at\u00eb q\u00eb ata e d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb apo ju ligj\u00ebrohet,dhe kemi par\u00eb se dyshimet e tyre i shprehin vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit e ngushta,dhe jo publike,dhe shkaq\u00ebt dih\u00ebn.Megjithate un\u00eb po i ndaj\u00eb me publikun brengosjet e mia,q\u00eb nganj\u00ebher\u00eb i hasim n\u00eb besimet fetare.Sot disa nga imam\u00ebt marrin guximin t\u00eb flasin n\u00eb emrin e fes\u00eb,p\u00ebr disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb edhe ata vet\u00eb nuk e kuptojn,apo nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt.U b\u00ebra kurreshtar t\u00eb kuptoja,se p\u00ebrse nj\u00eb imam shqiptar mu drejtua me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb para disa koh\u00ebve:&#8221;se Feja Islame e ndalon muzik\u00ebn!&#8221;,\u00ebsht\u00eb&#8221;haram m\u00eb tha&#8221;!.Me q\u00eb un\u00eb jam marr me muzik\u00eb tan\u00eb jet\u00ebn time,dhe ajo u b\u00eb pjes\u00eb e imja dhe ushqim i shpirtit tim,dhe nga ky interpretim i k\u00ebti imami nuk m\u00eb erdhi mir\u00eb,jo se do m\u00eb pengonte q\u00eb ta ushtroja k\u00ebt\u00eb,sepse un\u00eb besoj\u00eb n\u00eb logjik\u00ebn time q\u00eb ma ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb krijuesi im.Mendova me veht\u00ebn!,p\u00ebrse at\u00ebher\u00eb populli thot\u00eb?, kur\u00eb d\u00ebgjon dikend q\u00eb k\u00ebndon mir\u00eb dhe ka z\u00eb t\u00eb bukur se,&#8221;Zoti ja ka fal\u00eb&#8221;,at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrse atyre q\u00eb Zoti ju ka fal\u00eb z\u00ebrin e bukur,e kan\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluar nga feja q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebndojn\u00eb,p\u00ebrse mos ta p\u00ebrdorin dhuntin e krijuesit?!.Nuk i b\u00ebra asnj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim k\u00ebti imami,sepse nuk kisha njohuri p\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb thoshte.Un\u00eb mendoj\u00eb se shumica q\u00eb i takojn\u00eb k\u00ebti besim,nuk e din\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj\u00eb,por\u00eb orintoh\u00ebn me fjal\u00ebt e imam\u00ebve.Sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tabu,na \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb qysh nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebria se kur\u00eb flet nj\u00eb hoxh\u00eb,nuk duhet ti kund\u00ebrshtojm\u00eb.Pas disa koh\u00ebve m\u00eb lindi kurreshtja q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb hulumtimet e mia p\u00ebrsonale dhe t\u00eb pavarura.Ku dhe nga do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb?,kuptoh\u00ebt t\u00eb filloja nga libri i&#8221;Kuranit&#8221;,bile e lexova tre her\u00eb.Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebti shkrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb sqaroh\u00ebm p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb mua personalisht:&#8221;s\u00eb muzika \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar n\u00eb Islam&#8221;,dhe si pasoj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre deklaratave t\u00eb disa imam\u00ebve,kemi raste q\u00eb ka ndikuar q\u00eb ti bindin disa k\u00ebng\u00ebtar shqiptar,q\u00eb t\u00eb hjekin dor\u00eb nga muzika.<br \/>\nAndaj kemi shfletuar disa her\u00eb literatur\u00ebn,n\u00eb dy gjuh\u00eb,n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimet shqip por edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze,kuptohet se duke u nisur nga Kurani,dhe kam kuptuar se:Q\u00ebndrimi ndaj muzik\u00ebs n\u00eb Islam, ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb i pa qart\u00ebsuar,dhe ende edhe sot ka mbetur pothuajse pezull,i pa shpjeguar,dhe shumica e islamist\u00ebve kan\u00eb shpjegime t\u00eb nj\u00eb serie t\u00eb koncepteve dhe ndjenjave kontradiktore,duke pohuar se&#8221;muzika \u00ebsht\u00eb djall\u00ebzore dhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar&#8221;,kurse tek disa sekte t\u00eb tjera islamike muzika \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e lejuar.