Udh\u00ebtar\u00eb, studiues, shkrimtar\u00eb, etnograf\u00eb, e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb\u00a0 kan\u00eb ardhur gjat\u00eb shekujve, duke marr\u00eb me vete edhe kujtimet nga nj\u00eb vend i panjohur me njer\u00ebz po aq t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr sa edhe natyra e tij. Dhe jo vet\u00ebm kaq. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kjo\u00a0 krahin\u00eb shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb objekt studimi\u00a0 i shum\u00eb\u00a0 studiuesve serioz\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb e t\u00eb huaj t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme.Secili nga ata sjellin v\u00ebshtrimet, pik\u00ebpamjet dhe p\u00ebryshtypjet e veta\u00a0\u00a0 p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e lavdishme\u00a0\u00a0 ende\u00a0 t\u00eb pahulumtuar e t\u00eb pandricuar\u00a0 t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj trev\u00eb e cila gjat\u00eb shekujve u rrezistoi rrebesheve\u00a0 tep\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, duke mos u p\u00ebrkulur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb para sunduesve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, por duke rujtuar me vendosm\u00ebri etnosin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Elsi ( 1950-2017) , nj\u00ebri prej albanolog\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj , i cili gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe gjith\u00eb dhuntin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb gjithanshme krijuese ia kushtoi let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi n\u00eb librin e tij\u00a0 \u201c \u201cFiset Shqiptare\u201d ( Historia, shoq\u00ebria dhe kultura) , Prishtin\u00eb 2017 , n\u00eb kapitulin e par\u00eb \u201c Fiset e Alpeve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe)\u201d\u00a0 Trieshit i ka kushtuar nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb prej 15 faqesh.<\/p>\n<p>Profesor\u00a0 Elsi studimin e tij\u00a0 \u201cFisi i Triepshit\u201d e fillon me pozit\u00ebn e tij gjeografike,\u00a0 p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar me popullat\u00ebn, legjendat p\u00ebr fisin, str\u00ebgjysh\u00ebrit dhe\u00a0 duke e p\u00ebrrnbyllur me dy\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 figura te shquara,\u00a0 Nikoll\u00eb Ivanaj dhe Mirash\u00a0 Ivanaj.<\/p>\n<p>Ky njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare,\u00a0 duke\u00a0 folur p\u00ebr\u00a0 pozit\u00ebn e territorit t\u00eb fisit t\u00eb Trieshit, shkruan: \u201c\u00a0 Rajoni i fisit t\u00eb Triepshit ( ose ( Trieshit) ndodhet n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb bregun e djatht\u00eb t\u00eb lumit Cem, af\u00ebr kufirit verior \u00a0t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Territori i tij shtrihet n\u00eb an\u00ebn e verilindjes deri t\u00eb Suka e Milisit. Trieshi n\u00eb sllavishte njihet si Zatrijeba\u00e7. Ai kufizohet me rajonet e fisit tradicional t\u00eb Hotit n\u00eb jug, me Grud\u00ebn n\u00eb veriper\u00ebndim, me Kelmendin n\u00eb lindje dhe me trevat sllavishtfol\u00ebse n\u00eb veri t\u00eb territorit t\u00eb fisit t\u00eb Kuqit ( Ku\u00e7it sh\u00ebnimi im) . Disa e konsiderojn\u00eb Triepshin si pjes\u00eb shqipfol\u00ebs\u00ebse t\u00eb Kuqit. Ngulimet kryesore t\u00eb Triepshit , pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha, jan\u00eb fshatra t\u00eb vogla, si Nikmarashi, Rudina, Muzhe\u00e7ku, Bud\u00ebza, Poprati, Stjepohi, Delaji ( Delajt sh.im)\u00a0 ( ish Bitidosi),\u00a0 B\u00ebkaji ( B\u00ebkajt) shim) dhe Cemi ( Cemi i Trieshit sh.im)\u201d, fq.100.