Pas k\u00ebsaj shpalljeje ku jan\u00eb paraqitur disa kandidat\u00eb nga vendi dhe rajoni, Komisioni i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga z.Qazim Muja \u2013 kryetar, Dr Nail Draga \u2013 an\u00ebtar dhe Mehmet Aloja \u2013 an\u00ebetar, nj\u00ebz\u00ebrit ka pru vendimin q\u00eb vendi i par\u00eb ti takoj\u00eb z.Bujar Vani i cili p\u00ebrve\u00e7 dokumentacionit n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar ka dor\u00ebzuar edhe figur\u00ebn e punuar n\u00eb skulptur\u00eb.
