis\u00eb kercnonte Republiken e\nAthin\u00ebs, kjo Republik\u00eb xuni me u forcue per t\u2019i ba ball\u00eb anmikut e k\u00ebshtu, m\u00ebkambi\nnji ushtri prej 500 vet\u00ebsh kamsor\u00eb e 50 kalor\u00ebs t\u2019 armatosun, kjo gja mundet me\nu lexue n\u00eb Filipik\u00ebt e t\u00eb Demostenit. Prej k\u00ebtyne shifrave duket e kjart\u00eb se\nRepublika e Athin\u00ebs, n\u00eb kohen e Demostenit, nuk dij a mund t\u00eb kishte ken\u00eb shum\u00eb\ngja ma e madhe se ndonji fis i Shqipnis\u00eb. Por megjithk\u00ebte, s\u2019e besoj se\nkundershtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb mund t\u00eb thon\u00eb se Atdheu i Demostenit ka ken\u00eb barbar, per\narsye se kjo Republik\u00eb ka ken\u00eb ma e vogel se Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00eb mbrami,\nkundershtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb thon\u00eb se Shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb jo ve\u00e7 barbar\u00eb, po, per mateper,\nShpirti i tyne asht i ngatht\u00eb e i plog\u00ebsht, aqsa mos me mujt\u00eb kurr me u\nqytetnue e me perparue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fjala fjal\u00ebn s\u2019 e\nmund, por shtanga shtangen, ka pas\u00eb than\u00eb nji gjakovas i motshem: \u201cShtanga e\nthyen njiher\u00eb shtang\u00ebn, por fjala s\u2019 e mund kurr fjal\u00ebn!\u201d Prandej, un\u00eb k\u00ebtu nuk\npo due me u hallakat\u00eb fort nder fjal\u00eb, ve\u00e7se me arsye t\u00eb forta, \u2013 t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb\nshtanga n\u00eb nji kuvend burrash t\u00eb mendsh\u00ebm, \u2013 due me diftue se Shpirti ose psika\ne Kombit Shqiptar, nuk asht aspak ma e ngatht\u00eb se ajo e sllav\u00ebve. Le ta perballojm\u00eb pra,\npoezin\u00eb popullore shqipe, me ate t\u00eb sllav\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tue gjykue simbas\npoezis\u00eb popullore t\u00eb sllav\u00ebve t\u00eb Jugut, rodi i poezis\u00eb q\u00eb zotnon ma shum\u00eb nder\nta, asht&nbsp;<em>legjenda.<\/em>&nbsp;Legjenda, si dihet prej natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb vet,\nkerkon me lurtue vesh\u00ebt e t\u00eb m\u00ebdhajve e prandej, k\u00ebte rod poezie e gjejm\u00eb t\u00eb\nperhapun sidomos nder epoka t\u00eb despotizmit e autokracijet, si dhe nder popuj t\u00eb\ncil\u00ebt, ndjenjat e liris\u00eb nuk i kan\u00eb fort t\u00eb shqueme, gjithashtu q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb\nshpirt iniciative n\u00eb vetvedi. E t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb jan\u00eb sllav\u00ebt, perpos\u00eb malazez\u00ebve, t\u00eb\ncil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb shartuem ma fort se me tjer\u00eb, me shqiptar\u00eb. Fatosat e\nKombit sllav, ashtu si i paraqet poezia e tyne popullore, nuk jan\u00eb njerz\u00eb t\u00eb\nnji force t\u00eb jashtzakonshme, si asht Akili, Dhiomedi ose Ajaksi n\u00eb&nbsp;<em>\u201cIliad\u00eb<\/em>\u201d.\nNuk jan\u00eb as vetje gadi t\u00eb hyjnueshme, si Lu\u00e7iferri i Miltonit n\u00eb \u201cParrizin e\ndjerrun\u201d, po jan\u00eb disa perbindsha t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7udnuem , q\u00ea s\u2019di njeriu a jan\u00ea\nkulshedra apo katallaj e maluketen t\u00ea trishtuesh\u00eam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, bjen fjala,\nKralevi\u00e7 Marku, tash k\u00ebrcen me sharcin e vet prej nji malit n\u00eb tjetrin, tash\nhan 50 ok\u00eb grosh\u00eb n\u00eb hae, tash pin ven\u00eb me lagena 12 ok\u00ebsh, tash e hjedh\ntopuzin tri dit\u00eb udh\u00eb larg, etj. Tue i pas\u00eb sherbye gjithmon\u00eb tiranit t\u00eb huej ose tiranit t\u00eb vet, ai,\nper me e lurtue e per me ia k\u00ebndell\u00eb vesh\u00ebt atij, ka ken\u00eb i ngushtuem me\nzgjedh\u00eb fjal\u00eb e thanje sa ma t\u00eb hijshme nder poezit\u00eb e veta. Kurrkush nuk ka\nm\u00ebnyra ma t\u00eb bukura n\u00eb t\u00eb folun, se ata q\u00eb sherbejn\u00eb nder pallate t\u00eb mbret\u00ebnve.