N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konkurs Komuna Ulqinit kishte planifikuar burs\u00eb student\u00ebve t\u00eb rregullt\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb talentuar t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb II – t\u00eb dhe viteve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb fakulteteve, pa marr\u00eb parasysh vendin e studimit, n\u00ebse vendbanimin e kan\u00eb n\u00eb territorin e Komin\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit dhe q\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kushte e dh\u00ebna, shkruan Ulqini Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
