Qoft\u00eb si mbishkrime por \u00a0edhe si epitafe ata kan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr kureshtjen e opinionit nga vet fakti se ishin t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuhe t\u00eb huaj dhe e pakuptueshme ne k\u00ebto mjedise. Dhe nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me Perandorin\u00eb Osmane, e cila ka administruar shekuj me radh\u00eb edhe hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeogarfike\u00a0 shqiptare n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Juglindore. Dhe pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb opinionit \u00a0i paraqitet Ali Bardhi \u00a0me botimin <em>Varrezat n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit-Ulqin,<\/em> botuar nga Art Club-i.<\/p>\n<p>Nga p\u00ebrmbajtja e tij del qart\u00eb se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb botim interesant q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00a0i pari \u00a0i k\u00ebtij lloji tek ne, duke ofruar t\u00eb dh\u00ebna faktografike p\u00ebr gurvarret n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit(Ulqin). Angazhimi i autorit ka qen\u00eb plot pasion e profesionaliz\u00ebm, duke mbledhur material me vler\u00eb, \u00a0duke i vizituar ato mjedise personalisht apo i shoq\u00ebruar me persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt\u00a0 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe informator\u00eb t\u00eb mjedisit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e publikuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb periudh\u00ebn kohore nga viti 1707 e deri n\u00eb vitin 1956. Jan\u00eb vizituar, \u00a0fotografuar e p\u00ebrkthyer \u00a0mbishkrimet\u00a0 p\u00ebr 600 varre, te 26 vendbanimeve k\u00ebsaj krahine, duke ofruar nj\u00eb informacion m\u00eb vler\u00eb sa kulturor\u00eb, gjuh\u00ebsor\u00eb\u00a0 por edhe komb\u00ebtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke qen\u00eb me profesion teolog, si dhe njoh\u00ebs i gjuh\u00ebs arabe, osmanishte dhe turqishte autori ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb shqyrtim gurvarret me mbishkrime arabo-osmane, nd\u00ebrsa nuk jan\u00eb trajtuar ata n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave apo shqipe, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore. Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb ishte me vend se nga periudha e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, mbishkrimet e tilla jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi autenike e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb shkuar, q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me konvertimin e k\u00ebsaj popullsie n\u00eb islamiz\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse mbishkrimi m\u00eb i vjet\u00ebr i gurvarrit i takon vitit 1707, e ate pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vendbanimin Shtod\u00ebr, mendoj se mbetet t\u00eb hulumtohet gjithnj\u00eb,\u00a0 sepse islamizimi i k\u00ebsaj popullsie t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj krahine pothuaj ka qen\u00eb i p\u00ebrfunduar\u00a0 m\u00eb her\u00ebt pra \u00a0n\u00eb shek. XVII, andaj ka baz\u00eb logjike qe te kemi mbishkrime t\u00eb tilla edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb konstatim t\u00eb till\u00eb e mbeshtesim n\u00eb faktin se Shkodra me rrethin\u00eb u okupua nga Perandoria Osmane, pas dor\u00ebzimit nga ana e Venedikut n\u00eb vitin 1479, ku b\u00ebnte pjes\u00eb edhe gjysma e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit. Nd\u00ebrsa pjesa tjet\u00ebr e saj ishte n\u00ebn pushtimin e Venedikut, ku ve\u00e7ohej qyteti mesjetar i Shasit, deri n\u00eb vitin 1571 kur u pushtua nga Perandoria Osmane s\u00eb bashku me Ulqinin e Tivarin. N\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore p\u00ebr ca vendbanime dhe popullsin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj krahine na ofron t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes edhe M.Bici.<\/p>\n<p>Duke shfletuar k\u00ebt\u00eb botim i cili i ngjan \u00a0nj\u00eb albumi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb( f.44-224) del se shum\u00eb varre jan\u00eb \u00a0t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar dhe \u00a0t\u00eb thyer. Nj\u00eb pamje e till\u00eb e varrezave familjare apo kolektive l\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar por edhe hap dilema t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Ishte ky nj\u00eb veprim vandal i malazez\u00ebve ku si d\u00ebshmi na sh\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb varret e d\u00ebmtuara dhe t\u00eb thyera, nga ana e tyre, ku autori \u00a0si t\u00eb tilla ka evidentuar 140 varre n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb An\u00ebn e Malit.