Arsyet\u00a0 e miratimit t\u00eb rebalacit kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me\u00a0 huamarjen e kredis\u00eb prej 650.000,00euro q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar per shkak t\u00eb ndryshimeve\u00a0 t\u00eb ligjit,dhe realizimi i projektit\u00a0 te ujsjell\u00ebsit dhe kanalizimit p\u00ebr kat\u00ebr lagje , nj\u00eb projekt, me vler\u00eb 5.000.000,00 euro realizimi i t\u00eb cilit\u00a0 pritet ne vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Buxheti p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit\u00a0 \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar 24 p\u00ebrqind m\u00eb shum\u00eb\u00a0 se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket hyrjes s\u00eb mjeteve Komuna e Ulqinit ka realizuar nj\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr 40 p\u00ebrqind. Parametrat\u00a0 e rritjes\u00a0 priten edhe n\u00eb vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket urbanizmit u miratuan\u00a0 dokumente me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi\u00a0 q\u00eb do ti kontribuojn\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb Ulqinit.Ve\u00e7ojm\u00eb miratimin e ndyshimeve t\u00eb PDU p\u00ebr Fush\u00ebn e Ulqinit e me k\u00ebt\u00eb parashihet\u00a0 nd\u00ebrtimi i objektit p\u00ebr organizat\u00ebn sindikale , dhe projektet e Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Islame, nd\u00ebrtimi i xhamis\u00eb q\u00ebndrore t\u00eb qytetit dhe Medreses , po ashtu u miratua\u00a0 edhe Projekti urbanistik p\u00ebr Hotelin Mediteran e kjo hap rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin, respektivisht meremetimin e k\u00ebtij objekti.
