Ramush Haradinaj.<\/p>\n<p>Z. Haradinaj u arrestua\u00a0 me 4 Janar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti nga autoritetet franceze n\u00eb aeroportin e Bazelit me rastin e udh\u00ebtimit t\u00eb tij zyrtar drejt Washington DC, ku ishte i ftuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb marrur pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb inaugurimit t\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb SHBA-ve. Ky arrestim u b\u00eb sipas nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr-arresti t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar nga Serbia, rreth 12 viteve m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ne vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb\u00a0 dhe konstatojm\u00eb se akti i arrestimit t\u00eb z. Haradinaj nga ana e autoriteteve franceze, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb akt i pakuptimt\u00eb, i pajustifikuesh\u00ebm dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vendimin e\u00a0 Gjykat\u00ebs\u00a0 Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Krimeve te\u0308 Luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr ish- Jugosllavin\u00eb\u0308, (ICTY) me seli n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, e cila e shpalli t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm z. Haradinaj, dy her\u00eb me radh\u00eb ( 2008 dhe 2012), pe\u0308r te\u0308 gjitha akuzat e ngritura ndaj tij.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj edhe \u201cakuza\u201d e Beogradit zyrtar dhe i ashtuquajtur urdh\u00ebr-arresti ndaj\u00a0 tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb i pavlefsh\u00ebm dhe manipulim i Serbis\u00eb me Interpolin dhe boten demokratike dhe ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb diskreditoj\u00eb figur\u00ebn e ish komandantit t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb diskreditoj\u00eb luft\u00ebn e shum\u00eb luft\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt rrok\u00ebn arm\u00ebt gjat\u00eb konfliktit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb viteve 1998\/99 dhe u ngrit\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur popullin e vet nga dhuna dhe masakrat e forcave ushtarake dhe policore t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por, ashtu si edhe her\u00ebt e m\u00ebparshme as k\u00ebsaj radhe Serbia nuk do t&#8217;ja arrij\u00eb q\u00ebllimit dhe do t\u00eb d\u00ebshtoj\u00eb n\u00eb veprimet e saja p\u00ebr penges\u00ebn e l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb lider\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb z. Haradinaj.<\/p>\n<p>Me keqardhje themi se edhe pas 17 viteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Serbia gjithnj\u00eb e ka v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ta pranoj\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb dhunshme dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb gjykoj\u00eb krimet e udh\u00ebheqjes s\u00eb vet politike, q\u00eb ajo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve &#8220;90-ta t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar ndaj vendeve t\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>I b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje autoriteteve franceze q\u00eb mos t\u00eb bijn\u00eb pre e politik\u00ebs destruktive ,regresive dhe destabilizuese t\u00eb qarqeve t\u00eb caktuara politike t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, por q\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb veproj\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb lirimin e\u00a0 z.
