XVIII;&nbsp; f.164;249), Zagreb, 1986.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00ebbot\u00eb, porosia e bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb m\u00eb\nt\u00eb madhe ishte kjo : \u201cn\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb enciklopedis\u00eb nuk guxon t\u00eb gabohet!\u201d.\nP\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia ishte rigoroze ndaj gabimeve t\u00eb pafalshme. Ndaj, p\u00ebr krijuesit dhe\npun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e shkenc\u00ebs, ve\u00e7 akribis\u00eb, kjo porosi e tyre, p\u00ebr mua u b\u00eb\naksiom\u00eb.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vitin q\u00eb l\u00ebm\u00eb pas, doli n\u00eb drit\u00eb <strong>Fjalori Enciklopedik i Kosov\u00ebs<\/strong> n\u00eb dy v\u00ebllime,\nsi\u00e7 thuhet n\u00eb <strong>Parath\u00ebnie<\/strong>, vepra e\npar\u00eb enciklopedike e botuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Nuk do mend se p\u00ebr nj\u00eb popull \u201ct\u00eb\nvonuar\u201d, ky epitet&nbsp;&nbsp; d\u00ebgjohet shum\u00eb shpesh\nn\u00eb realitetin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb, me nj\u00eb krenari \u201ckush m\u00eb i pari; i vetmi, i zoti\netj.\u201d Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij lloji q\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 angazhimi,\nmundit, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive historike, institucionale autoriale, redaktuese, k\u00ebrkon\nedhe mjete t\u00eb m\u00ebdha materiale-financiare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim, kjo vep\u00ebr iu n\u00ebnshtrua kritikave m\u00eb\nshum\u00eb se l\u00ebvdatave p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat ka dhe do t\u00eb ket\u00eb vler\u00ebsime sot dhe nes\u00ebr,\nsikur \u00e7do veprim dhe pun\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebn rrug\u00ebn e vet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke mos d\u00ebshiruar t\u00eb jap <strong><em>a priori<\/em><\/strong> vler\u00ebsime t\u00eb\np\u00ebrgjithshme, pa i lexuar t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn temat profesionale t\u00eb shkencave shoq\u00ebrore, m\u00eb\nimponohet nj\u00eb lexim selektiv p\u00ebr z\u00ebrin ALBANIZMAT dhe n\u00eb vijim PORTRETIN individual.\nK\u00ebt\u00eb e k\u00ebrkon arsyeja n\u00eb raport a proporcion formal dhe substancial me disa\nportrete t\u00eb ngjashme &nbsp;p\u00ebr nga tematika e\nfilologjis\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, t\u00eb brezave pararend\u00ebse dhe\nt\u00eb sotme q\u00eb kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb edhe gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse\nn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vetvetiu, hartimi i fjalorit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kategorie ka\np\u00ebr kuptim&nbsp; nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb me\np\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, profesionale e morale t\u00eb individ\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb &nbsp;institucioneve shoq\u00ebrore-komb\u00ebtare. Nj\u00eb e mir\u00eb\ne par\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme, pa marr\u00eb parasysh vler\u00ebsimet e pritura pozitive, por edhe\nt\u00eb mang\u00ebsive t\u00eb mundshme, t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme, historikisht t\u00eb pafalshme, disi imponohet\ne th\u00ebna proverbiale gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse me porosi: kush gabon, m\u00ebson (errando discimus).