Nje nga arsyet ishte mos organizimi i shpetimtareve profesional dhe eksp\u00ebrimentet e Durresit me mbylljen e rruges kryesore ne te cilen frekuentohej nga Turistet Kosovare ?!<\/p>\n<p>Disi e kishim kuptuar sikur Autostrada e Kombit te ishte ndertuar nga mjetet e ndonje konsesionari privat ?!