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdim Elsi jep t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes p\u00ebr historikun,\u00a0 popullat\u00ebn, numrin e banor\u00ebve n\u00eb periudha t\u00eb ndryshme kohore dhe p\u00ebr familjet e shquara t\u00eb Triepshit. \u201c Termi Triepshi, dikur \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptar si Trieb\u00e7i, q\u00eb si duket ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me fjal\u00ebt slave Trijeba\u00e7 dhe Zatrijeba\u00e7. Kjo trev\u00eb ishte e njohur dikur si Kuqi i Vog\u00ebl ( sllavisht Mali Ku\u00e7i, n\u00eb italishten e vjet\u00ebr Ku\u00e7i Pikoli dhe shpeshher\u00eb merret si pjes\u00eb e territorit t\u00eb fisit\u00a0 Kuq.<\/p>\n<p>Triepshi p\u00ebrmendet m\u00eb 1485, n\u00eb regjistrin turk t\u00eb Sanxhakut t\u00eb Shodr\u00ebs. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden ngulimet e Pantaleshit me 11o sht\u00ebpi, Bardhaj mke 25 sht\u00ebpi, Bonkeqit me 11 sht\u00ebpi , Bitidosit ( Delaj) me 11 sht\u00ebpi, Broqinit me 12 sht\u00ebpi, Radunj\u00ebs me 55 sht\u00ebpi, Spanit me 24 sht\u00ebpi dhe Lazorcit me 5 sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shekujt \u00a0shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dhe tet\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, Triepshi kishte 100 sht\u00ebpi. N\u00eb raportin papnor t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 1717-30\u00a0\u00a0 p\u00ebrmenden 96 sht\u00ebpi dhe 800 banor\u00eb katolik\u00eb, kurse m\u00eb 1764 94 sht\u00ebpi dhe 680 banor\u00eb.\u00a0 Vizitori papnor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Pjetro Stefano Gaspari , i cili udh\u00ebtoi n\u00eb k\u00ebto an\u00eb m\u00eb 1671- gjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb tij nga Kelmendi n\u00eb Grud\u00eb raportonte: M\u00eb 17 shtator 1671, ne u nis\u00ebm nga Kelmendi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb Grud\u00eb, rruga m\u00eb zgjati dy dit\u00eb nga Klementi. Fshtarat e Triepshit, Ledin\u00ebs, Ko\u00e7it (\u00a0 Ku\u00e7i) dhe Tuz\u00ebs ( Tuzit sh.im) kan\u00eb 306 sht\u00ebpi. Ato kan\u00eb familje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe 2500 frym\u00eb.\u00a0 M\u00eb 1886 Emil Vieti, konsulli francez n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ka sh\u00ebnuar se ka\u00a0 111 sht\u00ebpi\u00a0\u00a0 katolike\u00a0 me 593 banor\u00eb. Triepshi ishte\u00a0 fis, q\u00eb d.m.th. ishte nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi njer\u00ebzish me gjuh\u00eb dhe zakone t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta me njer\u00ebz t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjaku dhe me nj\u00eb st\u00ebrgjysh t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.Ky fis p\u00ebrbehej nga nj\u00eb bajrak katolik. Po k\u00ebshtu, ky fis pretendon se edhe rajoni n\u00eb an\u00ebn jugore t\u00eb lumit Cem, q\u00eb i takon Hotit, \u00ebsht\u00eb i tij. Si pasoj\u00eb, shpesh kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrthyer grindje dhe p\u00ebrplasje nd\u00ebrmjet Triepshit dhe Hotit. Bregu i veriut n\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00eb t\u00eb lumit Cem, konsiderohej si zon\u00eb neutrale.\u201d, shkruan Elsi , fq. 100-101.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ky njoh\u00ebs i\u00a0 historis\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs dhe historis\u00eb son\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kapitull, nd\u00ebr familjet e shquara\u00a0 t\u00eb Trieshit p\u00ebrmend: Arapaj, Cacaj, Curanaj, Dedivanaj,,Dukaj, Gashaj,Gegaj, Gjekaj, Gjelosjhaj, Gjokaj, Gjonaj, Gjonlekaj ,Gjurashaj, Gjurav\u00e7aj, Hasanaj, Leko\u00e7aj, Lucaj, Margilaj, Mem\u00e7aj, Micakaj, Nikollaj, Nikprelaj, Palushaj, Prenko\u00e7aj, Ujkaj dhe Vataj. Sipas Elsit Bajraktar\u00ebt e Triepshit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb nga familja Lucaj, kurse m\u00eb von\u00eb nga familja Ujkaj. ( vijon)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fisi i Triepshit\u00a0 n\u00eb\u00a0 v\u00ebshtrimin e Robert Elsit ( 2)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Disa legjenda p\u00ebr fisin e Triepshit<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb studimin e Robert Elsit p\u00ebr fisin e