Populli yn\u00eb do ta kujtoj\u00eb dhe do ta festoj\u00eb diten e m\u00ebsuesit \nshqiptar q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje e madhe p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e arsimit dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs \nshqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt \ne edukat\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb arsimit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar i gjejm\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb lasht\u00ebsine e hershme. \nMegjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb historin\u00eb e zhvillimit t\u00eb shkollave shqipe dhe t\u00eb arsimit ton\u00eb \nkomb\u00ebtar si pik\u00ebnisje merret m\u00ebsonj\u00ebtorja e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs q\u00eb filloi t\u00eb punoj\u00eb me 7 mars \n1887, me m\u00ebsuesin e saj Pandeli Sotiri, t\u00eb cilin e pason shkolla e Prizrenit n\u00eb \nvitin 1889, me m\u00ebsuesin Mati Logoreci. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hapja \ne m\u00ebsonj\u00ebtores s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs qe nj\u00eb rreze drite q\u00eb u ndez n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebn \nshekullore t\u00eb pushtuesve. Ajo realizoi nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve: \nDaljen n\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe pas shum\u00eb shekujsh,ringjalljen e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs \nkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb ngjalli shpres\u00ebn e madhe se edhe shqiptar\u00ebt si nj\u00eb komb i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb \ndhe nga m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetrit n\u00eb ballkan , n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe do t\u00eb \nngrihet n\u00eb majat e larta t\u00eb p\u00ebrparimit dhe t\u00eb liris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamgjiku \nturk , i ngjash\u00ebm me at\u00eb t\u00eb Atiles p\u00ebr pes\u00eb shekuj rresht kish\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb terr i \nzi q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt dita-dit\u00ebs i zhyste n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebn turke qe c\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e keqja \npushtuesit dhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e tij e detyruan k\u00ebt\u00eb popull t\u00eb varf\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u00eb ndahet \nn\u00eb tri besime, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb m\u00eb leht\u00eb ta per\u00e7ajn\u00eb e zhdukin. Megjithat\u00eb, nuk u \ndoli ashtu. Shqiptar\u00ebt kurr\u00eb nuk qen\u00eb pajtuar me regjimet e huaja, sepse nga \ngjiri i k\u00ebtij populli luftarak dol\u00ebn burra t\u00eb shquar, ashtu si\u00e7 i p\u00ebrshkruan \nAnteu shqiptar Fan S. Noli \u201d Njer\u00ebz me privacione e me vojtje e me tortura t\u00eb \n\u00e7do minute, p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb cil\u00ebve edhe ferri i Dantes ishte nj\u00eb panair i bukur\u201d . \nAta dhan\u00eb bes\u00ebn e shqiptarit pa dallim feje e krahine q\u00eb fjal\u00ebs ilire t\u2019ia japin \nshpirtin n\u00eb hapesir\u00ebn e Gjith\u00ebsis\u00eb.[3]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbi \nshqipar\u00ebt kan\u00eb kaluar stuhit\u00eb e shumta dhe rrall\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb popull n\u00eb \nbot\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasur pushtime dhe pushtues kaq t\u00eb eg\u00ebr, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb njohur \nshqiptar\u00ebt. Veprimtar\u00ebt e shqiptaris\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs punuan p\u00ebr kombin dhe \nvendin duke jetuar n\u00eb t\u00eb.Lidhja e p\u00ebrhershme me ambientin e jet\u00ebs shqiptare, \nashtu si dhe perkushtimi shpirt\u00ebror i tyre i vun\u00eb pergjithnj\u00eb vul\u00ebn e artit dhe \ndashurin\u00eb e zjarrt\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin, p\u00ebr tok\u00eb e qiell dhe horizont t\u00eb caktuar q\u00eb \nquhej Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb \nkushte shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira nga gjiri i popullit shqiptar dol\u00ebn nj\u00eb varg \natdhetar\u00ebsh t\u00eb flakt\u00eb qe iu p\u00ebrvesh\u00ebn pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapjen e arsimit shqip n\u00eb \npopull dhe p\u00ebr krijimin e shkollave ne gjuh\u00ebn amtare. Midis tyre m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti u \nshquan: Naum Veqilharxhi, Konstandin Kristoforidhi, Zef Jubani, De Rada, Thimi \nMitko, Naim e Sami Frash\u00ebri, Pashko Vasa, Qiriaz\u00ebt etj. K\u00ebta rilindas t\u00eb shquar, \nq\u00eb punuan dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur vet\u00ebdijen komb\u00ebtare, iu p\u00ebrvesh\u00ebn \nkultivimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb u b\u00eb strumbullar i gjith\u00eb luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn \nkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjuha \nshqipe, q\u00eb i jepej shqiptarit me qum\u00ebshtin e n\u00ebn\u00ebs, ishte p\u00ebr rilindasit \n\u201cxhevahir i origjin\u00ebs son\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rilindasi \ni par\u00eb, iluministi dhe demokrati shqiptar Naum Veqilharxhi problemin e gjuh\u00ebs \ndhe t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs shqipe e shihte si kushtin e