Dit\u00ebn e shtun\u00eb\u00a0 me 12 n\u00ebntor 2016\u00a0 n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 81 vdiq n\u00eb Ulqin\u00a0 Riza Rexha,\u00a0 intelektuali dhe profesori i historis\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb pension. Ka lindur\u00a0\u00a0 m\u00eb 7 shkurt 1935 n\u00eb Kllez\u00ebn\u00a0\u00a0 t\u00eb An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit(Ulqin). Shkoll\u00ebn fillore\u00a0 shtat\u00ebvje\u00e7are e ka kryer n\u00eb Kat\u00ebrkoll\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1951.N\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn normale regjistrohet n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb atij viti n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, dhe aty kreu dy klas\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa klas\u00ebn e tret\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, duke diplomuar p\u00ebr m\u00ebsues n\u00eb vitin 1955.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1955 fillon t\u00eb jap\u00eb m\u00ebsim n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn tet\u00ebvje\u00e7are n\u00eb Ostros, ku punon deri n\u00eb vitin 1957. \u00a0\u00a0Nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas vazhdoi pun\u00ebsimin n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Fillore \u201cBedri Elezaga\u201d n\u00eb Kat\u00ebrkoll\u00eb nga 9.2.1959 seri m\u00eb 30.8.1964.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1964 regjistrohet n\u00eb Fakultetin Filozofik n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb-deg\u00ebn e Historis\u00eb, ku n\u00eb afat n\u00eb vitin 1968 merr diplom\u00ebn e profesorit.<\/p>\n

Nga shtatori i vitit 1968 e deri n\u00eb maj 1980 ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebsim n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Mesme n\u00eb Ulqin, nd\u00ebrsa nga viti 1980 e deri sa doli n\u00eb pension n\u00eb vitin 1991, ka punuar n\u00eb BVI n\u00eb Ulqin.<\/p>\n

Kudo qe punoi u dallu m\u00eb pun\u00ebn pedagogjiko-arsimore, duke qen\u00eb sh\u00ebmbull edhe p\u00ebr koleg\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, duke fituar autoritet t\u00eb madh.Ka mbetur n\u00eb kujtes\u00eb t\u00eb shum\u00eb gjeneratave si profesori model p\u00ebr ato nx\u00ebn\u00ebs qe pat\u00ebn fat ta ken\u00eb pedagog t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

Krahas pun\u00ebs edukativo \u2013 arsimore \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb edhe me pun\u00eb shkencore ku \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur me kumtesa nga fusha e historis\u00eb. Ka botuar librat: \u201cUlqini n\u00eb vitet e Lidhj\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit 1878-1881<\/strong>\u201d, Art Club 1998, dhe \u201cUlqini dhe politika e Malit t\u00eb Zi 1881-1912\u201d<\/strong>, Art Club 2005.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb k\u00ebto dy botime me vler\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb shkencore q\u00eb jan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar lart\u00eb nga studiues eminent\u00eb t\u00eb historiografis\u00eb shqiptare. Pik\u00ebrisht duke par\u00eb pesh\u00ebn e tyre shkencore, libri i tij i par\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb ka dalur nga shtypi i p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn malazeze, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb ate gjuh\u00eb pas disa muajve do t\u00eb dal\u00eb edhe libri i dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb dush\u00ebn e arsimit dhe t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 shkruar shum\u00eb n\u00eb gazeta e revista si n\u00eb: \u201cRilindja\u201d, \u201cKoha Ditore\u201d, \u201cKoha Javore\u201d, \u201cBujku\u201d, \u201cKosova Sot\u201d, \u201cM\u00ebsuesi\u201d, \u201cFati\u201d,\u201cPolis\u201d,\u201dBuzuku\u201d,\u201dKosova\u201d, \u201cKoha\u201d, \u00a0\u201cLemba\u201d, \u201cDija\u201d, \u201cMal\u00ebsia\u201d, etj.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb laureat i \u00c7mimit vjetor t\u00eb Art Clubit p\u00ebr vitin 1998.<\/p>\n

Ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb organizimin e veprimtarive t\u00eb ndryshme kulturore dhe shkencore\u00a0 n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Art Club-it, madje \u00a0duke qen\u00eb kryetar i K\u00ebshillit Organizativ, ku duhet ve\u00e7uar: Sesionin shkencor \u201cMeshari\u201d i Gjon Buzukut-monument i kultur\u00ebs shqiptare (1555-1995), 19-20 maj 1995, veprimtarin\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimore kushtuar Jenuz Divanit me rastin e 50-vjetorit t\u00eb ardhj\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit me 12 shtator 1997, \u00a0Takimin p\u00ebrkujtimor kushtuar imzot Simon Filipaj me rastin e 75 vjetorit t\u00eb lindj\u00ebs, 1.5.2000, Sesionin shkencor \u201dUlqini n\u00eb rrjedhat e koh\u00ebs\u201d 26-27 maj 2000, Sesionin shkencor \u201cYmer Prizreni \u2013 personalitet i shquar i L\u00ebvizjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare\u201d, \u00a025\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 maj 2002.<\/p>\n

Duke vler\u00ebsuar lart\u00eb pun\u00ebn edukativo-arsimore dhe hulumtuese, Kuvendi i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit i ka ndar\u00eb dekorat\u00ebn \u201cMIR\u00cbNJOHJA\u00a0 E\u00a0 ULQINIT\u201d<\/strong> me\u00a0 17.12.2014, me k\u00ebt\u00eb motivacion: \u201c P\u00ebr kontribut n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit, hulumtimin dhe botimeve\u00a0 shkencore nga historia komb\u00ebtare shqiptare\u201d.<\/p>\n

Me vdekjen e tij familja humbi personin e dashur nd\u00ebrsa shoq\u00ebria dhe kultura shqiptare personin e nderuar.<\/p>\n
