Pra gjithsej n\u00eb 25 fshatra t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj treve \u00ebsht\u00eb punuar n\u00eb grupe punuese p\u00ebr rreth tre vjet, ku jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb rreth\u00a0<strong>600 varre<\/strong>me mbishkrime arabe-osmane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Studimi do t\u00eb kompletohet edhe me hulumtimet q\u00eb po b\u00ebhen n\u00eb zon\u00ebn urbane t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Katana:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><em>Ju edhe m\u00eb tej vazhdoni t\u00eb punoni n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, do t\u00eb botoni nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr t\u00eb ri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb teme apo t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoni me fakte t\u00eb tjera ribotimin e librit ekzistues.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bardhi<\/strong>: Kurr\u00eb nuk mendoj se mund t\u00eb shteret nj\u00eb punim. Un\u00eb momentalisht jam duke punuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb ri q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket po k\u00ebsaj fushe n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn urbane t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Ulqinit dhe rrethin\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin disa fshatra rreth qytetit.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>V.Katana:<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0Mbishkrimet e gur\u00eb-varreve ka zgjuar gjithmon\u00eb interesin e studiuesve. Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e ve\u00e7anta q\u00eb ju keni hasur n\u00eb pun\u00ebn tuaj sa i p\u00ebrket varrezave n\u00eb An\u00eb te Malit?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bardhi:<\/strong>Varrezat jan\u00eb nj\u00eb studim i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00eb faktin se varret bartin nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi kulturore, fetare, gjuh\u00ebsore, artistike pra t\u00eb gjitha ato \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb gur varri. Studimi im \u00ebsht\u00eb fokusuar n\u00eb gur-varret me mbishkrime arabe\u2013osmane, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ne kemi gjetur shum\u00eb element\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr studiuesit e tjer\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, por ne kemi d\u00ebshmuar dhe kemi faktuar me an\u00eb t\u00eb fotografime deshifrimin e tyre dhe paraqitjen n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 600 varreve. E ve\u00e7ant\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb simbolika q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb k\u00ebto gur-varre, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb shkrimi, lutjet q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur aty, pra t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi pasi nj\u00eb gur varri q\u00ebllimin kryesor t\u00eb tij ka ruajtjen e identitetit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr ne, pasi dihet q\u00eb gjat\u00eb asaj periudhe shekujt 18-19-t\u00eb kemi munges\u00eb t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb dhe emrave t\u00eb tyre, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e mir\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb 600 gur-varre t\u00eb shprehet identiteti i k\u00ebsaj treve.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Katana:<\/strong><\/em><em>Me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb keni vazhduar edhe me hulumtimet e gur varreve me mbishkrime Osmane edhe n\u00eb Ulqin. \u00c7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb na thon\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bardhi: Sa i p\u00ebrket faz\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti i cili mb\u00ebshtetet nga Fondi i pakicave n\u00eb Malin e Zi, deri tani kemi p\u00ebrfunduar faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb e mbledhjeve t\u00eb gur varreve n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn urbane t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Ulqinit dhe rrethin\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetit. Deri tani jan\u00eb mbledhur rreth 450-500 gur varre dhe tani n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb do t\u00eb filloj klasifikimi ose transkriptimi i tyre, paraqitja n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e tret\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrgatitja e tyre p\u00ebr botim e m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb gjej edhe drit\u00ebn e botimit edhe ky punim.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>V.Katana:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><em>Vepra juaj sipas kritik\u00ebs paraqet interes si n\u00eb aspektin gjuh\u00ebsor, kulturor pse jo edhe at\u00eb komb\u00ebtar. Ju \u00e7far\u00eb mendimi keni?