\nE nuk ka pse t\u00eb thon\u00eb kush ndryshej, sepse edhe kombet e qytetnueme i kan\u00eb\nk\u00ebtoforma shpellanike e t\u00eb p\u00ebrbindshme nder poezit\u00eb e veta, si bjen fjala,\n&nbsp;<em>ipogrifi<\/em>&nbsp;i Ariostit. Poet\u00ebt e kombeve t\u00eb qytetnueme i bijn\u00eb\nk\u00ebto forma, jo si nji ideal t\u00eb vetin, por si nji \u00e7ud\u00eb, nji shtriganeri ose si\nnji shprehje t\u00eb mentaliteteve t\u00eb kalueme, perderisa shkohet deri aty sa sllavi\nKralevi\u00e7 Marku, nuk do t\u00eb kishte ken\u00eb Kralevi\u00e7 Mark po nuk i hangri 50 ok\u00eb\ngrosh\u00eb n\u00eb hae e kali i tij t\u00eb mos hidhet mal m\u00eb mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derisa poezia\npopullore shqipe asht krejt ndryshej. Kjo na ban t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se psika sllave asht ma pak e zhvillueme\nse ajo e Kombit Shqiptar. E per me e perforcue edhe ma shum\u00eb k\u00ebte mendim\nt\u2019emin, k\u00ebtu due me ju prue edhe disa fakte prej&nbsp; t\u00eb cil\u00ebve, Zotnija juej\nka me e pa edhe ma kjarisht se, kundershtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb, gjykimin e vet mbi\nShqiptar\u00ebt e japin, jo simbas s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, po simbas interesit t\u00eb tyne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sllav\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi,\nku prej forc\u00ebs s\u00eb pozicionit gjeografik t\u00eb vendit, ku edhe se vet\u00eb e kan\u00eb zanat\npushk\u00ebn, gjithmon\u00eb kan\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb e m\u00eb vedi. K\u00ebto Pushtete, mandej, ia\nkan\u00eb ba me dijt\u00eb bot\u00ebs mbar\u00eb se traktatet nd\u00ebrkombtare ata nuk i mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebr\nshtupa letrash me i tret\u00eb, por i respektojn\u00eb si akte, q\u00eb prekin nderen e\nkombeve q\u00eb i kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrue. E njimend, po e xam\u00eb se anglezi thot\u00eb se ja ka\nnis\u00eb nji lufte t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme e t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtueme, por k\u00ebte e ka ba vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr erz t\u00eb\nfirm\u00ebs q\u00eb ai e ka pas\u00eb vu p\u00ebr pamvar\u00ebsi dhe neutralitet t\u00eb Belgjit. Pamvarsia e\nKombit Shqiptar pra, n\u00eb se do marr\u00eb si nji pun\u00eb e kryeme dhe e dor\u00ebzanueme mbi\nerz t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, prandej tash ne nuk na mbetet tjet\u00ebr, ve\u00e7se\nme fol\u00eb p\u00ebr kufij t\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Shtetit Shqiptar, e kjo asht nji \u00e7ashtje po\naq me rand\u00ebsi, sa ajo e pamvar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pushtimet e hueja dhe\nintrigat e paemen t\u00eb nji diplomacie bakalle, t\u00eb pashpirt e t\u00eb pazem\u00ebr, kaq fort\nia kan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrue dhe per\u00e7udnue fizionomin\u00eb gjeografike dhe etnologjike\nShqipnis\u00eb sa q\u00eb sot, nji i huej, sado i drejt\u00eb dhe i papajambajtas, mezi mundet\nme e njoft\u00eb me nji t\u00eb k\u00ebqyrun. \u2013 Edhe nji nan\u00eb, shpesh e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb me e\nnjoh\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb birit, kur k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u2019ia ket\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7udnue me varr\u00eb e me dermishime\narma e anmikut. \u2013 Prandej, lypet t\u00eb caktojm\u00eb ma p\u00ebrpara disa kritere t\u00eb\nsigurta, mbas t\u00eb cilave mandej, me p\u00ebrskajue kufijt e natyrshem t\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbas parimit t\u00eb\nautode\u00e7izionit, sejcili popull q\u00eb mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ka nji homogjenitet t\u00eb\npak\u00ebputun e t\u00eb pandam\u00eb n\u00eb vetvedi, ashtu si ky p\u00ebrcaktohet prej ndermyllzave t\u00eb\nteorive uilsonjane, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, ose n\u00eb mos tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb kishte t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, q\u00eb\nai vet\u00eb me e nda kuvendin mbi sharte t\u00eb veta politike e ekonomike dhe me u\nnderue si shtet i lir\u00eb dhe i pamvarshem. Ky shtet, masandej, gjeografikisht do\nt\u00eb p\u00ebrshtrihej deri ku kapet kombsija e pandame e vijueshme e atij populli. E\nn\u00eb rast se n\u00eb ndonji skundiill toke t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti gjinden t\u00eb shartuem\nelemente t\u00eb huej, aty vullneti i popullit do t\u00eb vertetohej n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb nji\nplebishiti, mandej liria e tij do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e dorzanueme dhe e sigurueme si duhet\ne sa duhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbas k\u00ebtyne parimeve,\nasht pun\u00eb e arsyeshme q\u00eb shteti Shqiptar t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtrihet gjeografikisht deri ku\nm\u00ebrrin Komb\u00ebsia e Popullit Shqiptar, e vijueshme dhe e pandame prej centrit t\u00eb\nvet. Sepse tagri i autode\u00e7izionit nuk asht i lidhun me individ\u00eb ose me grupe t\u00eb\ncaktuem njer\u00ebzish, por me avrom t\u00eb gjith\u00ebmbarsh\u00ebm prej t\u00eb cilit p\u00ebrbahet Kombi.