Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr defektet e karakterit q\u00eb po e p\u00ebrcjellin njeriun e dit\u00ebve tona \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mediokriteti i cili p\u00ebrceptohet si nj\u00eb defekt i mendjes, si nj\u00eb harlisje e disa njer\u00ebzve tan\u00eb. Madje edhe si nj\u00eb lloj s\u00ebmundjeje e pash\u00ebrueshme q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb terapi shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Fjala mediokritet vjen prej fjal\u00ebs latine mediocritas, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Ciceroni, Lukreci, Seneka dhe shum shkrimtar, orator\u00eb dhe filozof\u00eb e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb i kishin pag\u00ebzuar njer\u00ebzit me aft\u00ebsi, mund\u00ebsi, prirje dhe me vlera-mesatare. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb shprehje ata etiketonin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bashk\u00ebvendasit e vet q\u00eb s\u2019kishin prirje t\u00eb radhiteshin n\u00eb krye t\u00eb rreshtit, por as nuk pajtoheshin t\u00eb gjendeshin diku n\u00eb fundin e tij. Romak\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhej i kishin pag\u00ebzuar me k\u00ebt\u00eb shprehje, pra, individ\u00ebt mesatar\u00eb, q\u00eb e ndjenin veten t\u00eb sigurt\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb par\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb fundm\u00ebve, duke ju shmangur ashtu peripetive, n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebrbuzjeve, t\u00eb cilave mund t\u2019ju n\u00ebnshtrohen t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb shprehje ne sot n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptuar filozof\u00ebt, orator\u00ebt dhe shkrimtar\u00ebt romak. Shprehja mediokritet, p\u00ebrpos kuptimit t\u00eb saj burimor, \u00ebsht\u00eb pasuruar edhe me kuptime t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb cilat ja ka dhuruar jeta e saj e gjat\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtja e k\u00ebsaj shprehje t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet ndonj\u00eb definicioni do ta ngushtonte kuptimin e saj, duke ia shkurtuar ashtu lexuesit mund\u00ebsin q\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrim sadopak t\u00eb plot\u00eb, t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsish\u00ebm, mbi mediokritetin.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga tiparet q\u00eb zakonisht e shoq\u00ebron njeriun mediok\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb indiferenca, p\u00ebrball\u00eb krizave shoq\u00ebrore dhe politike, t\u00eb cilat edhe shpesh ato burojn\u00eb nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit politik, mediokrit duke u p\u00ebrpjekur p\u00ebr ti kaluar ato v\u00ebsht\u00ebrsi b\u00ebhen t\u00eb pa duksh\u00ebm, t\u00eb p\u00ebrkulsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb heshtur dhe konformist. Ata presin \u00e7astin e volitsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimi personal. Me d\u00ebgjueshm\u00ebrin e tyre deri n\u00eb mjerim t\u00eb servilizmit ngritin karrierat e tyre shoq\u00ebrore, politike e shkencore. Ata jan\u00eb nuhat\u00ebs e arrivist\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00eb t\u00eb gjendjeve dhe rrethanave t\u00eb ndryshme. Shpesh her\u00eb u ofrohet t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve me but\u00ebsi, me interesim e dashamir\u00ebsi deri sa t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb q\u00ebllimet e tyre t\u00eb err\u00ebta dhe n\u00eb fund ndahen nga ata njer\u00ebz kinse t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar, t\u00eb prekur nga ndonj\u00eb fjal\u00eb e t\u00eb fyer n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb parim ani se ata nuk i njohin dhe nuk din\u00eb fare p\u00ebr parime njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzve mediok\u00ebr shpesh u p\u00eblqen q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e ndajn\u00eb negativen nga pozitivja, pohimin nga mohimi dhe heshtjen nga deklarimi. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb caktuar ata m\u00eb mir\u00eb e m\u00eb leht\u00eb do t\u00eb mjaftoheshin me heshtjen, servilizmin dhe kurr\u00eb nuk shohin me respekt t\u00eb gjitha mendimet kontradiktore. N\u00ebse dikush \u00ebsht\u00eb i bindur n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, mediokri akuzohet p\u00ebr vet\u00ebbesim t\u00eb tepruar. Ai ka shum\u00eb krenari, edhe pse nuk e di se \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krenaria. Nj\u00eb lakmi t\u00eb till\u00eb njeriut mediok\u00ebr do ti kishte vet\u00ebm i af\u00ebrti me t\u00eb servili, i cili mediokrin do ta konsideroj t\u00eb men\u00e7ur, t\u00eb rezervuar dhe do ta admiroj p\u00ebr delikates\u00eb mendimi e lavd\u00ebrimi.<\/p>\n<p>Njeriu mediok\u00ebr shpesh shp\u00ebrthen n\u00eb deklarata t\u00eb stuhishme dhe p\u00ebrjashton propozimet e kund\u00ebrta, por i till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher kur dikush nga t\u00eb diskutuarit \u00ebsht\u00eb miku, familjari apo i af\u00ebrmi i tij. Ai nuk sh\u00ebrbehet me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat dhe fush\u00eb shikimet e tija jan\u00eb tejet t\u00eb ngushta. Mediokri \u00ebsht\u00eb njeri pa dinjitet dhe nj\u00eb falsifikues i s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs. N\u00eb virtytet e tija ekzistojn\u00eb turbullira, hije dhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e tij nuk ekziston asnj\u00eb ndjejn\u00eb nderi. N\u00eb munges\u00eb dinjiteti mediokrit jan\u00eb si kopet\u00eb, skllev\u00ebr n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb injoranc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Mediok\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb ai person q\u00eb pa u p\u00ebrpjekur fare p\u00ebrfiton nga burimet shoq\u00ebrore. Ai q\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mar\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve njer\u00ebzore mashtron dhe mashtrimi b\u00ebhet historia e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dinake. N\u00eb veprimet dhe fjalorin e tij mungojn\u00eb kapacitetet e vuajtjes dhe t\u00eb besnik\u00ebris\u00eb. K\u00ebta njer\u00ebz shpejt\u00eb tregojn\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Maskimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i shkurt\u00eb n\u00eb hapat e pabesis\u00eb, frik\u00ebs, zilis\u00eb e injoranc\u00ebs. Me pak fjal\u00eb, njer\u00ebzit e varf\u00ebr