Triepshit, t\u00eb cilin e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt katolik\u00eb, \u00a0jepen disa legjenda mbi origjin\u00ebn ( zanafill\u00ebn) e k\u00ebtij fisi. Sipas Elsit ka disa variante legjendash\u00a0\u00a0 p\u00ebr paraardh\u00ebsit e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb\u00a0 t\u00eb fisit t\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0 Trieshit. Nj\u00eb variant , shkruan Elsi, fisi i Triepshit, sikur Hoti,\u00a0 e ka origjin\u00ebn nga sllav\u00ebt, ndodhta nga nj\u00eb sllav boshnjak i \u00a0quajtur Keq Preka, ose Keq Ponti, i cili kishte ikur nga territori i sotsh\u00ebm i Piperit n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe ishte vendosur aty para se ky vend\u00a0 t\u00eb binte n\u00ebn pushtimin Osman, diku rreth vitit 1550. \u201c Ai pati disa djem, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt quheshin : Laz\u00ebr Keqi, Ban Keqi, Kaster Keqi, Merkota Keqi,\u00a0 Vas ose Vash Keqi dhe Piper Keqi. Djali i dyt\u00eb, Ban Keqi konsiderohej paraardh\u00ebsi i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb i fisit t\u00eb Triepshit, nd\u00ebrsa v\u00ebllai i tij Laz\u00ebr Keqi st\u00ebrgjysh i fisit t\u00eb Hotit, i cili n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kishte lidhje me Triepshin. Laz\u00ebr Keqi u vendos n\u00eb Traboin, kurse Ban Keqi n\u00eb Muzhe\u00e7k. Disa an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb fisit kishin prejardhje prej Ivan C\u00ebrnojeviqit, kurse familjet e vjetra t\u00eb Delajve besojn\u00eb se\u00a0 kan\u00eb prejardhje nga m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn nga Hercegovina\u201d, shkruan\u00a0 Elsi\u00a0 n\u00eb librin e tij\u201c Fiset shqiptare, Prishtin\u00eb 2017, faqe 102.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb version tjet\u00ebr i legjend\u00ebs mbi zanafill\u00ebn e fisit t\u00eb Triepshit \u00ebsht\u00eb si vijon: \u201c Keq Ponti ishte nga Arta, q\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb Greqi. Kur turqit osman\u00eb filluan t\u00eb shtrihen n\u00eb Ballkan, ai u p\u00ebrbetua se nuk do t\u00eb jetonte kurr\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan n\u00ebn sundimin\u00a0 Osman, prandaj iku me familjen n\u00eb Nish, e m\u00eb pas n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr. Pas shum\u00eb bredhjeve, ata dikur u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb lugin\u00ebn e lumit Cem. Ata, atje, n\u00eb muzgun e mbr\u00ebmjes pan\u00eb nj\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb ndezur n\u00eb nj\u00eb shpell\u00eb t\u00eb quajtur Borov\u00e7i, ku banonte nj\u00eb banor vendas, i cili quhej Bokshin. Bokshini kishte tre djem. Ai i priti ardhacak\u00ebt dhe u lejoi q\u00eb t\u00eb banonin aty. Ai u tha vizitor\u00ebve se dikur kishte pasur nj\u00eb tok\u00eb buke me bereqet p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb lumit Cem, mir\u00ebpo nj\u00ebfar\u00eb Lekashi ia kishte grabitur si pasurin\u00eb ashtu edhe bag\u00ebtin\u00eb.N\u00eb shenj\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohjeje p\u00ebr mikpritjen miq\u00ebsore, i biri i Keq Pontit tha se do t\u2019i vriste\u00a0 barinjt\u00eb e Lekashit dhe do ta kthente bag\u00ebtin\u00eb q\u00eb ia kishte vjedhur m\u00eb par\u00eb Lekashi. Dhe ai e mbajti fjal\u00ebn. Lekashi duke ikur me nj\u00eb kal\u00eb, rrug\u00ebs e humbi nj\u00ebr\u00ebn sandale.Bijt\u00eb e Keq Pontit, Vasi, Krasi, Lazri, Pipi dhe Baku u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb rajonin e quajtur bregu i Lekashit dhe u mor\u00ebn me bag\u00ebti\u201d ( Po aty, faqe 103)<\/p>\n<p>Elsi duke folur p\u00ebr rezistenc\u00ebn e trieshjan\u00ebve kund\u00ebr sulmuesve osman\u00eb n\u00eb rajon , ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht m\u00eb 1717 kur ata vran\u00eb 62 ushtar\u00eb turq , ka sh\u00ebnuar: \u201d Thuhet se forcat turke u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn pas k\u00ebsaj katrahure dhe , deri m\u00eb 1862, e lane rajonin e qet\u00eb. