N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe veprimtaria botuese e cila ishte d\u00ebshmi e ngritj\u00ebs s\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb p\u00ebrkon m\u00eb  koh\u00ebn e  Lidhj\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit.  <br> Ai ishte personalitet shum\u00ebdimensional si, publicist, poet, studiues i historis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, i gjuh\u00ebs,  hartues i nj\u00eb alfabeti, nj\u00eb gramatike e nj\u00eb romani dhe poliglot sepse ishte njoh\u00ebs i shtat\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja. Pjes\u00ebn ma t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb jet\u00ebs e kaloi si zyrtar i administrat\u00ebs s\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane duke qen\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht guvernator i Libanit, ku edhe vdiq n\u00eb vitin 1892 n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 67 vje\u00e7are.<br> Vepra \u201cSkic\u00eb historike mbi Malin e Zi sipas traditave gojore shqiptare\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar frengjisht  n\u00eb vitin 1872 n\u00eb Stamboll n\u00eb Shtypshkronj\u00ebn \u201cLajm\u00ebtari i Orientit\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthim nga prof.Seit Mansaku \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe nga Fondacioni ALSAR nga Tirana. Ndon\u00ebse studiues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm kan\u00eb pasur njohuri p\u00ebr ekzisimin e nj\u00eb vepre t\u00eb till\u00eb, ajo p\u00ebr opinionin shqiptar ishte e panjohur sepse ishte n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn f\u00ebrnge, ku si e till\u00eb  i bashkangjitet botimit n\u00eb shqip, duke ruajtur origjinalitetin e saj. Libri n\u00eb fjal\u00eb si nga titulli dhe p\u00ebrmbajtja \u00ebsht\u00eb intrigues dhe zgjon kureshtjen t\u00eb lexuesi p\u00ebr nga forma e prezantimit dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e trajtuara. Si t\u00eb till\u00eb duhet lexuar  e analizuar n\u00eb kontekstin e koh\u00ebs, kur l\u00ebnda \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr botim, q\u00eb d\u00ebshmon qasjen e autorit p\u00ebr principat\u00ebn e Malit t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb disponueshme p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. <br> Librin \u201cSkic\u00eb historike mbi Malin e Zi sipas traditave gojore shqiptare\u201d, si\u00e7 pohon vet autori, mbeshtetet n\u00eb traditat popullore shqiptare, sepse sipas tij, \u201cmalazez\u00ebt dhe fqinj\u00ebt e tyre shqiptar nuk kan\u00eb mundur t\u2019u p\u00ebrcjellin pasardh\u00ebsve kujtimin e b\u00ebmave t\u00eb tyre me ndonj\u00eb form\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se n\u00ebp\u00ebrmejt t\u00eb traditave gojore\u201d. Malazez\u00ebt dhe Shqiptar\u00ebt, mendon ai, \u201cnuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb kurr\u00eb mundimin t\u00eb regjistrojn\u00eb ndeshjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb midis tyre. Koh\u00ebt qen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr k\u00ebta dy popuj luft\u00ebtar\u00eb e trima dhe nuk pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb shp\u00ebtonin nga harresa p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dramat politike n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb aktor\u00eb. Ata e shikonin lavdin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb grykat e pushk\u00ebve.\u201d Pik\u00ebrisht duke marr\u00eb parasysh k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna del se autori nuk ka pretenduar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr nj\u00eb paraqitje t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb principat\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, por synon t\u00eb jap\u00eb n\u00eb skic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi fqinj, duke shfryt\u00ebzuar traditat gojore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve: tregimet popullore, legjendat, k\u00ebng\u00ebt popullore t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjellura gjat\u00eb shekujve. <br> N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb punim autori fillimisht jep informacione p\u00ebr principat\u00ebn e Malit t\u00eb Zi, territorin, popullsin\u00eb, aspektet sociale duke filluar nga mesjeta  e vazhduar m\u00eb pas me qeverisjen nga peshkop\u00ebt q\u00eb ishin  binom i pushtetit shpirt\u00ebror e ati laik. Po ashtu n\u00eb lib\u00ebr ka informacione edhe p\u00ebr Bosnj\u00ebn e sidomos Shkodr\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht  Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb veriore, duke shqyrtuar raport\u00ebt e nd\u00ebrsjella qoft\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb paqeje apo edhe t\u00eb luftimeve t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb ishin rezultat i ambiceve hegjemoniste t\u00eb qarqeve sunduese