shpirt\u00ebrisht nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vlerave dyshuese t\u00eb fisnik\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr njeriun mediok\u00ebr lumturia e tjetrit shikohet me zili dhe kjo g\u00ebrryen zemr\u00ebn e tij sikur nj\u00eb acid i ashp\u00ebr. Sadizmi i tij buron nga vuajtja e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Kur t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt vuajn\u00eb mediokri duket se ndjen lumturi. Njer\u00ebzit e zakonsh\u00ebm p\u00ebrdorin imagjinat\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar ideale t\u00eb cilat u japin atyre nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb kuptimshme plot\u00eb begati nd\u00ebrsa mediokri m\u00ebsohet se si duhet t\u00eb lakohet, si t\u00eb b\u00ebhet protagonist i interesave vetjake. Mediokrit nuk pranojn\u00eb idet\u00eb e reja pozitiviste t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, ata n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb narcisi i besojn\u00eb dhe i g\u00ebzohen vet\u00ebvetes dhe ideve t\u00eb tyre dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb ata jan\u00eb dele t\u00eb kopes\u00eb primitive.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, njeriu mediok\u00ebr ka p\u00ebr zili dhe xhelozi idealist\u00ebt njer\u00ebzit pragmatik t\u00eb veprimeve shoq\u00ebrore. Mediokri pareshtur b\u00ebn p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb njollosur apo edhe rr\u00ebnuar ndonj\u00eb veprim fisnik dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebn nga frika se k\u00ebto parime ngrihen mbi demaskimin dhe ekzistenc\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Mediokriteti shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mendjemadh. Spektri shpirt\u00ebror i njeriut t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb err\u00ebt. Njeriu i till\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk gjen thjesht\u00ebsin\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, bukurin\u00eb konkrete t\u00eb mir\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe si i till\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mburravec i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm para rrethit dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Ky njeri k\u00ebnaqet me nj\u00eb post, me nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ka z\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Ky njeri e mban veten se ka merita t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme prandaj edhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebrblyer p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb drejtor apo<\/p>\n<p>udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb digasteri etj. Ai jo rrall\u00eb edhe keqp\u00ebrdor k\u00ebto detyra, abuzon me k\u00ebto p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi. P\u00ebrfiton nga posti e detyra. Kusht\u00ebzon njer\u00ebzit e zakonsh\u00ebm, koleg\u00ebt e pun\u00ebs dhe sillet me nj\u00eb kapadall\u00ebk frustues sikur ai t\u00eb ishte qendra e l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Personi mediok\u00ebr n\u00eb nivel grupor \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrues i keq brenda nj\u00eb grupi ose ekipi. Ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb i dedikuar p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrballur n\u00eb rast t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb emergjence, ose n\u00eb situatat t\u00eb cilat aktiviteti p\u00ebrb\u00ebn rreziqe t\u00eb ndryshme. Njeriu mediok\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb nuk q\u00ebndron n\u00eb kuptimin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr mir apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb keq. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, njeriu i till nuk ka absolutisht asgj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb u cil\u00ebsuar si njeri i famsh\u00ebm ose nj\u00eb figur\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n<p>Njeriu mediok\u00ebr panvar\u00ebsisht titullit, rolit t\u00eb tij\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, postit politik apo shkencor, nuk posedon asnj\u00eb ide p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me sfidat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Ideja e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm vetvetja dhe m\u00ebnyra se si duhet p\u00ebr tu b\u00ebr\u00eb i pasur materialisht, se si duhet manipuluar e fasifikuar qoft\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat historike apo edhe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn reale. Pa k\u00ebto deformime mendore njeriu i till\u00eb nuk ka iden\u00eb se si duhet jetuar.<\/p>\n<p>Personazhet e mediokritetit duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se jan\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb neveritsh\u00ebm. Premisat e k\u00ebsaj neveritje ndoshta duhet shpjeguar m\u00eb shum\u00eb tek nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e rinis\u00eb s\u00eb sotme. Ata duhet inkurajuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur me kujdesin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh vlerat, dinjitetin dhe idealet tyre. Njer\u00ebzit e dinjitetsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe inteligjenca njer\u00ebzore asnj\u00ebher nuk duhet ti dor\u00ebzohen rrjet\u00ebs p\u00ebr tu shndrruar n\u00eb forc\u00eb pasive t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Njer\u00ebzit e devotsh\u00ebm dhe intelektual\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb vazhdimisht duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me dukurit\u00eb mediokre duke luftuar rahatin\u00eb dhe injoranc\u00ebn e tyre e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e pavlefshme si p\u00ebr vet mediokrin po ashtu edhe p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Njeriu mediok\u00ebr, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim i jet\u00ebs son\u00eb e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e st\u00ebrmbushur me keq\u00ebsime dhe dukuri negative nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet. Gj\u00ebja e \u00e7uditshme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb rrethi dhe populli i cili nuk denjon ti jep hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn q\u00eb ai t\u00eb ngritet mbi njer\u00ebzit e merituar, intelektual\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, krijuesit e \u00e7do l\u00ebmie.