\nMa merr mendja se di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb nuk mund tu falet atyre hartuesve q\u00eb me ndjenj\u00eb\ndhe vet\u00ebdije djall\u00ebzore kap\u00ebrcejn\u00eb, mbulojn\u00eb me heshtje t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat historike,\ni p\u00eblqeu apo jo kujdoqoft\u00eb q\u00eb noton n\u00eb k\u00ebto uj\u00ebra jet\u00ebsore t\u00eb shkencave, arteve\ndhe aktiviteteve t\u00eb tjera njer\u00ebzore. Nj\u00eb veprim i pap\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm i k\u00ebtij lloji i\nka kapluar an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e redaksis\u00eb duke r\u00ebn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb apati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb p\u00eblqeu <strong>Parath\u00ebnia\n<\/strong>n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Aty ceken edhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e natyrave t\u00eb ndryshme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb\ndh\u00ebnat e p\u00ebraf\u00ebrta p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimet eventuale ose t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pasakta p\u00ebr shum\u00eb\nfusha. Mendoj se p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn fush\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb autor\u00ebt e profesioneve\np\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, ku n\u00ebnkuptohen ata t\u00eb z\u00ebrave &nbsp;redaksive\ngjegj\u00ebse, prej K\u00ebshillit bashk\u00ebrendues, Bordit, Redaksis\u00eb Qendrore e k\u00ebshtu\nradhazi. Megjithat\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb dallimi i atyre teknike (lapsuese) nga ato\nl\u00ebndore, k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb pafalshme. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalisht gjithmon\u00eb u jam frik\u00ebsuar shkrimeve\nshkencore n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgatitjes p\u00ebr shtyp, duke ngush\u00eblluar veten me nj\u00eb\nerrare humanum est, pra t\u00eb gabosh \u00ebsht\u00eb njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andaj ASHAK ka kompetenc\u00eb por edhe obligim t\u2019i\npranoj\u00eb dhe t\u2019i korrigjoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha v\u00ebrejtjet e argumentuara, p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb\np\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb shkencore dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs historike, imazhit institucional dhe\nnacional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00ebrejtje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb p\u00ebr\npersona q\u00eb e kan\u00eb merituar e nuk figurojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr , dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb\nproblem thuaja bot\u00ebror. Nd\u00ebrkaq, z\u00ebret q\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb kufizuara brenda\nfaqes prej \u00bc&nbsp;&nbsp; deri 2\/3, var\u00ebsisht nga tema\napo merita individuale, zakonisht u rezervohen portreteve t\u00eb personaliteteve,\nn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtim me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb sipas sasis\u00eb dhe cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, apo \u201cpesh\u00ebs specifike\u201d,\nq\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft delikate. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 shkencave ekzakte, temat e t\u00eb cilave vler\u00ebsohen\nsi t\u00eb thuash \u201cme gram\u00eb dhe me centimetra\u201d, shkencat shoq\u00ebrore dhe portretet\np\u00ebrkat\u00ebse paraqesin v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb vler\u00ebsime dhe n\u00eb rastin ton\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr\nt\u2019u habitur q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb vetme ALBANIZMA (v. I,f. 38\/39, t\u00eb jet\u00eb\nrezervuar nj\u00eb tekst solid prej gjysm\u00eb faqeje. N\u00eb zbulime filologjike-gjuh\u00ebsore\np\u00ebrmendet si anekdot\u00eb se ka raste kur jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb tituj doktori apo akademiku,\nvet\u00ebm p\u00ebr zb\u00ebrthimin e nj\u00eb fjalie, kurse m\u00eb gjer\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb se\nnj\u00eb lib\u00ebr i vet\u00ebm gjuh\u00ebsor (Ferdinand de Saussure), ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kthesa n\u00eb