Si\u00e7 u shpreh Draga, Riza Rexha nuk arriti t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyll edhe me disa libra q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me disa periudha t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Ulqinit.
