N\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, ato jan\u00eb qendra politike e ekonomike, por edhe qendra fetare prej nga rrezatonte ndikimi fetar i nj\u00ebr\u00ebs apo tjetr\u00ebs fuqi politike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, qytetet veriper\u00ebndimore t\u00eb trevave arb\u00ebrore q\u00eb nga antikiteti ishin n\u00ebn ndikimin e p\u00ebrendimit dhe n\u00eb kontakt t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm me Rom\u00ebn latine duke marr\u00eb parasysh edhe elememtin roman dhe lidhshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme t\u00eb arb\u00ebror\u00ebve me krisht\u00ebrimin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ngulmimet sllave dhe ndarjet kishtare u dhan\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trevave nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb posa\u00e7me,\u00a0\u00a0k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb peshkopatat e Dalmacis\u00eb jugore dhe t\u00eb Arb\u00ebris\u00eb veriore u b\u00ebn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetja m\u00eb e fuqishme e papatit\u00a0\u00a0n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr Bizantit dhe ortodoksis\u00eb sllave n\u00eb Ballkan. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst duhet kuptuar edhe rolin e formimit t\u00eb Kryepeshkopat\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit si dhe\u00a0\u00a0r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e qendrave t\u00eb tjera ekonomoke e peshkopale, si Ulqini, Shkodra, Shasi, Drishti, Pulti, etj. Konkretisht n\u00eb rastin e Shasit, apo si\u00e7 e hasim n\u00eb burime, Suacium, Suvacium, Sovacium, Soacio, etj., v\u00ebrehet shk\u00eblqimi dhe r\u00ebnia e rolit ekonomik e kishtar t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trevave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta, Shkodra, Ulqini, Tivari e Lezha nuk e pat\u00ebn fatin e keq t\u00eb Shasit q\u00eb t\u00eb shuhen t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht, por r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e tyre n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn osmane sh\u00ebnon mbetje evidente dhe nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb kontakteve me per\u00ebndimin latin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shasi mesjetar ishte vazhdim\u00ebsi e selis\u00eb ipeshkvnore q\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet qysh n\u00eb shek. VIII.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>\u00a0N\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0shek. XI, gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr supremaci brenda Kish\u00ebs Katolike, Shasi, Kotorri dhe Ulqini p\u00ebrmenden si ipeshkvni, nd\u00ebrkaq pas themelimit t\u00eb Kryepeshkopat\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit, ipeshkvit\u00eb e Kotorrit, Ulqinit, Shasit, Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Drishtit p\u00ebrmenden n\u00ebn jurisdiksionin e Tivarit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mir\u00ebpo formimi i Kryepeshkopat\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit nuk shkoi pa f\u00ebrkime t\u00eb brendshme. K\u00ebsaj Kryepeshkopate n\u00eb fillim nuk iu dhan\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e em\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb peshkop\u00ebve n\u00eb selit\u00eb vart\u00ebse sufragane. S\u00eb bashku me kishat e Ulqinit, Shkodr\u00ebs, Shasit, Drishtit e Pultit, Kryepeshkopata e re u vu n\u00ebn vart\u00ebsin\u00eb e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Raguz\u00ebs.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebr\u00a0\u00a0m\u00eb s\u00eb nje shekull, peshkopatat shqiptare luftuan p\u00ebr t\u2019u shk\u00ebputur nga vart\u00ebsia e Raguz\u00ebs duke e kuror\u00ebzuar m\u00eb n\u00eb fund k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e pontifikatit t\u00eb Pap\u00ebs Ino\u00e7enti III (1199-1211)<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lidhur me rolin fetar t\u00eb peshkopatave dhe abacive mesjetare t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Arb\u00ebris\u00eb verip\u00ebrendimore dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb tyre me qytetet veriore flet akti i19 qershorit t\u00eb vitit 1166, me \u00e7\u2019rast titullari i kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Arbrit, peshkopi Lazar, i shoq\u00ebruar nga abati i manastirit benediktin t\u00eb Shelbuemit (Rubik), Gjergji, mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e p\u00ebrurimit t\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0kish\u00ebs katolike t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Trifonit n\u00eb Kotorr. N\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ndodheshin edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb peshkopatave\u00a0\u00a0katolike arb\u00ebrore nga Drishti, Shirgji, Ulqini, Tivari dhe Shasi, si dhe Priori Andrea i Arb\u00ebrit.