<br \/>\nShum\u00eb nga mysliman\u00ebt kan\u00eb frik\u00ebn e&#8221;magjis\u00eb&#8221;,dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb si toksike dhe e ndalojn\u00eb at\u00eb si kur\u00ebse t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb mjet i djallit.Kurse disa mysliman\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb e shofin muzik\u00ebn si mjet frym\u00ebzues dhe krejt\u00ebsisht shpirt\u00ebror.Dhe kur\u00eb t\u00eb analizojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb,shumica e musliman\u00ebve bien diku n\u00eb mes t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre poleve,duke kufizuar praktik\u00ebn e muzik\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb mase t\u00eb kontrolluar\u00eb,ashtu si edhe gjykimet e tjera ligjore n\u00eb bot\u00ebn Islamit.Gjykimet n\u00eb lidhje me pranueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e muzik\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb shkrimet e shenjta ose n\u00eb analogji,e jo si\u00e7 ndodh\u00eb tek ne q\u00eb bazoh\u00ebn vet\u00ebm n\u00eb individ\u00ebt si nj\u00eb vendim apo mendim prioritar.<br \/>\nKund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt si dhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e muzik\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb i bazojn\u00eb argumentet e tyre kryesisht n\u00ebn:(a) n\u00eb Kur&#8217;an dhe n\u00eb (b.) N\u00eb literatur\u00ebn e hadithit:<br \/>\nSa i p\u00ebrket Kur&#8217;anit,duke e shfletuar me vemend\u00ebje,p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur at\u00eb q\u00eb thuh\u00ebt nga disa imam apo edhe ligj\u00ebruesit t\u00eb tjer\u00eb,mund t\u00eb themi,se nuk kemi hasur asgj\u00eb nga kjo n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konkrete me tem\u00ebn e muzik\u00ebs.Edhe pse autoritetet fetare jan\u00eb bazuar tek disa vargje,q\u00eb ata besojn\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb implikime dhe shpjegime p\u00ebr rolin e muzik\u00ebs.<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Kurse ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i japin t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe q\u00eb e miratojn\u00eb muzik\u00ebn,bazoh\u00ebn n\u00eb ajetin XXXV:1,ku k\u00ebtu i referohet nj\u00eb z\u00ebri t\u00eb bukur: Ai shton n\u00eb krijesat e Tij at\u00eb q\u00eb do Ai,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>dhe se vargjet XXXIX:17-18 i referohen t\u00eb k\u00ebnduarit: &#8220;Andaj, jepjau lajmin e mir\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb mi,t\u00eb cil\u00ebt d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb:el-Kaul (fjal\u00ebn e folur) dhe ndjekin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn prej saj&#8221;.<\/em><br \/>\nK\u00ebto argumente kuranore jan\u00eb disi t\u00eb sforcuara,edhe pse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur qart\u00eb p\u00ebr muzik\u00ebn.<br \/>\nMb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr ose kund\u00ebr muzik\u00ebs mund t\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb shkrimet e hadithit, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb traditat e Profetit Muhamed.