Raporti p\u00ebrfshiu periudh\u00ebn kohore 16 tetor – 15 janar dhe, mes t\u00eb tjerash, theksoi se angazhimi i Prishtin\u00ebs dhe i Beogradit n\u00eb avancimin e dialogut ka qen\u00eb i dob\u00ebt dhe se humbja e momentumit rrit rrezikun q\u00eb t\u00eb bllokohet procesi i normalizimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve.<\/p>\n
