Ne, shqiptar\u00ebt, nuk duam t\u00eb kemi n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb atdheut shqiptar nj\u00eb fole sllave, aty ku nuk ekziston qoft\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb rus. Vendosja e konsullat\u00ebs ruse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb veriore, si n\u00eb rastin e Mitrovic\u00ebs do t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb me kalimin e koh\u00ebs trazira t\u00eb m\u00ebdha mes shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb krishter\u00eb dhe mysliman\u00eb. Rusia d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb trazira n\u00eb Ballkan, dhe jo t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb p\u00ebr paqen. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se Madh\u00ebria e Tij d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb na tremb\u00eb me kozak\u00ebt e rusis\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt thuhet s\u00eb do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb me konsullin n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u2019i shporrin me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur t\u00eb drejtat e tyre komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