<\/p>\n<p>Duke analizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb botim, del qart\u00eb \u00a0mbijet\u00ebsa dhe ruajtja e identitetit komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb krahin\u00eb etnografike. Pik\u00ebrisht duke marr\u00eb parasysh rrethanat e koh\u00ebs dhe pozit\u00ebn sociale t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00ebn sovranitetin e Osmanllinj\u00ebve, identitetin e k\u00ebsaj popullsie e vler\u00ebsoj \u00a0n\u00eb \u00a0dimensionin \u00a0komb\u00ebtar sepse mbeti\u00a0 ashtu si\u00e7 ishte shqiptare nga koha antike e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona, sepse konvertimi fetar nuk ndikoj n\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsimin komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Identiteti\u00a0 komb\u00ebtar \u00a0d\u00ebshmohet p\u00ebrmes \u00a0gjuh\u00ebs p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht \u00a0emrave dhe mbiemrave personal apo familjar\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu na ka r\u00ebn\u00eb rasti t\u00eb hasim emra me kuptimin shqip si Ujk, Hana, Zog etj., qe jep p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre banor\u00ebve, dhe ruajtja e tyre edhe n\u00eb pushtetin e ri.<\/p>\n<p>Por, ne k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt vlen t\u00eb cek\u00ebn patronimet, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht mbiemrat personal dhe familjar\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb me vler\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare, sepse si t\u00eb till\u00eb kan\u00eb ruajtur identitetin e tyre komb\u00ebtar. K\u00ebshtu \u00a0p.sh. kemi patronime me baz\u00eb t\u00eb toponimit si: Shasi, Kraja, Krytha, Suma, Milla, Bojku etj., duke u identifikuar me vendlindjen apo krahin\u00ebn e origjin\u00ebs. Po ashtu kemi edhe patronime tjera\u00a0 si: Luka, Lika, Holli, Sala, Duraku, Tela etj., q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje autori me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb cek\u00ebn se k\u00ebta patronime si t\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 1912,\u00a0 kur kjo krahin\u00eb ishte n\u00eb kuadrin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane. Nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb von\u00eb pas aneksimit nga Mali i Zi,\u00a0 \u00a0pushteti dhe administrata malazeze popullat\u00ebs \u00a0\u00a0shqiptare mbiemrave\u00a0 iu ka vendosur prapashtes\u00ebn sllave viq, apo iq, q\u00eb ishte faza e par\u00eb e asimilimit. Ishte ky nj\u00eb veprim perfid i pushtetit ndaj identitetit komb\u00ebtar\u00a0 t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj popullsie, t\u00eb nj\u00eb krahine e cila ishte shqiptare t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht sa i p\u00ebrket struktur\u00ebs etnike.<\/p>\n<p>Duke analizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb botim, del qart\u00eb se autori \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekur\u00a0 q\u00eb n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb b\u00ebj lidhjen familjare t\u00eb p\u00ebrsonave t\u00eb varrosur. N\u00eb ket\u00eb aspekt i kan\u00eb ndihmuar disa t\u00eb moshuar t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb trash\u00ebguar informata nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt e tyre apo t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb vendbanimin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. Pik\u00ebrisht ne k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt \u00a0del se trash\u00ebgima familjare mund t\u00eb shkoj m\u00eb s\u00eb largu deri \u00a0n\u00eb pes\u00eb breza apo 150 vite.\u00a0 Nj\u00eb e dh\u00ebn\u00eb e till\u00eb d\u00ebshmon se \u00ebsht\u00eb zbehur\u00a0 kujtesa\u00a0 familjare p\u00ebr trashegimin\u00eb e familjes apo t\u00eb fisit, gj\u00eb qe nuk ndodh t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb krahina t\u00eb tjera etnografike, sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb p.sh. Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe ku tradita familjare \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcjellur deri ne 15 breza pa nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb. Nj\u00eb dukuri e till\u00eb nuk ka dilem\u00eb se meriton nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb hulumtim dhe studim tjet\u00ebr enkas p\u00ebr ket\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n<p>Ne fund duhet p\u00ebrg\u00ebzuar autorin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb botim me vler\u00eb i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari me tematik\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, ku b\u00ebsoj se do t\u00eb mir\u00ebpritet nga opinioni i gjer\u00eb\u00a0 shkencor dhe kulturor.
