Nj\u00eb konstatim i till\u00eb vlen sidomos \u00a0p\u00ebr ne shqiptar\u00ebt k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duke qen\u00eb n\u00eb margjina t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb,\u00a0 arkivat dhe l\u00ebnda arkivore pothuaj ka qen\u00eb dukuri e panjohur ne\u00a0\u00a0 sistemin monist sepse pasojat ishin evidente.<\/p>\n<p>Por, \u00a0pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb sistemit monist, disa studiues treguan interesim dhe guxim p\u00ebr hulumtime arkivore n\u00eb Arkivin e Shtetit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb Cetin\u00eb. Nd\u00ebr ata persona\u00a0 b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe Hajro Hajdari, i cili \u00a0ndon\u00ebse me profesion \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00a0jurist \u00a0ai me plot pasion \u00ebsht\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr hulumtimin\u00a0 e\u00a0 k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebnde nga koha e Kongresit t\u00eb Berlinit e m\u00eb pas. Dhe jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht \u00a0k\u00ebto dokumente\u00a0 q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb transparente rrethanat e koh\u00ebs n\u00ebn pushtetin e ri malazias.<\/p>\n<p>Duke analizuar disa dokumente t\u00eb tilla del qart\u00eb politika e koh\u00ebs e pushtetit t\u00eb principat\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb territor\u00ebt e reja t\u00eb dhuruara \u00a0e sidomos qendrimin e \u00a0popullat\u00ebs shqiptare ndaj administrat\u00ebs s\u00eb re malazeze. K\u00ebshtu kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me rezistimin e \u00a0shqiptar\u00ebve\u00a0 ndaj pushtetit\u00a0 sidomos, me mosdergimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn serbe,\u00a0 pastaj\u00a0 mosshkuarja \u00a0n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin ushtarak si dhe refuzimin e bartj\u00ebs s\u00eb flamurit malazias n\u00eb anijet e tyre n\u00eb det.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dhe nga nj\u00eb qendrim i till\u00eb nuk ka dilem\u00eb se kemi demoralizimin e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare ku si pasoj\u00eb kemi\u00a0 emigrimin n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr e gjetiu n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, q\u00eb ndikoj duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb zvoglimin e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb Ulqinit. Ishte kjo politika p\u00ebrfide e pushtetit sepse \u00a0ndaj atyre qe ishin shp\u00ebrngulur pushteti kishte marr\u00eb masa me iu konfiskuar edhe \u00a0pronat, nga del se kishim t\u00eb b\u00ebnim me nj\u00eb pastrim t\u00eb heshtur \u00a0etnik. Nd\u00ebrsa nga ana tjet\u00ebr kishte filluar kolonizimi i Ulqinit dhe rrethin\u00ebs me malazez, duke iu dhurar prona kolonisteve n\u00eb Fusht\u00eb Ulqinit, Mal t\u00eb Bris\u00eb, Zogaj etj. Sipas burimeve t\u00eb publikuara del se n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn kohore 1881-1892 n\u00eb Ulqin jan\u00eb vendosur rreth \u00a0400 familje kolonist\u00ebsh malazez.<\/p>\n<p>Se si ka ndryshuar struktura e popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Ulqin \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0d\u00ebshmohet edhe me dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr numrin e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Ulqinit\u00a0 n\u00eb vitin 1899 ku gjithsej ishin t\u00eb regjistruar 4306 banor\u00eb apo\u00a0 934 sht\u00ebpi e nga to 671 sht\u00ebpi shqiptare (71.84%) dhe 263 sht\u00ebpi malazeze (28.15%). E dh\u00ebna e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar politik\u00ebn kolonizuese t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, e cila si mision politik shtet\u00ebror kishte ndryshimin e struktur\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, sepse deri n\u00eb vitin 1880 k\u00ebtu nuk ka pasur popullsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb malazeze sepse ka dominuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb absolute popullsia shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Me