teori t\u00eb\nre linguistike, me p\u00ebrmasa bot\u00ebrore, saq\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me mij\u00ebra libra\nautor\u00eb apo vepra gjuh\u00ebsore-letrare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht, ashtu edhe n\u00eb rastin konkret, krijohet\nnj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb komode p\u00ebr z\u00ebrat n\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, gjysm\u00eb faqeje p\u00ebr\nALBANIZMAT dhe minimumi me \u00bc e faqes p\u00ebr PORTRET, prej maksimumit \u00be, var\u00ebsisht\nnga &nbsp;cil\u00ebsia e jo sasia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, shfaqet dukuria e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs\ndiskriminuese-paradoksale, ku shum\u00eb personalitete me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb dhe rezultate t\u00eb\nlakmueshme bien n\u00eb rang t\u00eb personaliteteve t\u00eb nj\u00eb brezi t\u00eb ri apo mesatar, p\u00ebr\n\u00e7ka do t\u00eb binden lexuesit n\u00eb \u00e7do hap. N\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla, ku duhet t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb\npah raporti sasi-cil\u00ebsi, nuk duhet harruar se inovacionet, rezultatet e reja,\nduhet t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e merituar, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb &nbsp;pun\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebrit t\u00eb zgjedhur por edhe t\u00eb\nvler\u00ebsimit objektiv. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rastin konkret, shihet sheshazi shkelje e\nkritereve q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga kompleksi i egoizmit, me komplekse t\u00eb natyrave t\u00eb\nndryshme. K\u00ebsodore, qesin krye \u201cq\u00ebrime hesapesh\u201d, me paragjykime, inate, smira,\nt\u00eb mentalitetit tribal-shqiptar, q\u00eb &nbsp;err\u00ebsojn\u00eb arsyen e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb, forc\u00ebn e\nargumentit, kriteret objektive dhe t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs\nkomb\u00ebtare, nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, historike etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rrug\u00ebt e formimit t\u00eb kuadrit jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. Diku\njan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira e dinjitoze, diku shum\u00eb t\u00eb lehta, fal\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb politike,\nrajonale, klanore, ku ka raste t\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtrave, falsifikimeve t\u00eb CV,\nplagjiateve, &nbsp;t\u00eb cilat i kam luftuar n\u00eb\nkoh\u00ebn kur isha n\u00eb pozit\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi universiteti me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi profesionale\ndhe morale p\u00ebr t\u2019i luftuar k\u00ebto dukuri t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuara. Dhe nuk mungonin obligimet\np\u00ebr verifikime q\u00eb sillnin rezultate, ku her\u00eb-her\u00eb k\u00ebnaqesha me \u201cfitoren e\nPirruas\u201d. N\u00eb raste konkrete jam krenar q\u00eb kam demaskuar, jo deri n\u00eb fund,\nintrigant\u00ebt me veprime t\u00eb ul\u00ebta q\u00eb i sjellin d\u00ebme shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs dhe&nbsp; historis\u00eb son\u00eb. P\u00ebr di\u00e7ka t\u00eb till\u00eb, me nj\u00eb\nrast tjet\u00ebr, me argumente, t\u00eb cilat duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb publikuara, &nbsp;qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb memoareve me\np\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALBANIZMAT(Fj. Enc.,I, f. 38\/39)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jo t\u00eb k\u00ebndsh\u00ebm, madje shum\u00eb t\u00eb mundimsh\u00ebm\np\u00ebr mosh\u00ebn time, do i them disa fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr plagjiatin &nbsp;lidhur me z\u00ebrin ALBANIZMAT t\u00eb autorit,\n\u201cAkademik Bardh Rugova\u201d, i cili z\u00eb ka kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr filtrin e t\u00eb gjitha niveleve\nt\u00eb redaksive p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb Simpozium t\u00eb vitit 1973 n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb,\norganizuar nga Instituti albanologjik i Prishtin\u00ebs, dola me kumtes\u00ebn <strong>\u201cAlbanizmat si nocion dhe term i ri n\u00eb leksikologjin\u00eb\nshqiptare.