t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e till\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sidomos n\u00eb raport\u00ebt malazezo-shqiptare kryesisht n\u00eb zonat kufitare t\u00eb tyre entitet\u00ebve t\u00eb cilat ishin edhe arena luftarake, t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuara edhe n\u00eb burimet historike. Nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tilla del se autori ka pasur informacione t\u00eb mjaftueshme dhe si njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i rrethanave shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, prezanton pik\u00ebpamjet e tia, t\u00eb cilat me pas jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e diplomacis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, me interes t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb regjion gjeografik.<br> Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb shikim t\u00eb par\u00eb  kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr t\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr nga numri i faqeve, ai ka pesh\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, ku tem\u00eb qendrore ka principat\u00ebn e Malit t\u00eb Zi. Nd\u00ebrsa i shkruar nga nj\u00eb  shqiptar, d\u00ebshmon interesimin e autorit p\u00ebr  Malin e Zi, i cili n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb  ishte nj\u00eb regjion gjys\u00ebm autonom n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane.<br> K\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr duhet lexuar  n\u00eb kontekstin e koh\u00ebs e cila i takon kryesisht shek.XIX, andaj si i till\u00eb duhet  analizuar dhe komentuar. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tilla n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi jan\u00eb sinteza t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve dhe ngjarjeve n\u00eb principat\u00ebn e Malit t\u00eb Zi, andaj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst duhet trajtuar edhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e malaz\u00ebz\u00ebve dhe shqiptar\u00ebve, si dy popuj fqinj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt  kan\u00eb pasur incidente e madje edhe konflikte luftarake var\u00ebsisht prej rrethanave t\u00eb koh\u00ebs n\u00eb zon\u00ebn kufitare e cila si e till\u00eb  u definu  nga shek.XIX.<br> Duke marr\u00eb parasysh koh\u00ebn kur \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr botim ky lib\u00ebr jemi d\u00ebshmitar se  p\u00ebr ca ngjarje t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim i cek\u00ebn Pashko Vasa  mungojn\u00eb datat, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht vit\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, por sot kemi mund\u00ebsi ti p\u00ebrcaktojm\u00eb ato, sepse ekziton faktografi e mjaftueshme historike. Andaj, n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebn iu mbet\u00ebt studiuesve t\u00eb analizojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tilla duke i plot\u00ebsuar m\u00eb sh\u00ebnime  t\u00eb nevojshme n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ky botim t\u00eb jet\u00eb me i kompletuar p\u00ebr opinionin e gjer\u00eb kulturor. <br> Duke vler\u00ebsuar lart veprimtarin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme komb\u00ebtare e kulturore nuk ka dilem\u00eb se  Pashko Vasa, ka mbetur n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr dy momente interesante; e para ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me pozit\u00ebn e zyrtarit t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb, ku me nd\u00ebrgjegje komb\u00ebtare shqiptare nuk ka pranuar t\u00eb shkonte e t\u00eb qeveriste krahin\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, sepse po t\u00eb shkonte atje,  e ka th\u00ebn\u00eb publikisht se  \u201cai do t\u00eb b\u00ebh\u00ebj tradhtar, sepse ose do t\u00eb tradhtonte Perandorin\u00eb, ose do t\u00eb tradhtonte vendin e tij\u201d. Pra refuzoj ofert\u00ebn e sulltanit, por pranoj t\u00eb jet\u00eb guvernator n\u00eb Liban.<br> Nd\u00ebrsa momenti i dyt\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me poezin\u00eb e tij \u201cO moj Shqypni\u201d(1880), e cila m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur kushtrim  komb\u00ebtar, q\u00eb i b\u00ebh\u00ebj  nd\u00ebrgjegjes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr shp\u00ebtimin e atdheut  ku vargjet \u201c\u00e7oniu shqyptar prej gjumit \u00e7oniu\/ t\u00eb gjith\u00eb si vllaz\u00ebn n&#8217;nji bes shtrengoniu\/ e mos shikoni kisha e xhamia\/ feja e shqiptarit asht\u00eb shqiptaria\u201d, kan\u00eb mbetur  mesazh i p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm  komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. <br> Dhe n\u00eb fund duhet falenderuar botuesin Fondacionin ALSAR nga Tirana p\u00ebr botimin e veprave t\u00eb tilla nga fusha t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb albanologjis\u00eb.
