Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ata nuk u bashkuan rreth programit, i cili te partit\u00eb politike shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb gati identik, por u bashkuan rreth \u201ckula\u00e7it\u201d p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndar\u00eb postet dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i sistemuar an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e partis\u00eb, familjar\u00ebt dhe militant\u00ebt e tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebr vende pune.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, Marr\u00ebveshja n\u00eb fjal\u00eb b\u00ebri q\u00eb gati t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zbatimin e politik\u00ebs komunale duke eliminuar bllokun e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm opozitar. Prej 33 k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve, sa num\u00ebron Kuvendi i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit, vet\u00ebm tre kan\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb opozit\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtij numri tejet t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, nuk do t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u2019i stimulojn\u00eb apo t\u2019i sfidojn\u00eb politikat dhe praktikat e qeverisjes n\u00eb Ulqin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, Marr\u00ebveshja shkaktoi nj\u00eb precedent n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e minoriteteve, ku pas 28 vitesh n\u00eb qeverisjen vendore, partit\u00eb politike shqiptare me vullnet t\u00eb plot\u00eb ia dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb pushtetin nj\u00eb partie t\u00eb spektrit politik malazez. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka e papar\u00eb n\u00eb perceptimin e fush\u00ebveprimit t\u00eb partive nacionale, t\u00eb cilat e kan\u00eb detyrim pik\u00ebrisht implementimin e politikave t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs shqiptare, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin dhe mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu kultur\u00ebn, gjuh\u00ebn, arsimin e posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht mbrojtjen e resurseve ekonomike t\u00eb komun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo Marr\u00ebveshje, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, u prit me nj\u00eb heshtje relative n\u00eb opinion dhe n\u00eb dukje pa ndonj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb theksuar nga qytetar\u00ebt. N\u00eb vendet demokratike me nj\u00eb elektorat t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm menj\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin llogari p\u00ebr votat e tyre dhe respektimin e mandateve t\u00eb fituara duke b\u00ebr\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb paq\u00ebsore dhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprim me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile mund\u00ebsisht t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb proceseve demokratike.<\/p>\n<p>Partit\u00eb politike n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb mbesin n\u00eb harmoni me politikat zgjedhore p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb vota, ato reflektuan zhg\u00ebnjim, i cili n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimtar p\u00ebr vetekzistenc\u00ebn e tyre dhe \u00e7do gj\u00eb mund t\u2019ju kthehet si bumerang p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen politike.<\/p>\n<p>Veprimi aktual i partive politike shqiptare n\u00eb Malin e Zi ta rikujton p\u00ebrkufizimin kuptimplot\u00eb t\u00eb gazetarit t\u00eb shquar amerikan Peter Lucas, i cili vuri n\u00eb pah defektet gjenetike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb trash\u00ebguara brez pas brezi. \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb nj\u00eb defekt n\u00eb kompozimin e tyre gjenetik.
