Nj\u00eb kostatim t\u00eb till\u00eb e themi me faktin se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb posmoniste e cila njihet si koha e tranzicionit, botimet e k\u00ebsaj natyre kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pakta, nga fakti \u00a0se tek ne ende \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm mentaliteti i s\u00eb shkauar\u00ebs totalitare, p\u00ebr qasjet shoq\u00ebrore dhe rrjedhat bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb pluraliste.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht duke marr\u00eb parasysh t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ton\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb ish kampit t\u00eb vendeve socialiste, termi <em>\u201cantropologji politike\u201d<\/em> \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb term pothuaj i panjohur. Antropologjia apo shkenca mbi njeriun p\u00ebrb\u00ebn po ashtu edhe fush\u00ebn e lidhj\u00ebs se njeriut me\u00a0 shtetin, drejtimin\u00a0 e shtetit nga njeriu dhe pushtetin shtet\u00ebror, shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, shkall\u00ebt e zhvillimit, kultur\u00ebn etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa antropologjia politike e trajton njeriun\u00a0 si personalitet , si individ dhe si qenie kulturore, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht \u00a0ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me struktur\u00ebn e sistemeve politike, proceset politike, zhvillimin\u00a0 e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, institucioneve, shtetit dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb popujve, duke iu qasur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb strukturale lidhjeve\u00a0 formale dhe joformale t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, proceseve kulturore, sociale, ekonomike etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kuptimin m\u00eb t\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb antropologjia politike \u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb sinonim me politik\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa ne kuptimin m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb politike \u00a0t\u00eb artit t\u00eb qeverisjes, shtetit dhe politik\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb thuhet se jan\u00eb edhe sferat\u00a0 mbi njohurit\u00eb politike n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.Me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb antropologjia politike \u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e filozofis\u00eb politike e cila hulumton m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e organizimit politik t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u00a0n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb caktuar.<\/p>\n<p>Autori n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim m\u00eb n\u00eb detaje trajton frym\u00ebn inspiruese t\u00eb ideve dhe t\u00eb teorive\u00a0 t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, formimit t\u00eb shtet\u00ebve, legjislacioneve, sistemeve dhe institucioneve politike, kultur\u00ebs politike, gjuh\u00ebs politike etj.<\/p>\n<p>Pra kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb autorit n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e shkenc\u00ebs politike, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb nder t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje i qaset n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb profesionale.Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu qendron edhe vlera e k\u00ebtij libri, se shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb pa trajtuara deri m\u00eb tash nga autor\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, me k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr v\u00ebrehet p\u00ebrpjekja e par\u00eb profesionale, ne k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj duke lexuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr del qart\u00eb se shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb tona\u00a0 me t\u00eb kaluar\u00a0 moniste edhe tash\u00a0 ne\u00a0 pluraliz\u00ebm\u00a0 kan\u00eb sfida t\u00eb m\u00ebdha\u00a0 p\u00ebr t\u00eb konsoliduar demokracin\u00eb liberale, kultur\u00ebn politike,\u00a0 t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dhe lirive qytetare dhe nacionale\u00a0 sipas standard\u00ebve bashk\u00ebkohore\u00a0 t\u00eb shteteve me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb demokratike.
