Aktiviteti do t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb K\u00ebndin e t\u00eb Rinjve, n\u00eb Bibliotek\u00ebn e Qytetit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dita Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Rinis\u00eb festohet \u00e7do vit m\u00eb 12 gusht, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb rezolute t\u00eb posa\u00e7me t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Organizat\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara, me t\u00eb vetmin q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb njoh\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e t\u00eb rinjve anemban\u00eb bot\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb ndryshime pozitive n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Tema e propozuar nga OKB-ja p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit \u00ebsht\u00eb: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/development\/desa\/youth\/international-youth-day-2018.html\"><strong>Hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb sigurta p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinj &#8211; Safe Spaces for Youth<\/strong><\/a><strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb sigurta ku mund t\u00eb mblidhen, t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb aktivitete q\u00eb lidhen me nevojat dhe interesat e tyre t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb se si t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin iniciativa dhe t\u00eb zgjerojn\u00eb rrjetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb inkurajuar pjes\u00ebmarrjen. Aktualisht, k\u00ebt\u00eb funksion n\u00eb Ulqin, n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel shum\u00eb t\u00eb lakmuesh\u00ebm, po e kryen nga K\u00ebndi i t\u00eb Rinjve n\u00eb Bibliotek\u00ebn e Qytetit, i krijuar si rezultat i nj\u00eb partneriteti shum\u00ebvje\u00e7ar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni me organizat\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/home\"><strong>Horizonti i Ri<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, kjo dit\u00eb ka p\u00ebr synim edhe t\u00ebrheqjen e v\u00ebmendjes s\u00eb publikut dhe politikb\u00ebr\u00ebsve lokal, p\u00ebr problemet e t\u00eb rinjve \u2013 nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe student\u00ebve; p\u00ebr promovimin aktivizmit rinor n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb cilit rinia do t\u00eb angazhohej n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e kontributit t\u00eb vet p\u00ebr zhvillimin e komunitetit lokal.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptuar edhe aktiviteti i paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr Dit\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Rinis\u00eb &#8211; \u00a0q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Pushtetit Vendor t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb mendimet e t\u00eb rinjve, t\u00eb marrin n\u00eb shqyrtim q\u00ebndrimet dhe propozimet e tyre se si mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet pozita e t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb Ulqin.