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, s\u00eb paku p\u00ebr arsye taktike. Triepshi pati marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira jo vet\u00ebm me fisin e Kuqit ( Ku\u00e7it ( sh.im) por edhe me dinastin\u00eb e Petroviq-Njegoshit, me sundimtar\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi, sidomos me princin Peter II ( 1830-1851), Princ Danilon ( 1852-1860) dhe Princ Nikoll\u00ebn ( 1860-1918).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 1878 , Mali i Zi e aneksoi Triepshin, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Kongresit t\u00eb Berlinit, por kufiri mbeti i pasigurt p\u00ebr ca koh\u00eb. Disa pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb fisit t\u00eb Triepshit ik\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb Osmane, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt mbet\u00ebn n\u00eb Malin e\u00a0 Zi t\u00eb sotsh\u00ebm.Nj\u00eb\u00a0 figur\u00eb e dalluar e Triepshit\u00a0 n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb ishte Marash Marku Gjeloshaj (1825-1902), i cili, nga dianstia e Petroviq-Njegoshit, u em\u00ebrua kapedan i Triepshit.<\/p>\n<p>Triepshi, pas aneksimit nga\u00a0 Mali i Zi ,thekson\u00a0 Elsi, \u00a0ishte n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mjer\u00eb. \u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb territor ende nuk kishte rrug\u00eb. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e fisit t\u00eb Triepshit, e kishin pun\u00ebn pisk, meq\u00eb nga tollovia e madhe detyroheshin q\u00eb dy familje t\u00eb vendoseshin n\u00eb nj\u00eb kasoll\u00eb \u00a0me nj\u00eb dhom\u00eb. Kurse mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt e Triepshit, meq\u00eb ishin shqiptar\u00eb dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste edhe ishin t\u00eb martuar edhe me familjet e refugjat\u00ebve, racionet e tyre t\u00eb vogla ua jepnin ardhacak\u00ebve.\u00a0 M\u00eb von\u00eb , n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ishte n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mjer\u00eb , m\u00eb \u00a01911, mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kryengritjen e mal\u00ebsor\u00ebve dhe pati pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda\u201d. ( Po aty, f. 109-110).<\/p>\n<p>Edith Durhami, duke kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr Triesh, n\u00eb tetorin e atij viti, ka sh\u00ebnuar:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUn\u00eb kisha frik\u00eb t\u00eb ngjitem n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi sepse, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes q\u00eb kisha, s\u2019kisha udh\u00ebtuar\u00a0 me kale tre vjet. Mir\u00ebpo , m\u00eb 10 qershor 1911, duke iu p\u00ebrgjigjur nj\u00eb ftese urgjente, vendosa t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoja n\u00eb Triepsh. I biri i Sokol Bacit mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00eb siguronte nj\u00eb kale. K\u00ebshtu, un\u00eb e pash\u00eb kalin p\u00ebr here t\u00eb pare n\u00ebn nj\u00eb man t\u00eb bardh\u00eb. Ai ishte nj\u00eb hamshor i madh dhe i p\u00ebrhim\u00ebt.K\u00ebsaj radhe mua m\u00eb priste kali I Sokolit, nj\u00eb bish\u00eb e bukur. Un\u00eb mendoja se ai kale ishte i tep\u00ebrt p\u00ebr mua, q\u00eb jam nj\u00eb grua n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb mesme dhe q\u00eb s\u2019kam p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj me kale. Un\u00eb iu afrova me shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi sepse kali sillej, v\u00ebrtitej dhe mezi e shalova n\u00eb rrug\u00eb. N\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7ast arriti nj\u00eb telegram nga Sokoli plak, ku thuhej se ai po kthehej k\u00ebtu dhe k\u00ebrkonte q\u00eb t\u2019ia b\u00ebnin gati kalin. I biri i tij u skuq, u turp\u00ebrua dhe k\u00ebrkoi ndjes\u00eb nga un\u00eb.Shqiptari e mban fjal\u00ebn.