\u201d<\/strong> Kumtesa e p\u00ebrgatitur ishte &nbsp;rezultat i k\u00ebrkimeve dhe studimeve t\u00eb b\u00ebra n\u00eb\nParis. E them pa rezerv\u00eb-ishte risi shkencore deri at\u00ebher\u00eb e path\u00ebn\u00eb. Kreu i\nSimpoziumit, i cili paraprakisht kishte rezerva t\u00eb arsyeshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb risi, kishte\npyetur (sipas informat\u00ebs s\u00eb Prof. Masar Stavilecit-dor\u00ebzues i titullit t\u00eb\nkumtes\u00ebs): \u201c\u00c7ka jan\u00eb, more, k\u00ebta albanizma?! Pas t\u00eb cil\u00ebs do t\u00eb vijonte\np\u00ebrgjigja e Prof. Masarit:\u201dProfesor, kur ta lexoni do t\u00eb shihni dhe gjykoni.\u201d\nDhe profesori ishte korrekt dhe nuk e refuzoi <strong>a priori<\/strong> titullin e kumtes\u00ebs (M.S.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb von\u00eb, me rastin e fillimit t\u00eb Simpoziumit\nmbajtur &nbsp;n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e Dekanatit t\u00eb Fakultetit\nFilozofik, profesorin e kisha p\u00ebrball\u00eb. Ai &nbsp;pari e mori fjal\u00ebn. Doli me kumtes\u00ebn n\u00eb\ndor\u00ebshkrim (shkruar me stilolap\u00ebs) me titull <strong>\u201cAlbanizmat n\u00eb Fjalorin etimologjik t\u00eb Petar Skokut\u201d<\/strong>. U befasova\nshum\u00eb! Nga ana tjet\u00ebr edhe ndjeva nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje indirekte t\u00eb profesorit t\u00eb\nnderuar, i cili e kishte pranuar studimin tim n\u00eb minutat e fundit&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhe studimi im <strong>\u201cAlbanizmat si nocion dhe term i ri n\u00eb leksikologjin\u00eb shqiptare\u201d<\/strong> u\nbotua, i shoq\u00ebruar me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn fr\u00ebnge, n\u00eb revist\u00ebn prestigjioze\n\u201cGjurmime albanologjike\u201d &#8211; Seria e shkencave filologjike III-1973, f. 79-88\n(botuar n\u00eb vitin 1975). Ky botim imi, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sporadike cil\u00ebsohej si\nrisimtari, t\u00eb cil\u00ebs ia kisha kushtuar nj\u00eb pun\u00eb intensive gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb viti. P\u00ebr\n\u00e7udi, n\u00eb botimin e Revist\u00ebs n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, ku pritej kumtesa e profesorit t\u00eb nderuar\nt\u00eb cekur m\u00eb lart, figuronte punimi \u201c<strong>Rruga\ne zhvillimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare shqipe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d,<\/strong> f. 7-16, kurse kumtesa\nime <strong>\u201cAlbanizmat si nocion dhe term i ri\nn\u00eb leksikologjin\u00eb shqiptare\u201c,<\/strong> f.79-88.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prej vitit 1981, kur pata botuar librin tim t\u00eb\npar\u00eb <strong>K\u00ebrkime filologjike<\/strong>, punimi im\np\u00ebr albanizmat, si i ribotuar brenda librit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, sikur u ringjall nga\nkritika e koh\u00ebs n\u00eb shkrimet e Qemal Muratit (1982), i vler\u00ebsuar \u201cme mb\u00ebshtetje\nteoriko-shkencore dhe si nevoj\u00eb e dobishme dhe e pranueshme me dy vlera\nsemantike, gjegj\u00ebsisht dy nocione leksikologjike t\u00eb shqipes\u201d (Bota e re). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiuesi Mehmet Halimi, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera shkruan \u201c(&#8230;)\ntermi <strong>albaniz\u00ebm<\/strong> p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb\nleksikologjin\u00eb shqiptare trajtohet dhe kodifikohet nga Ruzhdi Ushaku (&#8230;)i\np\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr dukuri t\u00eb ngjashme gjuh\u00ebsore nd\u00ebr popuj e kultura t\u00eb tjera\ngjuh\u00ebsore\u201d, duke shtuar se disa gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebve n\u00eb fillim iu duk i r\u00ebndomt\u00eb, por n\u00eb\np\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs e gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb (<strong>Fjala<\/strong>\n1982). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb fakt , me nj\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi nga viti 1973 e k\u00ebtej,\nAkademik Idriz Ajeti, n\u00eb studime t\u00eb tij gjuh\u00ebsore e p\u00ebrdor k\u00ebt\u00eb term-nocion <strong>\u201cAlbanizmat n\u00eb Fjalorin e t\u00eb folmeve serbe\nt\u00eb Kosov\u00eb-Metohis\u00eb t\u00eb Glisha Elezoviqit<\/strong> (Studimet gjuh\u00ebsore I, Rilindja,\n1982, f. 54); N\u00eb Studime gjuh\u00ebsore IV (Rilindja 1989, f. 91)boton punimin\n\u201cRreth disa albanizmave n\u00eb<strong> Fjalorin e\nVuk Karaxhiqit<\/strong>, kurse n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn Studije iz istorije albanskog jezika, knj\n4, Prishtina 1982: \u201cO nekim albanizmima u govoru plavsko \u2013gusinjskih Muslimana,\nf. 60). N\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb&nbsp; m\u00ebvona, e\nndeshim n\u00eb librin ALBANIZMAT t\u00eb Sabri Hamitit (v. 2009), kurse n\u00eb z\u00ebrin n\u00eb\nv\u00ebshtrim, lidhur me albanizmat ceken emrat Idriz Ajeti, Qemal Murati, Sabri\nHamiti , Gani Bobi, Murat Blaku, Kre\u00e7meri, Vasmeri, Sandfeldi, Majeri dhe\nndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u00e7uditur pse mungon emri i &nbsp;Mehmet Halimit i cili k\u00ebtu pati hak edhe t\u00eb\ncitohej me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Bardh Rugova merr guximin t\u00eb t\u00eb pohoj\u00eb se\n\u201cP\u00ebr albanizmat nuk ka studime t\u00eb shumta \u201c(Sic!) n\u00ebnkupton se ka pasur n\u00eb dije\napo dispozicion studimin tim ku, n\u00eb tre rreshtat e para t\u00eb studimit e them k\u00ebt\u00eb\nmendim t\u00eb clin Akademiku yn\u00eb e p\u00ebrvet\u00ebson si t\u00eb vetin?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shumica e emrave t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur m\u00eb lart, t\u00eb\nkomb\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare, &nbsp;faktikisht shuajn\u00eb\netjen q\u00eb ofrova me punimin tim shkencor, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 70-ta, dhe 80-ta. Nd\u00ebrkaq,\nstudimi, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht emri im nuk p\u00ebrmendet k\u00ebrkund n\u00eb z\u00ebrin p\u00ebr albanizmat?! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebshtu Sabri Hamiti, ish student imi frym\u00ebzohet\ndhe shkruan vepr\u00ebn <strong>Albanizmat<\/strong> (v.\n2009), duke pir\u00eb uj\u00eb nga gurra ime, ku kisha parashikuar shtrirjen e kuptimit\nt\u00eb albanizmave n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb shkruar dhe asaj gojore, me elemente\napo tema letrare, etnologjike, etnografike, historike, komb\u00ebtare. Dor\u00ebn n\u00eb\nzem\u00ebr, Akademik Sabri Hamiti, me mjesht\u00ebri dhe frym\u00eb moderne, merr ajk\u00ebn q\u00eb kam\nparap\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb studimin tim p\u00ebr shtrirjet kuptimore t\u00eb mundshme, dhe, &nbsp;askund nuk e p\u00ebrmend studimin apo emrin tim,\nt\u00eb cilin mos e past\u00eb lexuar n\u00eb botimin e par\u00eb, e ka lexuar n\u00eb librin tim \u201d<strong>K\u00ebrkime filologjike<\/strong>\u201d, nga viti 1981, me\nkritika shum\u00eb pozitive n\u00eb vitin 1982, si\u00e7 u cek m\u00eb lart (n\u00eb revistat <strong>Fjala, Bota e re<\/strong> t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Autori i\nz\u00ebrit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrmend Idriz Ajetin, Murat Blakun, Ivan Popoviqin dhe disa\nemra t\u00eb huaj marr\u00eb nga studimi im dhe jasht\u00eb tij,&nbsp; e mbulon me heshtje neverit\u00ebse, dhe n\u00eb thelb\ni b\u00ebn d\u00ebm z\u00ebrit n\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht komprometon institucionin ASHAK dhe\ndegradon grad\u00ebn e lart\u00eb prej Akademiku, duke tentuar pa u skuqur t\u00eb injoroj\u00eb\napo p\u00ebrbuzur emrin tim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ta quajm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb marifet, duke pasur parasysh se gati\nt\u00eb gjith\u00eb emrat e p\u00ebrmendur i kam njohur dhe m\u00eb kan\u00eb njohur si koleg\u00eb, apo\nstudent\u00eb t\u00eb mi?!