\u00a0M\u00eb konkretisht Shasin e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte si i zgjedhur Pjetri i Sva\u00e7it.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ndikimet katolike n\u00eb trevat e Arb\u00ebrit, ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebrcilleshin nga pjesa veriper\u00ebndimore e vendit, respektivisht nga kisha e Diokles\u00eb apo Kryepeshkopata e Tivarit e cila me peshkopatat e tjera katolike shqiptare u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb baza operacionale t\u00eb katolicizmit kund\u00ebr ortodoksis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duke u nisur nga kufijt\u00eb e dioqez\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit, Kisha Katolike d\u00ebpertoi thell\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Lindjes (Kosov\u00eb ) dhe t\u00eb Jugut (Principata e Arb\u00ebrit). N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt edhe roli i Shasit si qend\u00ebr peshkopale del i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Q\u00eb nga fillimi i shek XIII, m\u00eb sakt\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1204, burimet historike flasin p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e selive peshkopale katolike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si n\u00eb Prizren e Shkup. N\u00eb vitet n\u00eb vazhdim Kisha Katolike d\u00ebshmohet edhe n\u00eb qendra t\u00eb tjera, si n\u00eb Gra\u00e7anic\u00eb, Trep\u00e7\u00eb, Novob\u00ebrd\u00eb, etj. Madje edhe n\u00eb lokalitete e fshatra t\u00eb vogla, q\u00eb tregon p\u00ebrhapjen e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb ritit katolik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shtrirja e k\u00ebtij riti n\u00eb viset e Dardanis\u00eb s\u00eb Vjet\u00ebr apo Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb banuara kryesisht me shqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebrkon me kalimin e pushtetit nga sundimi bizantin n\u00eb at\u00eb serb t\u00eb Rash\u00ebs, si element rezistues ndaj nacionalizmit fetar serb, t\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0shprehur p\u00ebrmes Kish\u00ebs Nacionale Autoqefale Serbe nga viti 1219.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb aspektin fetar, mbret\u00ebrit serb\u00eb zbatuan nj\u00eb politik\u00eb diskriminuese ndaj katolik\u00ebve, q\u00eb gjeti shprehjen e qart\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Kodin e Stefan Dushanit (1349), disa nga nenet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit i kushtoheshin herezis\u00eb katolike. P\u00ebr hir\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se disa tolerime n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt pat\u00ebn ndaj sasve apo dubrovnikasve p\u00ebr interesa xehtarie apo tregtie, por n\u00eb raport me vendor\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb pakompromis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edhe n\u00eb bregdet serb\u00ebt, n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shek. XIII pushtetin laik ia besuan nj\u00eb princeshe katolike &#8211; Helen\u00ebs franceze, gruas s\u00eb Stefanit t\u00eb par\u00eb Uroshit. Por ky ishte nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim i rastit i cili nuk ndeshet m\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb kujt\u00ebs\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb Diokles\u00eb, emri i mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs besimtare katolike u ruajt p\u00ebr shum\u00eb koh\u00eb si mbrojt\u00ebse e bamir\u00ebse e besimtar\u00ebve dhe objekteve t\u00eb kultit katolik. Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, q\u00ebndrimi tolerant i serb\u00ebve ndaj katolik\u00ebve, ve\u00e7mas atyre shqiptar\u00eb, nuk ishte dominues n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e tyre fetare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebr rolin fetar katolik t\u00eb Shasit flet fakti se Ipeshvi i Svaciumit ishte ai q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1367 i kishte kthyer n\u00eb besimin katolik tre v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit Balshaj.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00eb aspektin fetar, roli i trevave veriper\u00ebndimore, e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim edhe i Shasit, n\u00eb raport me qytetet e tjera ishte edhe i natyr\u00ebs ekonomike e diplomatike. Megjithat\u00eb, em\u00ebrues i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shasit gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs mbetet identiteti i nj\u00eb qyteti kishtar.