par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb populli shqiptar \nrrug\u00ebn e zhvillimit, ai p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim botoi t\u00eb par\u00ebn abetare t\u00eb shqipes me \nalfabet origjinal t\u00eb tij si k\u00ebrkes\u00eb urgjente q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb pengohej cdo ndikim i \nhuaj dhe t\u2019i bashkonte t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, pavar\u00ebsisht nga bindjet fetare. Kjo \nabetare nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt u b\u00eb lib\u00ebr i shenjt\u00eb. Ndjekjet, burgimet, helmimet nuk \nkishin t\u00eb mbaruar ndaj patriot\u00ebve shqiptar vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb shtinin frik\u00ebn e \nt\u00eb hiqnin dor\u00eb nga shkolla dhe gjuha shqipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vet\u00ebdija \nte shqiptar\u00ebt dita-dit\u00ebs rritej.Gjuha shqipe kishte filluar fshehtazi kudo t\u00eb \nm\u00ebsohej: n\u00eb male,n\u00eb bodrume e n\u00eb izba. Megjithat\u00eb, si\u00e7 shprehej Sami Frasheri \nndon\u00ebse \u201cishin n\u00eb goj\u00ebn e ujkut e af\u00ebr ku\u00e7edr\u00ebs s\u00eb mallkuar s\u2019pushuan s\u00eb punuari \np\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar kombin e tyre\u201d.Vullneti i fort\u00eb dhe deshira e zjarrt\u00eb p\u00ebr ta \nm\u00ebsuar gjuh\u00ebn shqipe si nga patriot\u00ebt ashtu edhe nga masat e gjera, pa dallim \nfeje hasi kudo n\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb madhe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb \n7 mars 1887, Pandeli Sotiri e filloi m\u00ebsimin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe me 35 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. \nHapja e k\u00ebsaj shkolle n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb pati fizionomi komb\u00ebtare dhe p\u00ebr nga karakteri \n\u00ebsht\u00eb demokratike, sepse n\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsonin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e shtresave te ndryshme. Kjo \nshkoll\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb klas\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitore dhe kat\u00ebr klas\u00eb t\u00eb rregullta. L\u00ebnd\u00ebt q\u00eb \nm\u00ebsoheshin ishin:shkrim dhe k\u00ebndim, gramatika e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, historia, \ngjeografia, aritmetika, m\u00ebsim natyre etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajo \nu b\u00eb vat\u00ebr e r\u00ebndesishme p\u00ebr ngritjen e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare,p\u00ebr edukimin \npatriotik t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri e t\u00eb masave popullore, terhoqi v\u00ebmendjen dhe simpatin\u00eb \ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit dhe me shmbullin e saj po \nfrym\u00ebzonte edhe krahinat e tjera shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hapja \ne shkoll\u00ebs me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe ishte nj\u00eb ngjarje dhe nj\u00eb fitore e madhe \np\u00ebr gjith\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen komb\u00ebtare. Po k\u00ebshtu i k\u00ebndon edhe poeti i shquar Naim \nFrasheri duke th\u00ebn\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O \nv\u00ebllez\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb,<br>G\u00ebzohuni qe erdhi kjo dit\u00eb<br>Kaq e mir\u00eb e kaq e \nmbar\u00eb,<br>Na sjell t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mir\u00ebsit\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lumja \nti, moj Kor\u00e7\u00eb\u2019 o lule,<br>Q\u2019i le pas shoqet e tua,<br>Si trime ne ball\u2019u \nsule<br>e pa\u00e7im p\u00ebr jet\u00eb hua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb \nvon\u00eb u hap\u00ebn edhe shkolla t\u00eb tjera, si n\u00eb Pogradec,Ersek\u00eb, Kolonj\u00eb, Elbasan, \nOh\u00ebr, Rek\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me \ngjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, pengesat nuk ishin t\u00eb pakta nga armiqt\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk linin gur\u00eb pa \nl\u00ebvizur mbi tok\u00eb e n\u00ebntok\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019ua b\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn t\u00eb pamundshme \nshqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Historia \ne popullit shqiptar, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Rexhep Qosja \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb kronik\u00eb martirike e popullit \nq\u00eb e paguan shtrenjt\u00eb pozit\u00ebn gjeostrategjike si popull i Per\u00ebndimit p\u00ebr ata n\u00eb \nLindje; dhe si popull i Lindjes p\u00ebr ata n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim \u201d. Prandaj \u201dderri e dosa, \nujku e \u00e7akalli, qeni e dhelpra \u00e7dohere kishin p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim ta cop\u00ebtonin \nShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo \nmosp\u00ebrfillje ndaj t\u00eb drejtave tona nuk u shfaq vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin 1913 prej atyre q\u00eb \nfatin e kombit ton\u00eb donin ta mbanin n\u00eb duar t\u00eb tyre, po mbi trojet shqiptare u \nversul\u00ebn nj\u00eb lukuni ujqish grabitqar\u00eb me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb secili p\u00ebr hesap t\u00eb vet t\u00eb \ngllab\u00ebroj\u00eb copa sa m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga trungu ilir.Dhe k\u00ebshtu populli