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb z\u00eb si albanizmat n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb <strong>Fjalor<\/strong> m\u00eb nderon, por jo n\u00eb thelb, si i kopjuar, i eksploatuar apo\ni vjedhur, por ngush\u00ebllon me fatin tim q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb marifet e gjeta p\u00ebr s\u00eb gjalli. P\u00ebrndryshe,\nt\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me q\u00ebllim, do mbeten njoll\u00eb e zez\u00eb p\u00ebr informata\nt\u00eb rreme, e q\u00ebllimk\u00ebqija. Pra, pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebta q\u00eb sot jan\u00eb hi\u00e7 m\u00eb pak se akademik\u00eb,\njan\u00eb t\u00eb njollosur me hajni, pandershm\u00ebri, plagjiate e falsifikate, q\u00eb nuk i\nsh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr nder historis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare as k\u00ebtij botimi t\u00eb ASHAK-ut. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb studim nuk e ka p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtruar\naskush, por m\u00eb ka r\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb lexoj aty k\u00ebtu termin albaniz\u00ebm, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shqipe (Ali\nXhiku), por edhe n\u00eb kontekstin e gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja, sllave, turke etj. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paradoks i llojit t\u00eb vet, kur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb z\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet\nn\u00eb fillim Gani Bobi dhe Sabri Hamiti p\u00ebr albanizmat, por me kuptim etnografik,\nkurse m\u00eb tej Idriz Ajeti, Murat Blaku, Ivan popoviq, Qemal Murati, ky i fundit\np\u00ebrve\u00e7 kritik\u00ebs pozitive dhe konstruktive p\u00ebrdor edhe fjal\u00ebn albanizim, me\nform\u00eb dhe kuptim tjet\u00ebr, si duket t\u00eb panjohur p\u00ebr autorin e z\u00ebrit, por q\u00eb nuk\n\u00ebsht\u00eb relevant p\u00ebr albanizmat n\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim. Ky gabim l\u00ebndor-material duhet t\u00eb\nkorigjohet, dhe si p\u00ebr udh\u00eb t\u00eb korigjohet nj\u00eb gabim teknik Fasmeri(Sic!) p\u00ebr\nVasmeri, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka nuk jemi t\u00eb kursyer t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne q\u00eb merremi me pun\u00eb t\u00eb\nngjashme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdim p\u00ebrmenden fenomene t\u00eb albanizmave t\u00eb\nhetuara nga Sandfeldi, Kre\u00e7meri, Jokli, por nuk e kam t\u00eb njohur q\u00eb dikush prej\nk\u00ebtyre studiuesve t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur termin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb si&nbsp; rezultat i ndonj\u00eb studimi p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, aq m\u00eb\npar\u00eb kur autori Rugova p\u00ebrmend edhe fjal\u00ebn studime t\u00eb cilat ai vet\u00eb ka mund t\u2019i\nshoh\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krijimet e fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb reja shpesh mund t\u00eb ndodhin\nspontanisht, edhe me zgj\u00ebrime t\u00eb tjera kuptimore, por studimi im i vler\u00ebsuar\nlart nga kritika dhe i pranuar pjes\u00ebrisht me kuptim t\u00eb kufizuar,hyri&nbsp; edhe n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb fjalor t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb\nhuaja,&nbsp; fal\u00eb bazamentit gjuh\u00ebsor t\u00eb\nshqipes.