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.Bardhi:<\/strong>\u00a0N\u00ebse flasim p\u00ebr shkrim ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i vjet\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre idet\u00eb jan\u00eb shprehur qoft\u00eb me ideo grame, hieroglif\u00eb apo m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme, nd\u00ebrsa ideja e shkrimit me tingull fillon si\u00e7 e paraqet dhe historia n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e fenikasve dhe nga kjo periudh\u00eb qoft\u00eb ajo Helene, Romake, Bizantine, Arabe apo Hebraike, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb model shkrimi ndryshe nga modelet e tjera, t\u00eb cilat lexojn\u00eb tingujt. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb duke filluar nga perandorit\u00eb e para, nga Perandoria Romake, ajo Bizantine, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb pas shkrimet e tyre, apo edhe\u00a0<strong>Perandoria Osmane<\/strong>\u00a0q\u00eb ka pasur shkrimin e vet me shkronja arabe. Pra t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto perandori kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur standardet e tyre. Kjo ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sepse nj\u00eb ide ose nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi regjistrohet. Regjistrimet q\u00eb kam b\u00ebr\u00eb un\u00eb n\u00eb gur-varre jan\u00eb me mbishkrime osmane\u2013arabe. Ne si pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, apo si\u00e7 ishim sundimtar\u00eb apo bashk\u00eb-sundimtar\u00eb me popujt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane kemi p\u00ebrdorur alfabetin arab, pra pjesa islame, dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr e popullsis\u00eb ata ortodoks ose katolik\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur alfabetin cirilik ose at\u00eb latin. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto alfabete jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e qytet\u00ebrimit q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin k\u00ebtij populli. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr shkrimi i k\u00ebtyre gur\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e madhe sepse edhe pse me shkronja arabe\u2013osmane, m\u00ebnyra e shkrimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e sakt\u00eb dhe si\u00e7 i themi, ne jemi i vetmi popull q\u00eb emrin ton\u00eb e shkruan drejt\u00eb n\u00eb gur varr. Edhe pse me shkronja arabe\u2013osmane, emri i banor\u00ebve tan\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar ashtu si\u00e7 p\u00ebrdoret the thuhet sot e k\u00ebsaj dite. Regjistrimi i k\u00ebtyre emrave ka nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe edhe n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit. Studimi yn\u00eb ka prekur vet\u00ebm ato pjes\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb mbi sip\u00ebrfaqen e tok\u00ebs dhe ne nuk jemi marr\u00eb me g\u00ebrmime dhe hulumtime m\u00eb t\u00eb thella n\u00ebn sip\u00ebrfaqen e tok\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Katana:<\/strong><\/em><em>Z. Bardhi s\u2019ka dyshim se n\u00eb pun\u00ebn tuaj ju ka ndihmuar dhe njohja e gjuh\u00ebve ve\u00e7mas asaj arabe, turke etj. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre gjuh\u00ebve mbishkrimet n\u00eb varre n\u00eb cilat gjuh\u00eb tjera jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkruara?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bardhi:\u00a0<\/strong>Gjat\u00eb studimit tim n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit ne kemi ndeshur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shkrime arabe\u2013osmane, pasi ky ka qen\u00eb dhe subjekti i pun\u00ebs. Natyrisht ne jemi munduar q\u00eb t\u00eb shohim edhe ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket ndonj\u00eb gjuhe apo shkrimi tjet\u00ebr. Deri n\u00eb shekullin 18-t\u00eb ne kemi mungesa edhe p\u00ebr varre myslimane sa i p\u00ebrket mbishkrimeve. Kjo mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb hulumtim m\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb sepse mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb zhdukur n\u00ebn sip\u00ebrfaqen e tok\u00ebs, por nga ana tjet\u00ebr brenda Perandoris\u00eb Osmane qoft\u00eb n\u00eb Kryeqytetin e Perandoris\u00eb n\u00eb Stamboll ekzistojn\u00eb varrezat e t\u00eb gjitha konfesioneve fetare qoft\u00eb ato armene, \u00e7ifute varre greke apo bizantine, varre ortodokse t\u00eb cilat sot e k\u00ebsaj dite ruhen n\u00eb Stamboll. Dua t\u00eb shtoj se vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Stamboll nga 320 varreza t\u00eb regjistruara 65 prej tyre u p\u00ebrkasin jo-mysliman\u00ebve, e kjo d\u00ebshmon q\u00eb\u00a0<strong>Stambolli i ruan varrezat e konfesioneve t\u00eb tjera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Katana:<\/strong><\/em><em>Z.