\nPrandaj \u00e7do zvoglim q\u00eb i bahet tok\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb, i pap\u00ebshtetun mbi k\u00ebto\nparime, do me than\u00eb se ai i bahet dhunsh\u00ebm e me t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb cilit\nkriter ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb mujt\u00eb me u caktue t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtrimit e Kombsis\u00eb Shqiptare? \u2013 Mbas\ngjuh\u00ebs, i vet\u00ebm ky n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, asht kriteri ma i patundsh\u00ebm dhe q\u00eb nuk mund\nt\u00eb lehet kurrsesi mbasdore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Populli Shqiptar flet\nnji gjuh\u00eb krejt t\u00eb veten q\u00eb, \u2013 tue lan\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb transformimet e natyrshme t\u00eb\nelementave t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk i ka pshtue asnji gjuh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr deri m\u00eb sot, \u2013 kurrfare\nnuk mund t\u00eb unjisohet me gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb tjera keltike, latine, gjermanike, sllave ose\nhelenike, me p\u00ebrjashtim ku puqet me to, me rraj\u00eb t\u00eb bashkueme indo-gjermane. Prej\nk\u00ebtej pra, rrjedh q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb e flasin k\u00ebt\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb Kombsi\nkrejt m\u00eb vedi e krejt t\u00eb ndame prej asaj t\u00eb kombeve t\u00eb tjera t\u2019 Europ\u00ebs. Sepse,\nnuk ma merr mendja q\u00eb nji tjet\u00ebr popull i gjall\u00eb i Europ\u00ebs t\u2019ia ket\u00eb tatue\nShqiptarit nji gjuh\u00eb q\u00eb, dhe as nji tjet\u00ebr popull europian, mos ta ket\u00eb fol\u00eb.\nP\u00ebr ma tep\u00ebr, nji gjuh\u00eb e dekun, nuk i tatohet nji populli mar\u00eb. Por as populli\nShqiptar nuk ka mujt\u00eb me ua tatue popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e vet. Gjuha tatohet,\nose me forc\u00eb t\u2019 arm\u00ebve, ose me forc\u00ebn e kultur\u00ebs e t\u00eb qytetnimit. Por, si prej\nnjen\u00ebs, si prej tjetr\u00ebs pikpamje, Shqiptari nuk ka ken\u00eb ma i fort\u00eb se popujt q\u00eb\nka p\u00ebrbrij. Prandej nuk ka si t\u00eb mohohet se, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb flasin shqip,\njan\u00eb t\u00eb Kombsis\u00eb Shqiptare. E p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, Shteti Shqiptar, duhet t\u00eb\np\u00ebrshtrihet gjeografikisht deri ku p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb gjuha Shqipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tue pas\u00eb caktue k\u00ebto\nparime ose kritere, t\u00eb shofim tash se cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb kufijt gjeografik\u00eb t\u00eb\nShtetit Shqiptar. Por, per me u diftue krejt t\u00eb papajamajtsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7eshtje\nplot me g\u00ebnjeshtra si dhe aq pahijsh\u00ebm shoshit\u00eb prej anmiqve, k\u00ebtu un\u00eb due me\nia lan\u00eb fjal\u00ebn, Zotni, shkrimtarit tuej t\u00eb sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendun, z. K\u00ebt\u00eb fjal\u00eb e thon\u00eb edhe\ngrek\u00ebt p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e Epirit t\u00eb Nordit. Por ata nuk thon\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, sepse, po\nt\u00eb ishte e njimend\u00ebt se banor\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb sllav\u00eb dhe ata t\u00eb Epirit t\u00eb\nNordit, grek\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb Serbia nuk do t\u00eb kishte mbyt\u00eb e gri deri m\u00eb sot afro\ndyqindmij\u00eb vet\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e Greqia, nuk do t\u00eb kishte djeg\u00eb ma shum\u00eb se treqind\ne gjasht\u00ebdhet\u00eb katunde n\u00eb Epir t\u00eb Nordit, tue e kryq\u00ebzue gjinden p\u00ebrs\u00ebgjalli,\npos\u00eb atyne pes\u00ebdhetmij\u00eb vetave q\u00eb i kan\u00eb vra dhe i kan\u00eb lan\u00eb me dek\u00eb prej urije\ne sikletit.