mjaft interes jan\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr numrin e vendbanimeve dhe shp\u00ebndarja e tyre hap\u00ebsinore n\u00eb nj\u00ebsin\u00eb territoriale t\u00eb njohur me emrin e kapetanis\u00eb. Nga t\u00eb gjitha dokumentat e botuara duhet ve\u00e7uar Protokollin e hara\u00e7it t\u00eb vitit 1882, q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me regjistrimin e familjeve dhe t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb q\u00eb pushteti mendonte p\u00ebr mbledhjen e hara\u00e7it p\u00ebr qytetin dhe\u00a0 vendbanimet \u00a0p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.Jan\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes sepse \u00a0banor\u00ebt paraqiten me em\u00ebr dhe mbiem\u00ebr. Po ashtu duhet cekur se patronimet e familjeve n\u00eb dokumenta paraqiten n\u00eb form\u00ebn origjinale\u00a0 ku shum\u00eb kush sot mund t\u00eb gjej\u00eb paraardh\u00ebsit e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast po cekim disa patronime familjare t\u00eb koh\u00ebs n\u00eb pes\u00eb lagjet e Ulqinit (Kala, Ran\u00eb, M\u00ebhall\u00eb t\u00eb re, Meteriz, dhe Mera) t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb: Alibegaj, Ahmeti, Arapi, Axhemi, Beci, Beti, Broci, Bazi, Bushati, Brajsha, Bilali, Brisku, Cakuli, Cungu, Canka, \u00c7apuni, \u00c7apra, \u00c7o\u00e7a, \u00c7ela,\u00a0 Musta, Mu\u00e7oja, Mani, Duraku, Dervishaga, Dibrani, Dermani, Elezaga, Lazoja, Lazorja, Lajka, Lamoja, Lula, Lika, Lisha, Luca, Llunji, Leka, Fani, Fici, Fteja, \u00a0Neli, Noga, Gorana, Gu\u00e7i,Gjyli, Gjura, Selita, Sadiku, \u00a0Spahija, Shurdha, Mujali, Malokraja, \u00a0Mema, Mollabeqiri, Kadija, Kasmi, Kasa, Kashi, Kalavrezi, Karamanaga, Katana, Komina, Kova\u00e7i,Kollari, Kruja, Kroma, Krymi, Milla, Molla, Misheri, Pali,Pulti, Peku, Rashketa, Resulani, Hasanaga, Hamoj, Hoti, Hoxha, Ishmi, Qurkanj, Shata, Vogli, Vuli, Tafili, Tafa, Tuzi, Truma, Tirana, Tivari, Xhuxha, Zuberi, Zenka, Zhugjeli \u00a0etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb paraqet\u00a0 deformimi i patronimeve t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga administrata\u00a0 e pushtetit\u00a0 duke filluar nga fillimi i shek.XX., duke iu mveshur pothuaj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb patronimeve t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve\u00a0 prapashtes\u00ebn sllave viq dhe iq. Ishte ky realizimi\u00a0\u00a0 praktik i misionit\u00a0 politik\u00a0 t\u00eb pushtetit p\u00ebr sllavizimin e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare, pasojat e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim ofrohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna autentike q\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet p\u00ebrmes dokumentave t\u00eb publikuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu duhet theksuar se nga dor\u00ebzimi i Ulqinit Malit t\u00eb Zi nga n\u00ebntori i vitit 1880,\u00a0 shum\u00eb familje ulqinake n\u00eb sh\u00ebnj\u00eb t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsis\u00eb me pushtetin e ri \u00a0kan\u00eb emigruar n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr apo Durr\u00ebs q\u00eb llogaritet se numri i familjeve t\u00eb tilla arrin ne 413. Madje \u00a0ende sot e k\u00ebsaj dite familjet e tilla ulqinake \u00a0mbajn\u00eb patronimet e tyre q\u00eb i kan\u00eb pasur n\u00eb Ulqin, duke qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmi autentike e origjin\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb s\u00eb duke analizuar k\u00ebto dokumente del se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me \u00e7\u00ebshtje shum\u00ebdimensionale si: politike, arsimore, ushtarake, demografike, sociale, ekonomike, turistike etj. Andaj \u00e7do studiues var\u00ebsisht prej profilit profesional ka mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ti shfryt\u00ebzuar dokumentat n\u00eb fjal\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb temave p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb lidhje me Ulqinin dhe rrethin\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebriudh\u00eb kohore.
