Por, a duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb pranohen \u00e7do her\u00eb kompromiset, edhe pse n\u00eb dukje del s\u00eb arrihet nj\u00eb objektiv. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt p\u00ebrjashtim nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb as shqiptar\u00ebt, ku si sh\u00ebmbull tipik na sh\u00ebrb\u00ebn pushteti lokal i Ulqinit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht\u00a0 marr\u00ebveshja \u00a0qeveris\u00ebse e arritur \u00a0me liberalet n\u00eb vitin 1996 e t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ngjajshme m\u00eb pas q\u00eb \u00a0iritojn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti votuesit e subjekt\u00ebve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Por, kompromiset e tilla d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb qart\u00eb se disa individ apo subjekte p\u00ebr t\u00eb ia arritur qellimit jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb edhe me djallin, dukuri kjo e njohur jo vet\u00ebm me p\u00ebrmasa lokale, por edhe regjionale.\u00cbsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjet\u00ebr se kompromiset e tilla jan\u00eb t\u00eb momentit, sepse n\u00eb zgjedhjet vijuese, mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dekompozime tjera, var\u00ebsisht prej aktor\u00ebve politik, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb sken\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin \u00e7do mund\u00ebsi, sepse nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me parimet apo etik\u00ebn politike por me p\u00ebrfitimet e mundshme nga pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koha e kriz\u00ebs morale <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00a0d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb sintagm\u00ebn <em>\u201ekriza morale\u201c<\/em>, e cila ka filluar t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa shqet\u00ebsuese shoq\u00ebrore. Jo se kjo sintagm\u00eb nuk ka ekzistuar edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb, por \u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese s\u00eb n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm ka humbur kriteri i vler\u00ebs, duke u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me antivler\u00ebn. Dhe s&#8217;ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe se aty ku mbaron morali fillon politika, pra jemi duke jetuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb politizuar, q\u00eb i ngjason sistemit t\u00eb monizmit, ku partia ishte baraz me shtetin, nd\u00ebrsa interpretimet tjera ishin p\u00ebr konsum t\u00eb dit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb dukuri e till\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sidomos me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e pun\u00ebsimeve \u00a0n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb pun\u00ebs ku\u00a0 nuk \u00a0pun\u00ebsohen \u00a0individ\u00eb me p\u00ebrgatitje profesionale dhe vlera t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuara, por n\u00eb shprehje\u00a0 vjen p\u00ebrshtashm\u00ebria shoq\u00ebrore,\u00a0 p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht\u00a0 p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia partiake. \u00a0Dhe raste t\u00eb tilla, ka kudo n\u00eb vendet e ish kampit socialist, ku as Mali i Zi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, n\u00ebse analizojn\u00eb em\u00ebrtimet e drejtorave n\u00eb institucionet shkollore, sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit del qart\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb nga partia n\u00eb pushtet e ndonj\u00eb\u00a0 rrall\u00eb edhe nga pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e koalicionit qeveris\u00ebs. Madje \u00ebsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb t\u00eb konkurohet edhe n\u00ebse je profesionalisht\u00a0 i \u00a0p\u00ebrgaditur dhe m\u00eb autoritet n\u00eb kolektivin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, n\u00ebse nuk ke mbeshtetje politike. Dhe ajo mbeshtetje paraqet elementin baz\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u zgjedhur drejtues\u00a0 i atij institucioni. Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb tipat intrigant\u00eb duke realizuar ambiciet e veta, sepse ata\u00a0 s&#8217;e kan\u00eb dert se kryejn\u00eb edhe veprime kund\u00ebretike, kund\u00ebrnjer\u00ebzore e madje edhe kund\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasojat e kompromis\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dhe nga nj\u00eb mosp\u00ebrfillje t\u00eb till\u00eb del se jan\u00eb zgjedhur kuadra t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb meritor p\u00ebr vende p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse andaj kemi gjendje aspak t\u00eb pranueshme p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarit n\u00eb subjektet e ndryshme. Jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, por edhe n\u00eb veprimtrai t\u00eb tjera si\u00e7 jan\u00eb ministrit\u00eb, nd\u00ebrmarrjet publike apo sekretariatet e ndryshme n\u00eb pushtetin lokal, nuk jan\u00eb \u00a0aspak ma mir\u00eb. Dhe \u00a0kuadrat e tilla \u00a0p\u00ebrve\u00e7 s\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb vet\u00ebn e tyre ata \u00a0poashtu\u00a0 prezantojn\u00eb\u00a0 edhe subjektin q\u00eb i ka deleguar n\u00eb postet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Esdhe pse t\u00eb rrall\u00eb ka pasur raste kur individ\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dakord me kompromise t\u00eb tilla dhe jan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr nga subjekti p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.
