N\u00eb pajtim me logjik\u00ebn e ndarjes s\u00eb pushtetit n\u00eb struktuat partiake, ka ardhur deri te krijimi i oligarkive t\u00eb pakicave komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb roj\u00eb e procesit t\u00eb asimilimit ideologjik dhe i kan\u00eb paraprir\u00eb represionit, kur ka qen\u00eb i nevojsh\u00ebm. Vet\u00eb oligarkit\u00eb etnike n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e pakicave i kan\u00eb shuar t\u00eb gjitha tentimet dhe orvajtjet e kund\u00ebrshtimit ndaj asimilimit ideologjik, si dhe t\u00eb pozicionimit relevant t\u00eb pakicave n\u00eb Jugosllavi (syt\u00eb ideologjik\u00eb p\u00ebr pakic\u00ebn shqiptare, presupozoj se nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb ka vlejt\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr pakicat e tjera, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb mprehur, nd\u00ebrsa kontrolli i ashp\u00ebr ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur te kultura e shumic\u00ebs jan\u00eb manifestuar tendenca m\u00eb liberale). N\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e krijuar nj\u00eb \u201ddemokraci totalitare\u201d, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb partis\u00eb, e cila ka qen\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuese e kritereve nacionale. Do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb harxhohej nj\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe energji e madhe q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet se si pakicat n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb barabarta, por nj\u00ebkosisht edhe t\u00eb pabarabarta n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb universit jugosllav, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nuk kan\u00eb ekzistuar \u201cpakicat komb\u00ebtare\u201d por \u201ckomb\u00ebsit\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb prezentojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kategori m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb nga koncepti klasik i pakicave, por n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb dallohen nga kombet, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shtetformuese dhe elemente konstitutive. Nj\u00eb shem\u00eb e till\u00eb ka mundur t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb partia komuniste e ka futur entitetin e pakic\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi n\u00eb vallen e integrimit ideologjik, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb asaj nj\u00eb asimilim psikologjik dhe n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb roj\u00eb mbi lojalitetin q\u00eb pakicat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb mos nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb ideologjin\u00eb jugosllaviste e marksiste mbi shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, sistemin dhe bot\u00ebkuptimin e bot\u00ebs. Nj\u00ebkosisht, ka qen\u00eb i ndaluar organizimi vertikal p\u00ebr pakica komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb till\u00eb, ku pakicat kan\u00eb poseduar vet\u00ebm \u201cnj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb paqart\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare\u201d dhe ku jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kategori ekzotike pa forc\u00eb e fuqi, q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb relevante t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb rrjedhat e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb politiko-shoq\u00ebrore, ato b\u00ebhen \u201cinteresante\u201d n\u00eb kuptimin folklorik, si n\u00eb\u00a0 pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb politike, si dhe n\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e definimit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave dhe t\u00eb ambicieve t\u00eb tyre. Nj\u00eb sistem i till\u00eb ka mund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb barazi ideologjike midis pakic\u00ebs dhe shumic\u00ebs n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb konceptit t\u00eb jugosllavizmit mbikomb\u00ebtar, apo t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb klas\u00ebs puntore dhe t\u00eb internacionalizmit socialist.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Si jan\u00eb zgjedhur p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e pakicave ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Popullata nacionale, e cila ka qen\u00eb dominuese n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike t\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsie politiko-shoq\u00ebrore, po ashtu ka qen\u00eb dominuese edhe n\u00eb drejtimin e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb kuadrove. N\u00eb at\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje dhe kuptim, pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e nj\u00eb popullate t\u00eb till\u00eb dominuese nacionale, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb send\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb kuadrove, shpeshher\u00eb i kan\u00eb prur\u00eb pjestar\u00ebt e komb\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera pakic\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb pabarabart\u00eb, meqen\u00ebse, parimisht, i kan\u00eb zgjedhur kuadrot sipas \u201cshijes dhe arshinit t\u00eb vet\u201d, pra ata t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebmit dhe poltron\u00ebt, kryesisht t\u00eb paaft\u00eb dhe animus. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb i kan\u00eb realizuar\u00a0 dy q\u00ebllime:\u00a0 i kan\u00eb zgjedhur kuadrot nga pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e\u00a0 komb\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, me \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb respektuar parimi i barazis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, por, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00ebkosisht i kan\u00eb prur\u00eb njer\u00ebzit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kan\u00eb luajtur\u00a0 loj\u00ebn sipas taktit t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb \u201darbiter kryesor\u201d n\u00eb kanalizimin dhe artikulimin e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb kuadrove.\u00a0 E till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb situate edhe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e struktuave t\u00eb pakicave nacionale me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb kan\u00eb pyetur \u2013 n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ekziston barazia nacionale &#8211; pse at\u00ebher\u00eb, ne parimisht na i zgjedhin kuadrot ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i takojn\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsie tjet\u00ebr nacionale dhe n\u00eb at\u00eb drejtim kan\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb dominuese n\u00eb send\u00ebrtimin e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb kuadrove. Nj\u00eb revolt i till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm te\u00a0 qytetar\u00eb e pakicave komb\u00ebtare, sepse sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb, n\u00eb opinionin publik, disa p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues politik\u00eb t\u00eb pakicave kan\u00eb shprehur dhe manifestuar nj\u00eb epsh t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr realizimin e interesave t\u00eb veta personale, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr shpeshher\u00eb e kan\u00eb harruar identitetin e vet komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kuadrot e tilla nuk kan\u00eb pasur kurajo politike, as njohje profesionale, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ata m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti jan\u00eb fshehur\u00a0 n\u00eb \u201chijen politike\u201d. Mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ar\u00ebsye, kuadrot e tilla, var\u00ebsisht nga mjedisi shoq\u00ebror, se prej nga kan\u00eb ardhur, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar\u00a0 p\u00ebrbuzje, n\u00ebn\u00e7mim, kritik\u00eb dhe qortim. Andaj, nga kjo parashtrohet pyetja: kuadrot e tilla, a kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjen nevojave dhe interesave t\u00eb popullit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Normalisht se jo. Por edhe krahas s\u00eb njohjes s\u00eb till\u00eb, situata nuk ka nd\u00ebrruar, meqen\u00ebse t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit individ\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb dhe n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi jan\u00eb zgjedhur p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues politik\u00eb t\u00eb pakicave. I pranish\u00ebm ka qen\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb problem tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb disa p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb pakicave, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, nuk ka qen\u00eb e mundur p\u00ebr t\u2019i\u00a0 njohur se kush jan\u00eb dhe se \u00e7ka jan\u00eb, meqen\u00ebse nuk kan\u00eb pasur emra komb\u00ebtar\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkaq, ata n\u00eb situata t\u00eb ndryshme nuk jan\u00eb deklaruar si shqiptar\u00eb, por si pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb komb\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera ose jan\u00eb deklaruar me komb\u00ebsi si jugosllav. Kjo ka qen\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e nj\u00eb kulture t\u00eb ult\u00eb politike dhe t\u00eb kalkulimeve t\u00eb ndryshme primitive.
