\u201cJournal de Salonique\u201d ka botuar, t\u00eb enjten e 9 shtatorit 1909, n\u00eb <\/strong>ballin\u00eb<\/strong><\/a>, letr\u00ebn e Mit\u2019hat Frash\u00ebrit, N\u00ebnkryetar i Kongresit gjuh\u00ebsor shqiptar t\u00eb Elbasanit, p\u00ebrmbajtjen e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs, <\/strong>Aurenc Bebja<\/strong><\/a>, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet blogut t\u00eb tij \u201c<\/strong>Dars (Klos), Mat \u2013 Albania<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, e ka sjell\u00eb p\u00ebr publikun shqiptar\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm mor\u00ebm sh\u00ebnimet e para mbi Kongresin Shqiptar t\u00eb Elbasanit, q\u00eb i nderuari Mit\u2019hat Bej, Drejtor i \u00c7\u00ebshtjeve Politike, premtoi t\u00eb shkruante p\u00ebr lexuesit e Journal de Salonique.<\/em><\/p>\n

Lajm\u00ebtari yn\u00eb i shtrenjt\u00eb na premton gjithashtu d\u00ebrgimin e p\u00ebrshtypjeve t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit q\u00eb ne do t\u00eb jemi shum\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur t\u2019i botojm\u00eb. Ne i shprehim atij mir\u00ebnjohjen ton\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb letra e par\u00eb e Mit\u2019hat Beut.<\/em><\/p>\n

I dashur Drejtor,<\/em><\/p>\n

Un\u00eb ju premtova se do t\u00eb ju d\u00ebrgoi disa sh\u00ebnime n\u00eb lidhje me Kongresin gjuh\u00ebsor q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt po mbajn\u00eb aktualisht k\u00ebtu. Delegat\u00ebt kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb prej dhjet\u00eb dit\u00ebsh. Pasi u ndalova disa dit\u00eb n\u00eb Janin\u00eb, un\u00eb arrita n\u00eb Elbasan nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para hapjes s\u00eb Kongresit.<\/em><\/p>\n

Kongresi u hap t\u00eb premten n\u00eb prani t\u00eb delegat\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vinin nga 27 qytete t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb veriore dhe jugore.<\/em> Seanca e par\u00eb u hap n\u00ebn kryesin\u00eb e an\u00ebtarit m\u00eb t\u00eb moshuar.<\/em> Pas nj\u00eb ceremonie hyjnore, zgjodh\u00ebm kryesin\u00eb dhe koleg\u00ebt e mi m\u00eb nderuan duke m\u00eb besuar postin e n\u00ebnkryetarit.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ju thash\u00eb tashm\u00eb se Kongresi yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht gjuh\u00ebsor dhe se ne nuk merremi me politik\u00eb. Edukim, shkolla, k\u00ebto jan\u00eb dy nenet e vetme t\u00eb programit t\u00eb seancave tona. Debatet do t\u00eb kufizohen n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy pyetje.<\/em><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur shkolla, duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi m\u00ebsues. Ku t\u2019i gjejm\u00eb\u00a0? Duke punuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen, ne kemi menduar se gj\u00ebja e par\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb formimi i m\u00ebsuesve.<\/em> Nj\u00ebz\u00ebri, Kongresi vendosi t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb normale p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cfurnizuar\u201d shkollat fillore.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fal\u00eb t\u00eb diplomuarve q\u00eb kjo shkoll\u00eb do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb gradualisht, numri i shkollave fillore do t\u00eb rritet.<\/em> Q\u00eb t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb edhe n\u00eb zonat m\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebta e t\u00eb vogla, do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen m\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb shkolle t\u00eb dyt\u00eb normale.<\/em><\/p>\n

Cili qytet ishte m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatur p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar Normalen e par\u00eb ?<\/em> Nj\u00eb debat i gjat\u00eb u zhvillua p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/em> Kongresi, pasi shqyrtoi qendrat e ndryshme shqiptare, u shpreh n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Elbasanit, qytet me nj\u00eb popullsi prej 15.000 banor\u00ebsh, qend\u00ebr e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme tregtare dhe vend i qet\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Seancat e Kongresit do t\u00eb zgjasin ndoshta deri nga data dhjet\u00eb e k\u00ebtij muaji. Un\u00eb do t\u00eb ju njoftoj p\u00ebr vendimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, t\u00eb cilave do t\u2019u shtoi disa p\u00ebrshtypje nga udh\u00ebtimi.<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