<br \/>\nNj\u00eb hadith q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur shpesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur tez\u00ebn e ndalimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb historia e dy vajzave t\u00eb reja q\u00eb p\u00ebrformojn\u00eb duke k\u00ebnduar n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrimin e k\u00ebng\u00ebs me defa,(q\u00eb ishte istrument shum\u00eb i p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn) n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e gruas s\u00eb Muhamedit me ftes\u00ebn e Aishes-s\u00eb. Kur Ebu Bekri (m\u00eb von\u00eb kalifi i par\u00eb mysliman,miku i Muhamedit),kur\u00eb hyri br\u00ebnda,pa Profetin t\u00eb shtrir duke pushuar,ai i qorton vajzat q\u00eb k\u00ebndonin aty, kurse Muhamedi i p\u00ebrgjigjet &#8220;Leri t\u00eb lira&#8221;,leri t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre&#8221;.Megjithat\u00eb,ky hadith \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur nga disa &#8220;musliman&#8221; q\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e muzik\u00ebs,ku Ebu Bekri e kishte quajtur k\u00ebndimin e lart\u00ebp\u00ebrmendur &#8220;pun\u00eb e djallit,apo shejtanit&#8221;.N\u00eb nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr: Iben Umeri e kishte par\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb Muhammedin duke mbyllur vesh\u00ebt e tij, kur ai d\u00ebgjoi z\u00ebrin e mizmarit(instrument me frym\u00eb n\u00eb formen e surles),nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb ndodh\u00eb edhe sot\u00eb kur\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb muzik\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb i mbyllim vesht me duart tona,apo edhe me tapa t\u00eb vesh\u00ebve.<br \/>\nSi p\u00ebrfudim,hadithet si dhe Kur&#8217;ani, nuk arrijn q\u00eb t\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrfundime t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb lidhje me rolin e muzik\u00ebs n\u00eb Islam,por sipas disa m\u00ebsues\u00ebve apo imam\u00ebve q\u00eb intepretojn\u00eb Kuranin,p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk japin sqarime t\u00eb kthjelluara p\u00ebr rolin e muzik\u00ebs n\u00eb Islam.<br \/>\nKjo duk\u00ebt disi si kontradiktore,sepse qysh nga fillimi i fes Islame q\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt bashk\u00eb me Muhamedin largoh\u00ebn nga Meka p\u00ebr n\u00eb Medin,ata me arritjen e tyre n\u00eb Medin\u00eb u prit\u00ebn nga vendasit me k\u00ebng\u00eb dhe melodi q\u00eb p\u00ebrcill\u00ebshin me defa.Pasi q\u00eb u muar vendimi i nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb xhamis s\u00eb Muhamedit,tashti ishin n\u00eb dilem\u00eb se si t\u00eb identifikoh\u00ebt kjo fe e posa formuar,me \u00e7far t\u00eb thirret:me daulle apo me kumbana,apo di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr,por ato donin di\u00e7ka ma ndryshe nga besimet t\u00eb tjera,duanin t\u00eb dalloh\u00ebshin,dhe u vendos q\u00eb t\u00eb thirret elzani me k\u00ebndim,ku kalifi kryesor i thot\u00eb Bilalit:&#8221;q\u00eb ti Bilal ke z\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe melodik,ti hyp lart\u00eb dhe k\u00ebndoje k\u00ebt\u00eb z\u00eb&#8221;dhe elzani i par\u00eb u thirr nga nj\u00eb ndjek\u00ebs i Muhamedit.Andaj \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb interpretoh\u00ebt kundra muzik\u00ebs na del kontradiktore,ndaj\u00eb asaj\u00eb vepre t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr nga Profeti Muhamet.Kemi edhe fakte t\u00eb tjera,ku thuhet se:mjek\u00ebt musliman kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur muzik\u00ebn si terapeuti,p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrimin e disa smundjeve fizike dhe shpirtrore.<br \/>\nPra kur\u00eb shofim se duke filluar nga thirrja e elzanit me an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebndimit at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ndah\u00ebt muzika nga Islami,sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e ti,i cili nuk mundet t\u00eb interpretoh\u00ebt pa melodin muzikore.<br \/>\nAndaj melodia \u00ebsht\u00eb muzik\u00eb,dhe nuk ka asnj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb forme ajo shprehet,apo