shqiptar u \ncop\u00ebtua n\u00ebp\u00ebr banovina e republika sllave si dhe nga Greqia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas \nLuft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore , Shqip\u00ebria etnike u nda n\u00eb dysh. Por sidoqoft\u00eb vitet \n1967-1980 ishin nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb e p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr krijimin e sistemit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs \nletrare. Shqiptar\u00ebt pat\u00ebn periudha t\u00eb vrullshme e t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme, por edhe t\u00eb \narritjeve arsimore, kulturore e t\u00eb tjera, sidomos gjat\u00eb viteve 1968,1981, 1989 \ndhe me luft\u00ebn e fundit \u00e7lirimtare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shkolla \nshqipe kudo q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb do te frymoj\u00eb shqip q\u00eb nga em\u00ebrtimi e administrata e deri \nte p\u00ebrmbajtjet m\u00ebsimore, nga gjuha, let\u00ebrsia, historia e kultura jon\u00eb \nkomb\u00ebtare.<br>Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, por shkoll\u00eb \nkomb\u00ebtare, ashtu si\u00e7 na kan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar m\u00ebsuesit patriot\u00eb shqiptar q\u00eb nuk kursyen as \njet\u00ebn si Pandeli Sotiri, Papo Kristo Negovani, Petronino Luarasi,Motrat Qiriazi, \nMato Logoreci,Gjeqovi e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Prandaj, brezi yn\u00eb sot me krenari, \ndashuri e respekt i kujton emrat e tyre.<br>Shkolla shqipe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb homazh\u00eb p\u00ebr \nv\u00ebllez\u00ebrit dhe motrat, p\u00ebr bijt\u00eb e bijat, pinjoll\u00eb dardan q\u00eb brez pas brezi u \nflijuan p\u00ebr \u00e7eshtjen komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e trojeve etnike \nshqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SFIDAT \nE T\u00cb M\u00cbSUARIT T\u00cb SHQIPES N\u00cb M\u00cbRGIM!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00ebrgata \nshqiptare kudo ballafaqohet me sfidat e emigrimit. K\u00ebto sfida jan\u00eb t\u00eb \ntipologjive t\u00eb ndryshme; gjenerata e par\u00eb ka sfida q\u00eb dallohen nga sfidat e \ngjenerat\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb, e ky dallim vazhdon edhe tek gjenerata e tret\u00eb q\u00eb ka dallim \nnga gjenerata e dyt\u00eb e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sfida \ne identitetit: kush jemi ne?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sfida \ne integrimit n\u00eb vendin mikprit\u00ebs: si t\u00eb sillemi ne?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sfida \nndaj asimilimit (humbjes s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe kultur\u00ebs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sfida \nndaj globalizmit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sfida \nndaj teknologjis\u00eb informative; bota e internetit, etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njeriu \nyn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb ballafaqohet me sfidat dhe jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha sfidat ka \nnj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb shpejt apo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e tij se si duhet t\u00eb veprohet, p\u00ebr fat \nt\u00eb keq! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjith\u00eb \nv\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00ebndim e kan\u00eb thuajse n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb \nvet. Sfida me identitetin (gjuh\u00ebn, kultur\u00ebn) deridiku mund t\u00eb zbutet nga \ngjenerata e par\u00eb duke e p\u00ebrcjellur tek gjenerata e dyt\u00eb e diku diku edhe tek \ngjenerata e tret\u00eb. Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo gj\u00eb? Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt \n(gjenerat\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb dhe edhe t\u00eb tret\u00ebn) n\u00eb m\u00ebsimin plot\u00ebsues n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe-ayt \nku ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i organizuar. E aty ku nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i organizuar t\u00eb b\u00ebhen p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr \nt&#8217;u organizuar sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb elementare e njeriut (f\u00ebmij\u00ebve) e \ncila n\u00eb vendet p\u00ebr\u00ebndimore promovohet n\u00eb parim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un\u00eb \nnuk dua t\u00eb hyj k\u00ebsaj radhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebshtjes, por dua vet\u00ebm \nt\u00eb them se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00ebmij\u00ebt \nduhet t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn shqipe dhe at\u00eb jo p\u00ebr \u00eb m\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur se ata \ndisi do t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb flasin, por DUHET T\u00cb D\u00cbRGOHEN ATJE T\u00cb M\u00cbSOJN\u00cb Q\u00cb T\u00cb \nSHKRUAJN, T\u00cb LEXOJN\u00cb DHE T\u00cb KUPTOJN\u00cb SHQIP. Paralelisht me k\u00ebt\u00eb ata do t\u00eb marrin \nnjohuri t\u00eb \u00e7mueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre sepse do t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb q\u00ebshtje nga \nkultura, historia dhe gjeografia e vendeve prej nga vijn\u00eb e ku flitet shqip, me \n\u00e7ka p\u00ebrforcohet vetbesimi dhe identiteti i tyre.
